Fantastic and honest service, very competitive prices.I had brake problems and they took care of my car problems on the same day. They also looked over the car for problems and explained to me what needed to be done now vs later. A quick phone call and I approved everything. All done in a single day. I love their service.

Lou's is outstanding. They helped me out in every way to get my car fixed and stickered .. they knew we had no other vehicle and went out of their way to grab a set of tires from my house then came back and got me when it was all said and done. The mechanics are great they do professional work and your car isn't covered in grease or oil after they're done. We have given them business a few times never had any problems. I would send friends and family to them.

First time getting my vehicle serviced with Lou s Service Center. The young man, Zach, who managed the service of my vehicle was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The staff were very efficient and had me on my way in a short period of time. I would recommend Lou s Service Center in Saco Maine without hesitation.

They have taken care of my family for years. They have serviced vehicles for my Mom, Dad, sister, brother and I for years. They are honest and fair. We trust their advice and respect their opinions. They have never steered us wrong. This is the only place I will take my three vehicles too.

First time going here, I had a friend that recommended them, he has had several repairs and has always been treated fairly. I had my car suddenly overheat the other day, Lou's was able to get me right in.They diagnosed the issue and made the repair in less than 48 hrs, they also did my inspection sticker.I was very happy with the service and the fair price. I will definitely use them again and recommended them to my friends.

While on vacation, our muffler came loose. I brought it to Lou's. They gave me two repair options, one being less expensive. When I picked up my car (the same day) they gave me a total that was $100 UNDER the quote because it didn't take them as long as they anticipated. If you are looking for an honest mechanic with courteous staff, look no further than Lou's!

My husband and I have been struggling to find a good and honest mechanic in the saco biddeford area for years. We were recommended by one of my coworkers and I'm so happy we did.Now we know we can get all of our services done here and we won't be lie to.Thanks again!

My car broke down on the highway and Lou s was the only mechanic around willing to look at it this week. They said they d do their best and told me they had a full schedule. I didn t expect them to fix my car within 24 hours - and a transmission problem, no less! I was grateful for Furman s kindness, humor, and compassion for my situation.Service: Transmission repair

Staff is really friendly, reliable and prices are fair. Rob has your best interest in mind and as a young female car owner always goes out of his way to explain what he is doing so that I don't get ripped off when I am out of town using another mechanic! Best place to take your vehicle in Southern Maine. Consistently has quoted me thousands of dollars less than other mechanics. I've been bringing my Volvo in for years and they seem to have no issues servicing it. Can't recommend enough!

I had never been here before and as a bmw owner I ve had very few pleasant interactions in the past with car work since it has foreign parts. I noticed this place had great reviews so I gave it a try. Not only did they get me in incredibly fast, but the same day of taking a look at my car they were able to fix it. Very reasonable prices, and a speedy fix! Will definitely be coming back for future maintenance from now on.

They were great! My car was dragging some thing underneath my car. I couldn't check it out because I had recently had neck surgery. Lou's Garage took me first thing in the morning and fixed the problem quickly. I will take any repairs and check up in the future!

I was on my vacation with my granddaughter Olivia. My car was overheating. There wasn't any way i was driving home to New Jersey. When i drove to the Brookside motel in Saco. I saw Lou's. I checked in and me and Olivia walked over to talk to Johnathan. He was so nice and willing to help me. I brought the car over. They fixed my car that day. He was extremely honest and through. I am back in New Jersey and the car is running great. I highly recommend Lou's Service center. They are honest professional kind and through. Stop in and see them. You will not be disappointed. This is an A plus business. My family and I were stranded with a dead car on vacation. After a terrible experience with the local Honda dealership, and a second tow, we arrived at Lou s. I could not be more pleased. He put our vehicle to the top of the list, and fixed it quickly! Everyone we dealt with there was so nice and accommodating. His pricing was excellent and very fair. A business could have totally taken advantage of us in our predicament, and that did not happen. I highly recommend Lou s to everyone. I d give more then 5 stars if I could!

I took a truck in from a dealership for a pre-purchase inspection and I'm so glad I did! They saved me thousands of $$$$ by uncovering previous damage and other issues. The dealer assured me that they had done an extensive inspection and that there were no issues with the 3 year old truck. However, Lou's independent inspection clearly showed otherwise. Lou's technicians took the time to show me the issues and offered their experienced perspective and recommendation.Lou's staff was friendly and the prices are fair. I highly recommend them.

Rob and his crew are the best around. Not being hyperbolic at all this is the best garage I've ever taken a car to. Friendly, fair pricing and they'll literally bend over backwards for you. It's pleasure to do business with them.

Absolutely great customer service always pleasant and courteous. Their prices are super reasonable and they always inform you before an additional work is done ,so no surprises. They will do their best to fit you in and get done get the work done as soon as possible. A great trustworthy business for all your mechanical needs.

Lou's is the best shop I have ever worked with - they work on both our Mazda and Subaru cars and always are very transparent and professional, always going above and beyond to do what it takes to make things right. Will always recommend Lou's!

Needed a wheelbearing replaced in an emergency, and Lou's was the only place nearby willing to do it same-day. They were even willing to use a part that I had already purchased. Not only were they exceptionally friendly, they waited for me to get there after hours to pick my car back up. I greatly appreciate them making themselves available on such short notice.

Lou's preformed an emergency coil and sparkplug replacement so I could leave for a trip. His rates were reasonable and the repair was done in a timely manner. Fast and friendly service. The staff were straightforward with the repairs needed, rational behind them and came in under their original quote. Their estimations on time to complete repair was also dead on. One note, they are a small shop. As such, don't expect frequent status updates. Take initiative to call in and make sure they know the time tables you need to work with. Highly recommend based on overall service and cost for the Saco area.

A mechanic with integrity is hard to come by. When I say Rob and his crew are top notch I am not saying enough. I am so happy to have a garage with high moral values and an understanding that not everyone has all the money in the world. Please support this garage and you will not be disappointed. Rob and his crew deserve to do well. I am all for small local businesses and when we find one like this we need to make sure they do well.

Had some squeaking and clicking in the rear end of my truck. Lou's diagnosed the problem over the phone as a seized u-joint, and got me in same-day to fix it for a reasonable price.Great service, very friendly, would definitely come back!
