I came here to get my headlight bulb replaced. Matt helped me choose the right option and replaced both bulbs for me. He was super efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable!

The lady seemed to have been preoccupied doing something in the back and did nit want to really help she did but was rushing me and not helping with professional Courtesy? And you can forget small talk. All I want. Is your money these days at some of these places

Don was truly amazing in helping me out of a tough situation, my car battery was toast and I was unable to be serviced until days later, he went above and beyond to help me get a working battery in that same day. He was incredibly kind and patient and refused to give up even after what seemed like the 6th set-back, not to mention I'm pretty sure he stayed after hours after a long day to make sure I left with a working battery. On top of all that, this man continued to run the show inside while training a brand new employee and his customer service never wavered. Honestly an incredibly pleasant experience at a rough time, and I couldn't have asked for a better guy to have helped me. Seriously awesome dude, Thanks again Don.

I needed new wiper blades so I asked if they could put them on for me if I buy them. Unfortunately even though the blades I wanted said in their system they were compatible with my car they weren't able to get them on. They offered to try a different set of blades but they weren't ones I wanted, so they gave me a refund and I went to my car dealer to get an OEM set that fit. They did try their best which I appreciate.

The staff at this location are extremely friendly and answered all my questions. I had my windshield wipers replaced, and the associate who did it was fast & efficient. I will definitely be coming back!

He's phenomenal; consistently going above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.Dana has helped me with everything from safely removing a jammed broken oil cap from my truck to helping me find the right filters for my lawn tractor.Dana is knowledgeable and friendly and I'm grateful for his support!

I called Oreilys to buy an alternator, brake pads, and rotors. However, Coty was able to help me out and figure out that it was my battery! He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He definitely went above and beyond to help a frantic, not so car savvy person! Thank you guys for your help!

I went in looking for a sunshade for my windshield. The gentleman behind the counter did point me in the right direction but when it came to check out he asked me.to go to one register. I followed him to the register, but he tossed my windshield protector over to a different counter and disappeared before handing me my receipt. I was slightly concerned I was being set up to be accused of stealing. But I had the transaction on my bank's phone app. Left the store without anything else being said. The store appeared well stocked and organized. I would go back if I ever needed anything there. Maybe the counter guy was just having a bad day.

I've been going to O'REILLY'S for the past 5/6 year's visiting stores in different cities and I must say I'm extremely satisfied with the level of service. On numerous occasions they have gone The extra mile and always fast and friendly service. They completely stand by their warranties. I highly recommend them and this comes from someone who has been in the auto businesses for 40 years.

They gave us the wrong serpentine belt, we called and told them we couldn't find.the receipt, and they said the right belt was more expensive but they said not to worry about it, that thy would exchange it at no cost. BUT when we showed up, they didn't honor the exchange at no extra charge, AND tried telling us we didn't buy it at their store! Horrible experience, won't shop there again.

I went in to buy some wipers for my used Mercedes and had a wonderful experience..... Ya, buying wiper blades. The service could not have been better. There were two young women working the desk and one of them checked the catalog, walked me over to the wipers and helped me pick them out. After paying for them, I went into the parking lot and the second young woman saw I was having difficulties installing them and she left her position behind the counter and helped me install them. That was above and beyond any customer service that I have had in years.Congratulations to O Reilly s for the training their employees, but a huge pat on the back to both employees for going above and beyond. If I need any auto parts from here on in I will go out of my way to go back to this store.

Called into the store the other day and the guy who picked up the phone was SUPER CHILL! Love him. I called for the sole purpose of singing the O'Reilly theme song. And I screamed into the phone "O O O O'REILLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYSSSSS AUTO PARTS OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I needed to replace a headlight bulb and the customer service rep that sold it to me actually went outside and helped me replace it because I was having a hard time getting the bulb out. THIS is GREAT customer service. I've been back since and have spent several hundred dollars because you took the time to help me. Thank you.

Not really a superb experience at this location. I searched for several minutes trying to find a specific item, without success. An employee eventually asked if I needed help finding something. I explained what I was looking for, to which he pointed and said "maybe it's in that aisle". I can't say that's super helpful as a customer.

Pre-purchased a battery because my battery died. So I jumped my car at work in the pouring rain, drove over to the Scarborough O'Reilly's to have them install the battery I pre-purchased. I had no tools with me because I was told they would install it, so I meet a lady at the counter and she points to the battery and says,"there it is". So I told her they said they would install it, she said she didn't feel comfortable installing it so she looked around for another person two we're just walking around as she just walked around and said she had no one who could do it. Then she referred me to VIP and they gave me and hour to 2 hour wait time. So I asked the lady if she had an adjustable wrench, she then unbelievably handed me an adjustable wrench and I went out and replaced it my self in the pouring rain and also returned the core. That's the last time I go to that Oriellys.

What in the name of Vehicular hell?! Drove the car to Scarborough OReilly/VIP for a battery test. THERE WERE 2 people in the VIP/OReilly store. The O'Reilly girl didn't know how to use the battery tester and said "I don't like touching batteries & I'm not comfortable using the connector cables." HUH?! Hello? You work at an auto parts/shop!!! So I had to do it. I am not trained on how to read or adjust that thing so it still wouldn't read the battery. I kept asking her questions and she was so uncomfortable. Then I asked if the guys in the garage could assist her. "No, they work for VIP, we work for different companies." But you share the same building?! Holy ____. Twilight Zone. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Since their limited # of employees could not be bothered to help a customer and struggling employee, I left the Scarborough location & drove to South Portland (Waterman Drive) where another combined OReilly/VIP building was loaded with at least 7 employees, willing to help & were comfortable reading the battery/alternator tester AND COMFORTABLE USING THE CONNECTOR CABLES!

Employees here are really great, prices are fair, and they have most parts you would need. Pretty much all you'd look for in an auto parts store.

I called O'Reilly Auto Parts at 6:45 asked if they had a part they said yes. I got there at 7 they were closed. Their website said they closed at 7:30. Their door said they closed at 6:00. Who knows what time they actually close? I'll go elsewhere.

Excellent service after a few bad visits earlier in the week . ASA went over the top to help me with a headlight issue. Very helpful and knowledgeable. You need more employees like Asa. Thank you

Found a full set of floor mats for my new (to me) 2014 Civic for a price that would have paid for only one mat at the dealer. Helpful clerk. Smioth process. Will shop there again.

It seems as though, no matter the time of day, they never have time to do an oil change on my Infiniti. It's fairly annoying to me. I just want a live, oil and filter.

I was disappointed to see all 3 store employees not wearing masks or social distancing. Using registers only 2 feet apart from each other is also unacceptable. I will be ordering online from other locations for the foreseeable future. Seems like there is no precautions being taken at this location.

Went in for rotors and they looked up my car but sold me the wrong ones. Another time i went in and they made me drive to another store because the system said they had two tie rods but they could only locate one.
