Stay in vehicle while oil is changed. Probably a change for the better. No more falling down the holes in the floor used by the mechanics!! An all around positive experience!

I don t have much complaints about the oil change and the service done to my vehicle. What I have a complaint about is the fact at the time I was short on cash and didn t have a good card to use for payment, I understand they are trying to get paid but not only did they threaten to call the cops by the end of the day, they also made fun of me for not having the money to pay it. I just felt very disappointed and disrespected

I drove up early from Mass, got there just as they opened and was immediately motioned to pull into a bay, that was my first good impression! Next I watched them working together as a team to keep things flowing. They were all polite friendly and professional. It s my new oil change spot! Thank you

Needed an oil change quick and this place was just that. Quick and easy. I didnt have to get out of my car which was nice and no appointment was needed. The staff was super friendly and I was out within 10 minutes. The price was right on point. Great place if you're on the run and don't have much time to wait.

So fast and the company has great policies regarding COVID. The crew were highly competent but talked loudly about some unprofessional things amongst themselves. I had no issues, but think many could be turned away by that and it gives the place a less focused feel regarding the work being done. I would highly recommend this store regardless, and am delighted with the service provided for myself personally.

The staff here was quick and efficient and friendly. There was a line when I arrived but they moved quickly. I don't think anyone took longer than the prompto 10 minutes. This was my first stop at a prompto and I will stop at this one again.

Drain plug was stripped badly thanks to an unnamed franchise that cant do anything right. They got the stripped plug out and replaced it no extra charge and were awesome about it even though people were waiting behind me. Great staff and knew what they were doing. Dont know why I ever went anywhere else when they are faster, cheaper and better then everyone else. Thanks again for great customer service.

They don't have 10-30 so they wanna upcharge for "high mileage" for $20 extra when we all know "high mileage" is mostly gimmick. So because a lube shop don't have lube I have to pay extra and "supe" didn't wanna work on price for inconvenience. not great management service

Lost its competence in work force. Lost people couldn't figure out how to take off a air box. needed four hands and a tool. It's actually pretty easy to get off with one hand. Messed up a friend's car one oil change the next they say something is wrong with the nut and drove it in anyways. And put 1 quart in. Years ago bought a car that had promtos on it with double digits worth of oil change receipts with a cross threaded oil filter. Love to use them its nice not having to dispose of it. Rather not need my car fixed when it wasn't broken to begin with too.

I'm updating my review as of 10/8/21 because Mike McNair at corporate headquarters apologized and reimbursed us for the missing parts and provided a gift certificate for a future oil change. I have changed my one star review to five stars because of Mike's professionalism in handling this situation.They did an oil change for $60 and said that they guarantee their services if we use their oil which we did. They would not allow me in the service Bay. When I went for the next oil change at a different location, I learned that the cover and screws to protect the filter and oil was missing. I promptly called pronto and was told they could do nothing about it and did not offer any type of reimbursement. Did not even get an apology.Service: Oil change

Guys were very, professional and I know they knew what they were doing , as some asked questions about their car , checking the air filter ,and they did not need one , and the men did not try to upsell a lady !! I knew this is the place for me to bring my business to , also will tell all my friends to try them out , see pro's at work unlike jiffy lube? Thumbs down to that place !!!..will never ever go bake to jiffy lube!

Always going above and beyond what they have to. Had a heat shield dragging for weeks! Couldn't get it out for the life of me. First thing they did was remove it for me! Answered all my questions with zero judgement towards my lack of knowledge. Just all around impeccable service, I won't go anywhere else.

In the late 90's I got an oil change at the Maine Mall Prompto and the result was my oil gushing all over the road as I drove away. What a nightmare. I did my own oil changes from that point. until last week.Went into Sanford Prompto, and I couldn't be happier. I waited a few days to be sure, but no drips or leaks found!Thank you for a great service guys!Sincerely,Honda red oil pan.

The staff is nice, and the oil change only takes about 15 minutes. They love when I bring my dog and they're always sure to give him some attention I trust the guys here to change the oil in any vehicle I've brought them!

This needs to be a chain all over the country!! It's a couple of minutes and priced about the same as any other shop that does oil changes... Except you don't need an appointment or to wait for hours to get it done... You can do it on your lunch break or on the way to work. Unfortunately I live an hour away, so only use this place if I am already in the area.

Have been going here since I got my first car. I actually love that you have to stay in your car now due to covid. Hope they keep it that way. Always hated awkwardly waiting with other people on the chairs haha

The oil price was definitely cheaper than a lot of places. Really love how quick they are and friendly. I will definitely be doing my oil change there.

The gentlemen who dose the greeting and paperwork is kind. I will say though that they never offer their other services and also never do everything that is on their checklist that is included in their oilchange. Such as cleaning the windshield and checking fluids and the like. That really stinks that you are paying for services not completed.
