Kind, quick, and helped us out in a pinch.Our tire pressure light came on and stayed low after trying to refill our back right tire. We live close to the Portland store, however they were overbooked - the Scarborough store made an opening for us and fixed the tire before I could even finish my day at work. I'm so impressed and happy with the individuals there - they tell it like it is and help keep you safely on the road!

Scam alert: my wife took her care to get her spring tire swap. The guys said they couldn't put her old tires back on the car because there's a 5 year limit. They quoted us $800 minimum for all the bells and whistles. I whittled it down to $600, and then asked to see the manufactured date of the tires they wanted to put on. Those tires had 1 year left on them according to their 5 year rule. I went home, talked to my mechanic and found out the rule is TEN years. Got the same tired for less money. Never going back. Shame on you!

I happened to discover a severely worn tire that had been wearing unevenly and represented a real safety concern. Unannounced, I pulled into the Scarborough location desperate for help getting that tire replaced with an extra I had. Even though this was very time-sensitive, I imagined that I d be offered an appointment days or weeks out. Nope! Garry, the Store Manager, asked me to return the following morning at 8 am and he d fit me in. He was there by himself and in between answering the phone and chatting a bit with me, Garry did the work and had me back on the road with peace of mind, in a very short time. He was so calm and helpful and made the experience an easy and pleasant one. So many thanks to Garry and Tire Warehouse!

WOW!!! Kevin and his team we fabulous. I was towing my camper for 8 hours and had a blow out on the Maine Turnpike, I got off the nearest exit and changed the tire. I looked on google for a tire shop and so glad I found Tire Warehouse Scarborough and Kevin. I called and told Kevin what happened, asked if he had the correct tire, and he did. I told him I am traveling, am 8 hours from home and have another 2 to go. I asked if he could mount and balance the new tire sometime soon that day. I know they were busy, but he went above and beyond. As soon as I got there, a gentleman took the blown out tire and started dismounting and mounting the new one. Kevin began my paper work. By the time the paper work and payment were complete the newly mounted tire was brought out. This was outstanding service. Although I had never been to their shop before, they made me feel like I was a long time customer. I was in a bit of a situation and they were able to help me and get me back on my way in no time. Thank you Kevin and your entire team, You made what could have been a long miserable journey a quick fix and got me back on the road. I would 100% do business with Tire Warehouse if I lived closer. When Im back in the area maybe i will get the rest of the tires changed! Thanks again for being professional and quick.

Got 4 tires for my husbands truck, the service was very kind. They had to order our tires and they got them a few days later. We did a drop off and it was ready for pick up at noon! Very nice staff!

Slimy business tactics of fore-going information of the total price. Ridiculous 2 tires cost a little over $500, cause they have in small print they charge an hourly rate to mount tires that I took off my car for a drop off. Easiest job they could have taken, slimy tactics, most expensive tires around! Every other shop was significantly cheaper. I can understand the 165 per tire, but charging hourly when the car isnt even there for them to struggle with!? then a sensor went bad, those sensors for oem are 13 a sensor and they charged me 85 for the sensor. O wouldnt have let them touch the car a second time if I knew I was gonna be charged for a faulty sensor. Piss poor communication.And it is insulting that their starting wage for a year is 50 cents less than a position at mcdonalds. Honestly I wish I acted on my intrusive thoughts and knocked gary's teeth down his throat.

Had my car in and out in under a half hour. Checked my brakes and fixed a scraping sound! No charge! Fast friendly service and they don't try to rip you off! Garry and the mechanic were fast and super-professional. Would recommend!

My husband ran over a nail on the way home from work Friday. His tire wasn't totally flat but was losing air quickly. I called Sullivan Tires immediately which is where we had purchased all four tires to see if they could repair it the next day. They said "maybe" they could get to his tire if we left his car there all day on Saturday but no guarantee.I called Tire Warehouse Saturday morning and we were able to make an appointment to have it repaired same day. They got us in and out in under 30 minutes! Rob and his crew were very upbeat, friendly and efficient. The waiting room is air conditioned and there are plenty of magazines.

I had a great experience and service at Tire Warehouse. I purchased my tires online at Goodyear and on their site they allow you to pick your installation location. I had scheduled for Saturday but the guy at Tire Warehouse gave me a call and let me know they wouldn t have the tires till Monday so we scheduled an appointment for Monday. They were very nice and we re able to get my new tires on and my alignment done very quickly! They also checked the alignment first to make sure I needed it before charging me for it. They also checked my battery and replaced my windshield wipers that I purchased there. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for new tires, an alignment, etc. very transparent and helpful people!

Unprofessional- Tire Warehouse did a repair on one of the 4 tires I bought there 6 months ago. First - no call back when it was supposed to be ready (no big deal); Second - they remounted the tire backwards; Third - when I called to have it fixed, they couldn t get me in for four days. No apology for the foul-up and no effort to make an accommodation for their error. Maybe Kevin isn t empowered to fix problems there, but if you want to be treated poorly, he s your guy. Would not recommend.

