I first went to Merlin Motors nearly ten years ago. Immediately, Natik and his team proved to be honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have been bringing cars there ever since. You cannot beat their labor rates, and the service is performed at or above dealership standards. The prices are fair, and they have a good selection of very nice used cars. I have been recommending them for years and wouldn t hesitate to recommend them again and again! Thank you!

Can I give more than five stars? If there was a garage doing things right, this would be it. Owner is very knowledgeable and thorough. I've been going to him for well over 7 years and glad to see he's finally moved to a larger garage, keep up the great work!

Phenomenal car buying experience!! I worked with Maria and could not be any happier. Everyone was super easy to work with and went above and beyond in every possible way. Very honest, taking care of any small problems with my new car before I even knew about them and walking me through its history. Bonus points - their dealership fee is like half of the other places I went to when shopping around and they didn't try to up sell me, they're just honest people. Highly recommended

Natik and his crew at Merlin Motors really took great care of mine and my mothers vehicles. He did his best to find the best deals on parts and even recommended a recall for my car. You can really trust a mechanic who isn't looking to make loads of money off you and we feel we could really trust Merlin Motors! Would recommend to anyone and will definitely have our business again!

My great experience with Merlin Motors has started since 2010! Their professionalism, expertise, and wonderful customer service always gives the peace of mind for either purchasing a car or servicing my car. It s not easy to find a trustworthy shop, but Merlin Motors is totally trustworthy!

Natik and Maria made car buying process so easy and simple. First ,printed out the car history and ensuring you know what you are buying. They were honest and truthful in every step of the way. Even though I lived in New Hampshire, they delivered the car to the state line which was about 18 minutes from our home. They made sure we are acquainted with the car features. I have never met such wonderful auto dealership in my life like them. I extremely recommend them. God bless you and keep it up .

I had a great experience buying a car from Merlin Motors. There was no pressure at all and they did a surprising amount of work and preventative maintenance to the car before I bought it. I believe they truly care about their reputation and I highly recommend giving them your business.

Natik and his team are first rate. This business treats people like the days, honest, professional and stand behind their work . I would give 7 stars if available. I recommend anyone to go there. Must have a great HR person great employees.

Let me tell you a few of my favorite stories about the amazing people at Merlin Motors.They fixed my air conditioning, which had been nonfunctional for three years, in under a half an hour. When my car died across the street, they jumped me at no charge that s when and how they earned my business. They fixed my oil leak. They are great people, doing great work and charging very reasonable rates.I live and work in the neighborhood. And everyone here will tell you to take your car to Merlin Motors. It matters to me how folks treat their neighbors, and I m here to vouch that Merlin Motors is the kind of neighbor you want. Call them your car will thank you.

Amazing service!! I honestly can t say enough good things about them. I just pick my vehicle up today after being worked on there and have already recommended them to three different people. Great prices, fast service! He even met us at the shop early so I could have my vehicle before work today!!!! Thanks again for making What could have been a major issue. Into a manageable situation!!!

Hit a curb on Labor Day and called every mechanic in town and wanted it checked out, just in case as I m from out of town. The mechanic said they're only open for sales and wouldn't be able to fix anything today but willing to check it out for me. He's the second guy on the left in the photo on Yelp. Really good guy and did us a solid. Thank you so much!! Good people here, please support the local businesses!

I called a few places about a quote for a front strut assembly to pass inspection- Merlin s was the only one that suggested I get both sides done at once to save time & money down the road, as well as quoted me the full package (alignment included) where elsewhere this would have been a surprise if I hadn t asked, and I would have most likely been back fixing the other side next spring. My point is they are knowledgable as well as fair and friendly.I had to go back for some bolts to be tightened because I was hearing a noise, and they were waiting to pull my car in when I arrived & fixed my oil pan while he was under there, he said VIP had left it loose after my oil change last week....scary. They even washed the pollen off my car before I left & I was back home in less than 30 minutes!They made my possibly $1000 repair at other shops in Portland less than $700! Thank you Merlin Motors.

I brought my car in because it was acting up and I just wanted it checked out. Before doing anything, I got a phone call where someone apologetically let me know I would be better off buying new than paying to get mine fixed. I picked my car up, was given the keys, apologized to again, and not charged at all. No one tried to sell me anything. While I am definitely not pleased that I need to look into new cars, I am more than happy with how I was treated. It is really nice to have a place you know will be honest with you and not try to just take your money.

