Great, hardworking, honest businessmen. I ordered the wrong part accidentely online, they caught the mistake, helped correct it and get me the right parts right on Promised time. I will continue shopping with them, and look forward to my next shopping experience.

We were staring down an 8 hour ride with 2 young kids and a dog in the car when our A/C stopped working. We first wanted to support a local non-chain auto shop down the road and were greeted there with apathy and and no help whatsoever. So, we shrugged, disappointed and hot as heck, and headed down the street to Napa Auto Parts. Jeff helped us on this hot afternoon and let us wait inside in the store with (working) A/C to cool off we were truly a sweaty and grumpy group! He was so patient and kind and helpful-in getting it working again. He spent time showing my husband what to do, looked up things online about our year/make/model car that would be helpful. We left relieved and happy customers!

These guys were great. Needed brake pads for my rv due to dragging caliper(sticky slides from winter storage) to save me from a tow home. Had the same day, picked up a wire brush and slide lube as I did not have either in my emergency tool kit. All back together and ready for the dive home. PS to the ream there, it was only a 2.5 beer project.

I had a headlight out and needed help. I went to NAPA on 12/5 around noon. Jay and Bill were amazing. They went above and beyond providing fantastic customer service. They were just kind and helpful human beings. NAPA has my business for life.

Had an unanticipated battery issue and used the Napa store in Scarborough (Maine) rather than chance trying to get home. Jeff was truly exceptional, on the phone and then with the purchase, going above and beyond with customer service. Kudos and many thanks Jeff!

I am always taken care of at Napa. The sales person helped me find good wiper blades and told me about their AAA discount. Then he put blades on my car for me. Really can't go wrong here.

I stopped at Napa to get the headlight and parking light bulbs for my car. Store stuff was extremely helpful in finding the right parts for my vehicle. Chris even stepped outside to show and explain in details how to do the replacement. Very professional people and I highly recommend them!

Thanks, it's been a pleasure to pick up a couple pieces from this shop.(And, that's taking into account how much any of us want to need replacement parts)I've begun a new position close to this location and needed to stop in.I've been treated politely and promptly, and the prices are in the reasonable DIY range.

Not a single person in there knows what they are doing. Ordered a belt from westbrook to be brought to Scarborough. Went to pick it up, they forgot to order it. Had to go get it from westbrook. Surprise, wrong one. Called to order a larger one, said they didn't have one any where. Called westbrook myself, they have 6 in stock. Seriously, do not shop at Scarborough, go or call westbrook instead.

Bill found the batteries for the key fobs for both my cars and helped with the installation. (I have arthritis in my hands.) fair pricing and good help. A good experience.

Went in to find a filter for a tractor. Guy says he can't look up part numbers and I would have to find it on my own then he may be able to help. Called the Napa in Westbrook and the guy there found it in less than a minute and said they are available in Buxton.

evertt handled my issue very well being stuck in hiram with my wife broke down in scarborough. paid for it all over the phone and they loaded her spare ride with the parts so whe did not have to touch a thing great service
