James went above and beyond. With managers permission he helped us try to put air in a tire. Tire had an issue. But he walked with me back to my car and tried to air the tire. Was more than I had expected and very grateful for his efforts . Thank you again James. Will use them again for sure.

Went in, ordered universal for front passenger side. The guy kept saying driveshaft. I repeated 3 times front passenger side. He told me there are 2 options so I bought both. Pulled old one out and neither matched cause he sold the driveshaft ones to me. Exactly what I was trying to avoid, tearing it apart then had to go to AutoZone cause they didn't have the correct one. If course I called several times and no response. Horrible service all the way around.

This store will forever have my business. The employees that work here are always in a good mood and happy to help. This past weekend they compt my fiance's inspection sticker! They definitely did not have to do that by any means but I believe in paying it forward with kindness! Allyn is such a nice guy and really knows what he's doing and loves his job whole heatedly. 10/10 for this place of business!

Poor customer service. It's why I stopped going to VIP and now why I will avoid O'Reilly's. Never had a problem at any other parts place but this one. It's been consistently aweful. I normally don't go to the trouble of posting a review but I'll sleep better knowing other people might avoid the service I had here.

Went to have car looked at the guy's we're great. Kept me up on what they were doing. Best part it's in walking distance for shopping Job lots , Aroma Joe's, Kentucky Fried chicken Bowling. So if your vechile will take time you have places to go.

Very friendly and helpful ppl there! Both gals were helping and it was great to see females working at an Auto Parts Store! Usually all men many other parts stores I have been in. ;)

I was broke down on the side of the road because of a old radiator hose about 3 miles from this store called to see if hose was in stock had no way to get there. Thanks a lot to Chris for bringing a hose, clamp, and tools so I could fix it and be on my way. If I'm ever in Sanford again and need auto parts this is the place to go. Thanks again :-)

Called all around town price checking a altinator for my diesel. I also called advanced auto and was on hold over 5 minutes and hung up. O'Reilly's had the best deal in town with the best warranty. Much better staff then when it was VIP. O'Reilly's is at the top of my list for automotive parts.
