Great place to get work done on your car. They have great prices, fast installs, and friendly service. I've been twice, once to upgrade my stock speakers and again to hardwire a dashcam. I absolutely recommend this shop.

Definitely the best audio store I have been to. Large selection of fine JL Audio products and many others. The owner and staff are extremely helpful and full of knowledge. I highly recommend a visit for any audio needs.I won't do business with anyone else. Thanks Traffic Jam!

Best in the biz. The Spec Ops of stereo installers.Their custom install work is amazing. German cars... American cars... Japanese... luxury... doesnt matter. These guys can do seamless installs on any car. Super knowledgeable and talented team. Mike, the owner, is awesome and his head install tech, Dan, is the best in the biz. Super creative and great problem solvers. If you brought your car to another installer and were told "that install can't be done", give the guys at Traffic Jam a call. They'll get it done.

To start, they said my device hadn t come yet (you re supposed to call the day before appointment to make sure device arrived) so I called the company as it had been past the 3 business days in which it was supposed to have arrived. The company tracked it, and in fact had been delivered 3 days ago. I then called Traffic Jam and he said it may have been misplaced and would call me right back. After not receiving a phone call an hour later, I called. He said they misplaced it and had to move my appointment out by a WEEK! No apologies, nothing! This place has the worst customer service I ve ever dealt with. They don t answer the phone or have an answering machine. They overcharged me on installing a device because they said it would take 2 hours and took less than one hour. They didn t give me my money back. One man was extremely rude and each time I went, I was told something different. I live 45 minutes away and they didn t try to help me at all. Hope this helps with choosing your electronic needs. Horrible place! If I could, I d give zero stars!

The guy was very nice and knowledgable. He helped me make an informed decision. Even though I did not purchase new speakers here, I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

I love Traffic Jam Car Audio. Mike and his crew are amazing. Here you'll find great people with impressive skills who really care Bout getting you what you need. They have a great track record for custom installs, and deal with great brand names like Kenwood and JL Audio. I always go here first for all of my mobile audio needs.

Very helpful, prompt service, would have given a 5 but they didn't Double check and left the Packing material from the Box in the car. Would definitely go back
