Jannie and his staff are awesome. Great service and best selection of used Jeep in southern Maine. Their shop repairs from frame repair to general service is impeccable. They are the go-to guys for all things Jeep.

Unbelievable service and car buying experience! I've driven by Crossroads on Route 1 so many times and always noticed the Jeep selection. I finally walked in the door one day to meet Jannie and team and pick out an '03 Rubicon. From the first meet, to the delivery of the Rubicon; I was so impressed with the communication, their dedication to their craft, and the end product. We are so happy with our Jeep and will come back to Crossroads again in the future. Do not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from these guys; service and professionalism like this is extremely rare to find in the auto dealer world these days.

I decided to trade my truck for a jeep, in the interest of back country adventures in northwestern Maine, where I grew up, ( a playground for these things. ). Jannie is the most honest dealer I've encountered. I bought my jeep nearly stock aside from a suspension lift, and what I couldn't upgrade myself, Jannie and Matthew have helped me do it. Been off road a lot since I bought my Rubicon and I'll be going back to these guys when I need help or repair.If you're in southern Maine and looking to buy a Jeep, upgrade yours, or need repairs. I've only been to Crossroads twice and each time Steve was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. He had a lot of information to give me and went over everything in great detail as to what was going on with my jeep. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They did an amazing job taking care of my jeep. I highly recommend Crossroads to anyone that has a Jeep. I will forever be a Crossroads customer!!

Great experience buying a used car from Jannie at Crossroads. I had a car picked out and simply wanted to get in and out without hassle or games. Jannie was very quick to communicate and setup a time for me to test drive. That has NOT been my experience with other dealers.I really appreciated that Jannie was up front and friendly and had the car ready to go. I was able to quickly go through the sale process and am quite happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased a Jeep from Crossroads and Kevin was great to deal with. He worked hard to find the best deal he could on my trade and was very fair in coming up with final price on the Jeep. He also addressed an issue with the Jeep, at no small cost to him, made some great suggestions for other work to do while the Jeep was on the lift and installed a new lift and tires for me before picking the Jeep up. He knows Jeeps and I definitely wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.

Jannie and his team were great to work with! They really helped me customize my wrangler exactly how I wanted and they really went above and beyond to make everything perfect for me. I would recommend them to anyone in the southern Maine area to bring their jeep to Jannie and his team - you won t be disappointed! All of my future projects/upgrades will be brought to Crossroads!

Contacted Kevin at Cross Roads Auto about a 2006 Jeep Rubicon they had for sale. Kevin was fast to take more pictures and supply me copies of all records and information. His knowledge of the Jeep products and helpful attitude put me at ease and bought the Jeep sight unseen. The jeep was delivered 2 days later and WOW, it was clean and much better than I expected. A very pleasant experience and great to deal with real Jeep people. Thanks Kevin.

Kevin is amazing to work with. I've used Crossroads for several repairs and maintenance visits on my last car that was nearing the end of it's life, and I went to him to help purchase my next vehicle after that one. He has consistently surpassed my expectations.He is trustworthy, honest, and reliable. You will never have to worry about over paying for a service or not getting a job well done.And if you're in the market for a new or new to you vehicle, he is great to work with. You won't have to worry about high pressure negotiation tactics like you will at other places.I would recommend Crossroads to anyone. It's service and people you can trust.

Crossroads is great! I found Crossroads online a couple years back when I needed some frame work done. And I've had Kevin work on my Wrangler as needed since. He's done the needed work (frame and gasket) and also done some accessorizing (light kit). I have been really pleased with the quality of work and with the responsiveness of Kevin and the guys. We can't say enough good things about Crossroads! We love Kevin! Let me tell you he definitely had his hands full with my boyfriend and I! We were somewhat of a pain and Kevin handled us extremely well! He sold us an amazing jeep for a great deal! He is super knowledgable, prompt, and honest! We love Crossroads and Kevin!

Hey guys, you rebuilt the front end of out 2008 Grand Cherokee about 9 months ago (springs, shocks, control arms, transmission mounts) and charged an accurate hour count. Thanks, everything is holding up just fine, no clunks and my wife appreciates her Jeep again. I'd recommend anyone go here to purchase a car or get work done. - a Mechanical Engineer who works on cars for fun.

2 years ago I purchased a vehicle for my local business from Kevin at Crossroads Automotive. The process was so pleasant and easy that I have purchased 2 more since. I am not a fan of the car buying process as I'm sure most aren't. Due to the honest upfront approach at Crossroads I have sent half a dozen friends and family to them.

I bought my first car from Kevin Cross and, despite the process being foreign to me, was very patient and helpful, and continues to be as I look into extensive modifications on what is already a very capable and reliable vehicle. I'd recommend crossroads automotive to anyone looking to but a car or get work done, especially with jeeps.

When other places are looking for a way to rip people off Crossroads is looking out for its customers. Even when they returned my vehicle with some rust dust on the inside they were honest about the mistake and eager to make it right. If you have a jeep in the Scarborough, South Portland, Saco area you should do yourself a favor and get over to Crossroads. You will enjoy your vehicle being serviced by knowledgeable people and your wallet will thank you.

We had a burned out clutch on an Audi A4. I expected to pay a fortune at the dealer, but decided to give these guys a shot. Kevin and crew did the job in 2 days at a much lower price. Even though it looks like he only works on Jeeps, I wouldn't hesitate to bring any other brand of car there in the future. Thanks guys!

Kevin is great to work with. I found him to be honest. My usual place had a change in staff. When they quoted repairs that I thought were over the top, I went to Crossroads for a second opinion. They offered a different solution. I only wish I had known about him years earlier.

Did a nice job welding in new sections of rotting frame on a 2003 TJ Really good welding work, it was a tough job (had to drop the tank) also painted the new parts and they cleaned up and painted some other sections frame while they were in there.

They have worked on both of our wrangler, a YJ and a JK, and do great work. Definitely the go to in the area for jeeps.
