Went in looking for headlights for my car, a wonderful associate named Paul Johnson helped me find the right headlights for my vehicle and also came out and installed them for me! He was so nice and was of wonderfully service! Thank you! I will definitely be back again!

Employees are always helpful, pretty good prices, and they don't try and force you into buying something, they recommend other places if they don't have something, etc. I like this place.

This review is specific to Paul. Paul helped my mom (who had a recent hand surgery) get the correct bulb for her headlight. Prior to Paul s help, she was actually given the incorrect bulb from a different employee. After bringing the wrong one back, he was quick to help her and install it as well. From the story I was told, it took a third bulb to get it to finally work, but I m very happy he was able to help her as we (I) could not understand why the first one would not work. And as I mentioned before, her recent hand surgery made it difficult for her to insert the bulb herself. So, thanks Paul!

Had to swap cars with my girlfriend this morning when her's wouldn't start due to a dead battery. I got a jump from AAA and drove to AutoZone in Sanford in hopes they could not only sell me a new one, but also replace it for me. Steve and Paul were awesome, and took care of everything for me despite the FREEZING cold weather today. 10/10 service, will go back again for sure

There is a new sheriff in town!! The new manager David, is fantastic. We were stranded down the road, and I needed to go work third shift soon. Despite the fact that they were about to close, David happily took my payment over the phone, and brought the battery to us. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help. He even installed it for us!!! I will NOT be shopping anywhere else in town. Thanks David!! Whatever you make. It isn't enough!! P.s the battery works great.

I have a battery that fell under the replacement warranty of theirs and the general manager was the most helpful and convenient about honoring it and installing it himself today! My car is back to running top knotch for the 15 year old model it is!! Thank you very much Sanford AutoZone! I highly recommend everyone gets their vehicle batteries through them!

I had to visit today due to a bad battery. Although I had an idea on what it was, Tanisha was able to hook up the battery tester and discover my battery was junk. She was so amazingly helpful and friendly, such an amazing personality, knowledgeable and good employee! She was also able to jump me so I could leave. I called twice more to check on total cost of a new battery and they were so helpful by phone too. I returned a few moments later and bought a new battery which Devin installed for me. Another great, knowledgeable, friendly employee!! He was awesome and took the extra time to make sure it was installed properly and ran additional testing to ensure my alternator or starter was not a problem as well. During testing and installation, both Tanisha and Devin kept conversation flowing, so it wasn't just an awkward encounter. I can not speak highly enough of these employees. They made visiting this store, in what should have been a stressful moment, fun, wonderful and an overall great experience! Please make sure to extend my thanks and appreciation, we need more employees like them at places we have to visit in not so good points (having car trouble) of our lives!!!

My trucks battery was dying and I went to this store to purchase a new battery. Initially when I purchased the battery I was told they couldn t install it because of liability?? Which the first I ve ever heard. I left disappointed, my trucks requires a moderate skill level to install the battery. My truck died again at work that same night, even though I had a new battery sitting on the floor of my passenger seat. It s an advertised service with purchase. AAA isn t available in the area and having to ask for a jump is a inconvenience especially when it s 34 degrees outside. I ended up returning the battery and going to advanced auto parts for a completed job

I went into AutoZone having an issue with a head light I had purchased from them. And was helped by Paul J. He went above and beyond his service to help me and I was very impressed by his professionalism and kindness. Would recommend using AutoZone in Sanford for all your vehicle needs. Thank you Paul for caring about doing a good job and helping your customers

Had to have faulty battery replaced that was put in less than a year ago. Unfortunately sanford autozone is understaffed so I had to leave car for a day before they were able to replace it. Manager Alison installed a new one today - quickly and efficiently. She was friendly and professional. Thanks Alison!

Anytime I need anything for my vehicle my work truck my motorcycle basically any other thing that would revolve around auto mechanic I can personally tell you that when I drive down to see Paul at the Sanford AutoZone I passed a Napa I drive by API and your leading competitor a few doors down and doesn t get my business either. The reason I drive all the way past all the other just as good options if not better in some situation I hold my loyalty to the AutoZone that Paul runs when I look at Paul and ask him a question I know I m getting the truth honest feedback and genuinely ready to help whether that be explaining something simple or something complex. So I know I was supposed to be reading the AutoZone store in sanford Main at 120 one Main Street but it kind of turned more into five or 10 stars for Paul you guys got real lucky when he walked through your door and Paul thank you again I know you don t know me we probably never will but I appreciate you more that you know.

Although we never actually found the part Mr. Paul, as the card says, went above and beyond to help me try to find the right brake pads. Never trust a Hyundai because the parts on it are wrong.

Helpful staff. I had to buy new wiper blades. Saw a thing where if I signed up i would get $7 off my purchase if over $20 or something like that. The person helping me was patient with me while I was signing up to get the coupon, then he put my wipers on for me.

The manager and all his employees are great on helping me find every part that I need for my truck and if it s wrong or something isn t going right they will go out of their way and help you. Autozone in Sanford has my business tell you that much and I hope all the employees that are there stays!

Went to autozone because I needed a brake light bulb. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by both Paul and Rick. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant. They knew the exact bulb I needed Paul even went and got it for me. A+ custome service

I am only giving a 3 star ating because lately Steve is the only one I get when calling or going to store.. I am sorry to say but he needs to retire... He is confused most of the time and if not he causes confusion.. He asks the same question over and over...Other than that I would give them 5 stars, great place with great knowledgeable staff expect one

We went there yesterday looking for a seat belt extender and they dodnt have one. Although my mom did finally find a steering wheel cover that she liked so that was a plus.The workers here are very nice and helpful.

The staff is always willing to help. My wife bought windshield wipers and for some reason didnt trust me to install them for her. One of the guys there was happy to do it for her.
