I brought my Volvo in to have the rear pad/rotors and backing plates replaced, based on an inspection by the dealership. Chandler's advised me that the plates had another year of life in them, saving me $600+, and they proceeded with the brake work.When they road tested it, they became aware of another brake issue, which took an additional two days, between diagnosing and waiting for parts. They provided me with a loaner, and only charged me for parts, and not the additional hours of work!!These guys are honest (hard to find in the car repair world), fair, efficient and professional. They have earned my business for life and I will share this story with anyone who will listen.

Chandler's does my car tows. They're are super nice & Brandon is the tow driver who is personable & professional. He's a Great guy. We talk cars & I love cars. Shelby Eleanor is my dream car.Have an awesome day!

FIVE STARS BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT!!!!I have been going to Chandler's garage since they were at a tiny location in Springvale Village, across from 7-11.Soon Chandler's moved to a good location which is right on my way to work.Seth, the only service manager at the time is very professional and courteous and knows his stuff.Then came Josh, another service person who is just as professional and courteous as Seth.All the people that work there are professional and know their stuff.All mechanics are ASE certified. ASE stands for Automotive Service Excellence. And it shows in the work they do. They have a couple of loaner car's in case you are in a jam and need a car for the day. There is never a day that they are not busy and usually I am booked out a week although sometimes I get lucky and get a spot much sooner when someone calls and cancels.They have a highly efficient towing division too, from small cars to big trucks such as Tractors and perhaps trailers too.All in all I highly recommend this garage to anyone that drives. From little cars to the big rigs.

These guys really go the extra mile. They called me the day before and confirmed my appointment. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in the anticipated time frame. Stayed within the quote given prior to doing the job. Had the technician pick me up because my husband was held up at work and couldn t bring me to get my car. Everyone was so pleasant to talk to. I had an excellent experience and intend to make Chandlers my mechanics. Highly recommend!

The shop has a medium backlog, but that's to be expected in the current market. Service was completed as expeditiously as possible and the rates and parts costs were within professional standards.Staff was courteous, informative and kept me abreast of all issues regarding the repair of my Tahoe. As this was my first timing using these folks I was more than satisfied with service provided.

Five stars! Chandler s delivers. They are friendly, and professional. Chandler s makes the car repair experience much less intimidating while giving their customers top notch service. They also stand behind their work, making sure it gets done right. Very friendly, went an extra mile only to find out that I have to go to a Mercedes Benz service center.They didn't charge me a penny. They actually felt bad about not being able to help me.

Thorough and honest. Bumper to bumper care. Took my truck in for an engine light on dash. Turns out to be something already "fixed" a week ago from a different garage (due to a break down) and had it fixed right. Nice people.

+1 star for the owner following up with me.Service Technician Review: I got no explanation or pictures of the diagnoses as I requested from the front desk. Just a casual estimate of $4000 dollars. I asked to speak with a technician to learn more about the issue and was told "our techs don't talk on the phone".Customer Service Review: when I booked my appointment (2 weeks out) with the front desk they didn't "put it on the schedule" because their system was down. So I had to schedule AGAIN for 2 weeks out.So I waited a month for a diagnosis that was not explained well at all.I called ASP Performance (Subaru specialists) in Sanford and they completed the work for 2500

Great job as always!I have been a Chandler's customer for many years and have always relied on them for all my vehicle services.I'm always greeted with a smile when I walk into the office, my car was in the shop on time and out of the shop in a timely fashion and the knowledgeable staff took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about my new car during my wait.Free Coffee as I waited. So over the weekend rushing around to get shopping and then laundry done, I ended up locking my fob in the car. On a Sunday no less but I called Chandler's, some one picked up the phone immediately and in less than a half an hour Ryan showed up in one of the tow trucks. Greeted me with a smile went straight to work and had it unlocked in no time. Very professional but personable as well, we talked a bit. And as an added bonus, the price for an unlock, on a Sunday don't forget, was actually about $10 less than I thought it would be. So I would recommend them to anyone who needs the assistance.

Great customer service. Kept me updated on my vehicle, gave me a loaner when they couldn't get my car back to me the same day and answered all my questions. Will continue to go back to Chandler's for all my car needs.

I take my car here for everything. I drive on average 5000 miles a month all over southern Maine and New Hampshire. My car runs great and I have even had people comment on how smooth the ride is. The customer service is honest and straightforward. I don't usually like the guy towing my car but these guys were alright. Fair & Honest & very professional yet down to earth this family owned business is getting 5 stars !Clean building , Up to date equipment, wheelchair accessible & considerate to the handicapped & people struggling with different issues & disabilities and all around left with a wonderful feeling of compassion, kindness and unfortunately that's a very rare thing these days (SO IT MEANS MORE). HUMANS HELPING OTHER HUMANS JUST BECAUSE IT'S WHAT WE SHOULD BE DOING AS HUMANS KINDNESS GOES FURTHER THEN $$; AND I'VE EXPERIENCED A GREAT KIND OF DIFFERNT HERE! I would recommend them& I can share my experience with anyone who is interested in hearing it. Thank you for reading this

Great family owned business. I'm very impressed by these people's kindness they showed my family today knowing we aren't at a great place in life struggling in every way. I wss upset about a phone call we had and left a one star review & with in a half hour the man messaged us went above and beyond to deal with the issue and didn't care whether the review stayed or didn't he just didn't want anyone unhappy with the service received at this business. Today we heard incredible news about a possible permanent living situation, was able to get our belongings& vehicle at a price we could afford& I thought it was gone I mean allot of our things were ruined but allot saved since they patched up our broken window. Secured our things that probably looked like junk to them but it is really all we have left& with some luck they will help us get this go fund me around to other decent humans willing to help two people fighting to stay above just as they are yet our circumstances and people's assumptions on why or how we are where we are are so freaking wrong& these people didn't look down at us or assume they treated us like neighbors with kindness& Respect. The only thing I can offer in return for today's kindness is an hinged review wherever they will let us leave one. Please keep us in your prayers cross your fingers that we have finally found a life jacket that could possible save our lives by being off the streets.

I needed to have my car inspected and made an appointment with Chandlers. I had never been there before but you can be sure I shall go back should I ever need mechanical work done on my car. I was shocked they did not charge me for the inspection sticker. They said it has always been their policy. Very appreciated by this senior citizen, thank you!

Chandler's is the best in town if you want your vehicle serviced. They have always had great service and have always treated me kindly. Their pricing is extremely fair and they even take pictures of all the work they do so it's almost like looking over their shoulder as they do the work. In addition to great auto servicing, if your car breaks down and needs a tow, Chandler's is the one to call.
