From the website to the showroom to the service all professional five star rating. The gentlemen are very informative and knowledgeable in this line of work and directed me to exactly what I was looking for and gave a great quote. I recommend Auto Sound to all levels of audio and many more services. I ll be back for soon for my light install weather tech liners and moon roof can t wait. Thanks guys!!! See you soon.

Looking for a place to get new speakers or at least figure out what the problem is in my vehicle has been a nightmare! I'm so glad I found this place after having a negative experience elsewhere. This place is a breath of fresh air, very helpful and patient as I had so many questions. They put together a quote and are willing to work with me on a budget. I will definitely be making an appointment with this place and I will update the review after I get the work done but as it stands now this place is five stars, excellent customer service! Thank you for being so helpful and patient and getting me to better understand what my money is going towards.

I visited to have a tonneau cover and LED bulbs to replace the halogens in the headlights. The staff were exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely go back for future accessories and recommend them highly.

Best installation experience & sound upgrade ever! Auto Sound in Scarborough installed a compact powered subwoofer in the spare tire of our Mazda cx5. (We have the base sound system, no Bose, and it had essentially no bass.) Now it sounds amazing! Really! You can turn up the bass as much or as little as you like. Dialed to maybe 25% you can feel it through your feet inside, and hear it thumping outside the car. The sub takes up no usable space and the spare is still readily accessible should we need it. Even better, they came and picked up the car (about 20 minutes away), brought it to their shop to do the work and had it back in a few hours. We didn't have to work out the logistics of dropping it off in Scarborough and carpooling. This was SO easy!

Auto Sound did an awesome job upgrading the seats in my Chevy Tahoe. I had heated leather seats by Roadwire installed by Mike and he did an absolutely amazing job! I am so impressed with the work and attention to detail. Thank you to Jamie in sales for the great idea on the leather seats. Jeff, the General Manager, is excellent to work with and all pricing was exactly as promised. Highly recommended for leather seats!

Great customer Service and professional installation. I stopped into their new location and asked if they could install a new audio system for my sons truck as a surprise when he returns from his military deployment. Jeff and the crew were so very helpful to make this happen in a short time frame. Within a hour the new BOSS Audio system was installed and looks and plays great! Thank you Jeff and the crew at Auto Sound Scarborough! Nice job!

This company continues to step up representing quality to now not only dealerships but more off the street private car owners than ever before. Go visit their NEW shop over at Scarborough Downs and ask for Eddie, Jeff, or anybody there able to assist you. I rely on these folks for my company and you will rely on them for your own vehicle just the same, namely after you digest your 1st experience!

I recently had the guys over at Auto Sound install a full Alpine R-Series speaker & Amp upgrade with a dual 8inch Alpine S-series truck subwoofer and a Sony head unit in my Toyota Tundra and i was absolutely blown away with the final product. Everything from the professional install looking like the system came stock, to the amazing sound quality the system produces, i could not have imagined a better sounding system for the value. From day 1, Jeff was a pleasure to work with, always took the time to answer all of my questions and never once did i feel he was trying to over sell me on any of his products. If you want to put the best sounding stereo in your car, i would highly recommend you go speak with Jeff!

Jeff, Brandon, Jamie and crew at the scarborough location have been great! I brought my 64 corvette to them and they not only put in a great original looking stereo they also were able to add a cool center console dual kicker speaker to add to the sound. The car still looks original.What was also more impressive Brandon was willing to help with a non related wiring issue regarding the dash lights.They are worth checking out and have been accommodating Thru and Thru!

UPDATE.......Thanks Ron for doing this and making it right. . I never right reviews on anything because most people don't care. Thanks for caring, responding so fast and putting a smile back on my husbands face, cause he thought it was all his fault. Thanks again.If your looking to upgrade your factory audio to a new one with navigation, , make sure you think twice!! The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of Brandon! I missed my navigation system, so my husband thought he would surprise me with an upgrade, it was a surprise alright when nothing in the car worked anymore! Hands free calling, blind spot warning, navigation without having to have radio on, backup camer working when it wanted to, and all the controls on the steering wheel, Bluetooth/phone didn't work! So make sure you ask the right questions, do your research. Brandon did come to the house to try to fix the problems and ended up putting the factory unit back in, everything works as it should now, they refunded us for the new unit, but refused to give us back money for labor, using the excuse that they did what was asked and the management said they weren't going to get into the middle of a material disagreement! I say they didn't do what was asked, by not telling us what we would be losing therefore we should get all our money back. Buyer's beware!

Great people work here. I got my stereo replaced in my car and once I left it stopped working. They fixed it right away and were very understanding. Even when it didn t work the second time they took it in as soon as they could and fixed it for good. They are genuine people who want to help. I will be going back in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Auto Sound. My car DVD player stopped working. I purchased the system in Texas and they worked with the retailer in Texas to replace my system, which was under warranty. Isaac and Craig took care of me. They were efficient, professional, and most importantly competent. I cannot thank them, especially on the long road trips I have to take with my toddler!!! I highly recommend this company.

What's up world.. just reviewing about this place I was quite surprised of how low the price was to install my remote starter unit initially I thought it was going to be pricing when I last talk to a few of the representatives there for the people there but it came out very cheap and inexpensive so I appreciate it that they worked on it and they did their work I would like to come in Jeff and the rest of his staff is it this is an awesome place when I get another vehicle and it will be soon I'll come to them and I highly recommend anyone else that reads this go to them

This locations is run by personable, knowledgeable, accommodating group are professionals and most-of a VERY FAIR They finished my vehicle on budget and home tine. They even recommended products I found value in (and purchases). Finished a floor, ceiling and spray-in-expanding foam sound deadening package for UNDER 870 (taxes included, for a economy- sized Subaru WRX!). That s QUITE A STEAL FOLKS! Trust me I did the the doors and trunk as where in NC at a crash me thousands more. Same quality product and iwork here in MaineS.

HONEST HONEST!!! I went to there competitor for years prior to them Moving to scarbrough location.My bass would randomly cut out but all Amps showed good. The other place told me so many made up things. The other place I paid to have the issue fixed. About 7 days later same thing againI brought it here. They figured it out. it was a lose RCA that was hidden bcus they were taped Tgther and the other place should have started by Checking all connections or running new rcas.Instead I was showed a picture of a factory crimp that was lose yet he just got lucky that it worked.So idk what to think, did they lie , did they just not know or check. Idk BUT AUTO SOUND FIXED IT FOR 100$. I was so great Full to have found a honest car audio spot. They have my Buisness now.

Disappointed in my leather seat project.There to busy to take there time and my center console and front seats all jacked up.I will now have to pay a real profesional to fix it.You have been warned !
