Great customer service. I wouldn't bring my vehicle anywhere else. They actually take the time to listen and care about you. They truly make you feel like part of the family.

The service department was tremendously helpful. My daughter and I were traveling from Nova Scotia, Canada back to our home in North Carolina when we experienced engine trouble. It was January 2 and many businesses were closed for New Years. Kevin at Marc Motors was very helpful in beginning the diagnostic process and explaining what might be the cause of our difficulty. David, the mechanic, was able to narrow down what causing our issues. Kevin explained what needed to be done to get us back on the road and what could wait until we were home. The parts were sourced, the repairs were made and we were back on the road again before dark. THANK YOU!!!Service: Engine repair

When I told the sales guy I wanted a great deal like "Mark Said" he asked me to leave the showroom. Seeing I was in trouble the sales guy tried to charge 2x asking price for the parts. He did not like that I knew how much the parts were because I got them from a different nissan service person. Be careful! Oh well, someone will help yet they lost a customer ready to pay. They must be really busy and don't need work.
