Called to see if they had the tire size my car needed. Said they had 10. When I got there they said they didn t have any and I mentioned that I had literally called to check that very thing and all I got was a silent stare. They then told me to go to the Scarborough location which also had no tires in my size. The worker at the Scarborough location informed me employees can check the stock of any store. So not only did they not check the stock when I called, but they sent me to a location without tires as well. Thanks Walmart. Town fair tire it is

Got a set of new tires on my Honda oddysey this morning. Pulled in for my 9am appointment. They took my vehicle right in. I was out the door 50 min later. I absolutely love my new tires. Smooth ride. Great price. The workers were professional and prompt. I will return in the future!Service: TiresService: Tires

Had a problem online with a tire refund and they went above and beyond to help fix the problem in store. The best auto experience I ve had in my life. Management went out of there way to fix the problem with the refund. Will be going here from now on!Service: TiresService: Tires

Don't get your oil changed here. I did today and they left a plate hanging off my car scraping and banging against the road. Scared the **** out of me. They couldn't put my new tires on because they couldn't get the the bolts off. Said it was rusted. Well hopefully they did the oil change right... just a bad experience all the way around. Unprofessional. I made an appointment at Chandeliers about 3 miles up the road and they only charge $2 more per tire and sound a lot more professional and efficient. I will leave a review of my experience with them tomorrow morning. Got to walmart at 2:30pm. Still sitting here at 5pm. And nobody was here when I got here... place is a joke unfortunately. Just watched someone else walk out angry on my way back in...

This is the best Walmart auto center in all of New England, based on always having good intentions. I see that some people are upset by a mistake here or there. A. People make mistakes. B. They always make it right. C. Their prices are great. But here s the kicker, if YOU make a mistake they ll work with you. Unlike any other Walmart auto center. The worst two Walmart auto centers are Scarborough and Biddeford, where they have terrible attitudes. The great attitudes of the staff here stand out. The difference between this one and those two in Scarborough and Biddeford is night and day.

I give them no . The lady behind the counter was very nice but the so called tire technicians don't have a clue of what there doing. I wanted them to put the original tires which are 225/60r16 on my vehicle and take the 255/65r16 off which aren't the original ones and they told me they couldn't do that because of the load range. Incompetent

Never hate on Walmart's auto centers: not only are they usually the cheapest for tires but the staff at this location rule. Kind and patient and honest, and that's all you can really ask for!

Horrible in everyway shape and form!! I waited for an hour and change waiting for my oil change for them to come out and tell me that they didnt have the tool to take off my oil filter, After driving away and 170 miles later that night i discovered that they never put my oil cap back on my motor and there was oil everywhere. Not only is the staff unfriendly but their service is a joke!!

Wanted two tires put on my car and was given a fake excuse as to why they couldnt put them on. Mind you I went to school for mechanics and worked in the feild for many years and got out but know enough that what I was told was b.s. Went to a reputable tire shop just down the road and they agreed what I was told was not true and had the tires on and out the door in 20-25 mins.

Have a 1-ton cutaway GMC Savana and they said it was too heavy of a vehicle to put on the lift and install my tires. They informed me that a different Walmart has different lift capabilities, but this was the same store that did my tires previously. Wasted some gas and a couple hrs and now I have to find and schedule tire mount and balance elsewhere. Which means more time out of another day. Darn my luck

They are super informative and know what they are doing. I use 0W20 and honestly it's about $60 for an oil change.

I was amazed at how clean the auto center was and employees very friendly and helpful. We were in and out of there within a half hour for an oil change.

I called several times and either received no answer or, the call was answered and disconnected. Unclear if they were having telephone issues all day.

Got new snow tires,was keeping my other tires and they put them in the back seat and got my back seat all dirty. Should have bagged them before putting them in the car