These people are amazing, they treated me like family- they wanted to help me in getting me on my feet with a vehicle that was reliable and affordable. Ive never financed a vehicle myself nor owned one and Merlin Motors made that possible and stress free! So grateful.

Talk about an incredible opportunity, they ve moved and expanded!!! And it s right next to gorgeous Higgins beach, that s some waiting room not that I needed another reason to drive down from mass to get my maintenance done. Great move Natik!

I've bought 2 cars here and am happy to drive from out of town to have my cars fixed by Natik and his team. He is a very trustworthy and skilled technician. His rates are lower than any of the dealerships and he always has some great high quality cars on his lot.

I recently stopped at Merlin Motors to check out a 7-passenger SUV for my stepson and family. Maria was very helpful and not at all pushy. She encouraged me to take the car to my own mechanic to have it inspected if I wished, which I did. My mechanic found some issues typical of a car with 91,000 miles and gave me a quote to fix them, about $1,500. He said with the repairs made, it would be a great car. When I showed the results to Maria, she responded that they would make the repairs and I could take the car back to my mechanic for another check afterwards. Although I love the look of the car and great style and condition of the body, in the end I decided to go with an older mini-van for less money. Even though I didn't make a purchase, I came away feeling that Merlin Motors is a good company to do business with, and I would certainly purchase a car from them in the future. The owner, Natik (sp?), conducts himself professionally, and graciously offered to back my own car out of a tight parking space for me when I was leaving. I was impressed that he was still thinking of "the customer," even though he didn't make a sale.

Merlin Motors is a company I will most definitely go back to for another purchase. They went above and beyond from getting the lowest interest loan to making sure we knew how to use the new technology in the car, never felt pressured to buy. A 5 star car dealership!

My Girlfriend and I were treated very well from the start. Casey & Natik helped get my Growing Family into a Beautiful Cadillac which has an awesome Warranty and Low miles... best deal in town. So here's to Merlin Motors another 5 star Review. Thanks.

After a month of searching for a Ram 1500 at a reasonable price, I was pleasantly surprised when I found it online at Merlin Motors. There was no pressure to buy and the owner Natik and saleswoman Casey were very friendly and helpful.Natik took special attention to ensure that the truck was in top shape by going above and beyond to inspect any worn or faulty parts and replace them. He worked within my schedule and came in on a Sunday to ensure that the vehicle was ready for me.Out of several experiences at other car dealers and dealerships, I found Merlin Motors to exhibit HONESTY and INTEGRITY, a quality that left me feeling good from the start.Also noteworthy is their onsite garage where their rates beat most places in Portland.I would highly recommend Merlin Motors to my family, friends, and those with whom I do business.

Just bought a 2006 Scion TC for our daughter which Natik was selling for a friend on his lot. They were very accommodating adjusting the price and throwing in extras. Natik handled the deal from start to finish and when we ran into an issue w/the battery, he didn't hesitate to replace it w/a new one free of charge. His staff was very friendly and helpful. It was an excellent experience from start to finish and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying a car from him. In fact, our second daughter will be driving soon and we will definitely check out Merlin Motors when it comes to buying a car for her.Thanks Natik.Joe & Michele

I bought a car here. The owner noticed how busy I was with my work life and took advantage of it. The auto purchase I made came with only One key and it was defective, falling apart and held together with tape. After complaining he took the car in for the afternoon so he could program a workable key.I can t stand this car a month and a half later and trying to trade it in. Now I m getting told this vehicle was in two major accidents on the car fax report, something the owner of Merlin motors did not tell me.He was a referral from someone I knew. This will be the last time I ever do business with anyone simply because it was a referral, always do your research.Shame to the owner.

my son picked out a 2015 scion tc at Merlin Motors- got a great deal from Natik.. great guy to deal with. Would recommend Merlin Motors to anyone. After purchase, he took a picture of my son next to his first car. Great experience.

This crew has revived my car time and time again. They know my vehicle well, and fairly price their labor and parts. They always take time to explain things to me in a way I understand, and I would (and do) recommend Merlin to anyone in need of car TLC.

I highly recommend Merlin Motors. I broke down right around the corner and stopped in. They graciously read my car's computer while on the road and were able to get it to start up and drive over so I didn't have to call for a tow. Quick, simple repair job with a fair price (below online average estimates). They also didn't take advantage of my lack of car knowledge in any way; they explained what was wrong and what they would do very clearly. They didn't try to push unnecessary/extra services, but told me what I can do to keep my car running smoothly. One employee even gave me a ride home! Thanks, guys! :)