Shoutout to the manager Kevin for being great at his job! Was able to squeeze me in even being down some employees! Great service, professional, and a great job done by the mechanics. Very much appreciated visit 10/10 recommend!

I am always happy with the wonderful service and I got to meet some new people - like Todd who was just wonderful and extremely helpful. I look forward to meeting the new manager on my next trip. Great service!! They worked to accommodate us before even opening. Our suburban rear tire started leaking in I-95S almost to Portland around 7:30 AM. We were loaded up heading to a Christmas Gathering in VA. When we arrived to Tire Warehouse before they opened, my husband talked with the store manager, Kevin Elwell, who quickly accommodated us. Then, Christian Boucher clocked in early to change our tire and we were on our way in about an hour. We can t say enough about the service and professionalism they provided. They saved our morning.

Stay away, Dave is no longer there and the place is a complete messMade an appointment and had tires ordered , showed up for my appointment and no tiresGuy in front of me in line had tires with him that just needed mounted and was told needed an appointment for next weekMeanwhile lifts were totally empty

Got a new set of all seasons for my old prius after a deer took out one of my winters. Kevin was very helpful, even as my Prius kept throwing curve balls (did I mention its old?). Great spot for reasonable prices on tires, rotations & alignment.

Called 3 separate times to try to claim the guarantee I paid extra for when the tires were mounted and no answer. the first time was 3 hours before closing and nothing. I know times are tough with keeping places staffed but it's extremely unprofessional to not even be able to answer phones for people that are trying to give you their money. Likely won't be back any time soon.

Awesome experience getting new tires on my wifes car.They had the tires we wanted, but at another location, Kevin, the store manager, made the trip himself to grab them and make sure they got on my wifes car. My 4yr old son and I had a good time chattin with kevin and his attentive staff, which is not always the norm at many auto n tire shops. They got all 4 tires swapped and ready to roll in under 50mins. Very happy customers we are.Thanks Kevin and staff.

They're great! Went here a long time ago, then I tried someplace out. I'm back!Update: I had to work hard for their price match, and I don't think I fully got it. Be careful. They added on a service to my sale without asking me. After a few calls and a visit, I was able to get it off and get a refund.

We could not be happier with the entire team at Tire Warehouse. Our car's tire got a leak as we were heading south on I95 and, thank you Google, we headed directly to Tire Warehouse before the tire became flat. We arrived to a welcoming front desk and "sure we'll take care of you and get you on your way." The tire was repairable and repaired and we were on the road within 30 minutes. Thank you Tire Warehouse!

Dave sincerely was on the phone back and forth dealing with customers in house and out of house. He s so awesome at his job and very respectful. I had to reschedule and he helped with the switch immediately and when I randomly popped in the next day to get my lug nuts tightened; they fit me right in. Great staff and very efficient.

Super grateful to the folks here- I was driving up to teach a class in Portland and my tire got shredded as I pulled off in Scarborough to get gas. A guy at the gas station recommended Tire Warehouse for friendly service and good quality tires. They took me right away and I actually made it to class with five minutes to spare! I noticed the man at the desk being really kind to an elderly woman who is clearly a regular customer, and I could tell this is a shop beloved by the community. Oh, and he gave me a teacher discount, which I very much appreciated. Who knew that busting a tire could turn out to be an experience that makes your day!

Tire Warehouse in Scarborough Maine is very attentive with all regards. They consistently advise me on what tires would be best for my car and unquestionably they are outstanding with customer service., They work hard to provide affordable competitive prices and always stand behind their work. I have been incredibly impressed with the manager and his employees. The best of the best!

I headed out to do some errands today and noticed my low tire pressure indicator was on so I popped into Tire Warehouse to see if they could check it out. A super friendly associate (presumably the manager) stopped what he was doing, greeted me with a smile, and told me he would take a look. Within minutes he inflated my tires to the proper psi which resolved my issue. Not only did I not feel like a burden or disruption, but he refused payment of any kind. If you are ever in need of tire service consider giving Tire Warehouse in Scarborough your business - you won t regret it!

Hands down the best tire place in Greater Portland. I had a screw in my brand new AWD tire and they had me up and running in 30 minutes for $30. Dave the store manager was the nicest, most straightforward person I've ever met in this industry and runs the whole place with good manners and a smile!

I had such a positive experience with Tire Warehouse! I came in with a slow leak in one of my tires and they fixed it within 30 minutes. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so easy!

I can't express how amazing this tire shop is. This was the absolute BEST customer service I have received anywhere in a very long time. They are extremely professional, kind and helpful. I will never go anywhere else for my tire needs. Please consider them if you are looking for the best.
