Tyler was absolutely wonderful. We were able to get in next day to get my bald tires (lol oops) replaced before this next nasty spring storm and everything feels great. Thank you!

Don't waste your time! A tire shop that can not change a tire. Had swollen lug nuts on my 2009 Toyota Camry(very common) did not have tools to deal with the problem. Every other tire shop, VIP, Tire Warhouse, Meineke just to name a few could do the work. Unfortunately they are booking several weeks out. Do yourself a favor book with a competent shop first time around. Save yourself the headache. Sam's Tire and Battery is a joke!!

I got new tires here on Friday 7/4/23 and they stripped 2 off my lug nuts (to the point I only had 4 on both front tires when I drove away), they said they were stripped already (funny how i have 20 on my car and not a single one of them have a mark on them but those 2). I had a really weird noise coming from my front left tire when I left. I brought my car back in the same night to get it taken care of right away (I was already not happy). Eric was amazing and took really good care of me. He needs to know that. We need people like him in this world. He was kind and helpful. His MANAGER is the one who worked on my car mind you. Well they found the problem. The MANAGER double stacked the weights to balance my tired. The noise was the weights rubbing on my rotor. THE MANAGER DID IT. Come on now. You need a new manager. I praise ERIC for being so great, but i will never get tires there again.

Waited weeks for an appointment to get 4 new tires installed but I was cool with that. Arrived on time for appointment. Told 1 hour. Been waiting 2 hours now & vehicle is still not ready. Not technicians fault since he's the only one on staff & does sales, cashiering, & installs. Blame management. Bottom line: never again!!!

Ordered 4 tires and booked an appointment for next week. Showed up and my tires were never ordered and they had no appointment booked for me, on top of that the guy workin the counter was so rude when it was his fault. Lol. This place needs to hire new and more staff

No service. Not sure how they even keep this department open. Don t pick up the phone. Then waited 7 hours and still haven t got a battery put in a vehicle yet.
