Absolutely the worst experience ever bought a vape cart off them. And it doesn't work ok return it no problem well guess what you get your money taken no vape cart and then the owner says oh well don't buy them last time for me. I hope you all do better because we aren't like that in this community!

This place has gone so far down hill. They don't take pride in their food and it shows. The food is always made sloppy and thrown together with items always missing. When you bring it to their attention you get dirty looks and attitude! It's wayyyyyyy overpriced for the quality and the quality of the service. We won't be going back anymore! Third time in a row we have had similar issues there. I gave them chances thinking maybe a bad day or I was over reacting but nope they just SUCK!!!!!!!!

I hate to say anything bad about local business as we are quickly running out of places to eat. My last 4 times I have ordered food from this place the order has been wrong or incomplete. What food we do end up getting is under cooked or over cooked it's never good. Not sure what happened to this place they used to be decent.

This used to my family's go-to for takeout, gas, and even stopping for a drink for over a decade. Unfortunately, tonight was the last straw and we will no longer spend any of our money there. We have ordered delivery and the order was incomplete. We have called for delivery another time and was told that they don't do delivery after we had done so before. The online menu is missing items. All of their new items or weekly specials are advertised with stock images instead of a picture from the store which is always a bad sign. With the last few orders we have had missing items, had incorrect items, having some things overcooked or still half frozen, we're done. The first time or two were chalked up to new owners finding their way but it has been too long for that at this point. There have been so many closures of these kinds of businesses locally but we are choosing not to spend any money here again.

Not a good store. Which is said to say been coming here my whole life. Ask for buffalo wings you get plain. Ask her pepperoni pizza you get hamburg it's worth driving to the next store considering it's less than a half a mile away

If you want a hoagie with cheese and more than 2 slices of meat I'd suggest you go elsewhere.Disgusted with the customer service as the woman yelled "JESUS" before she hungup the phone when called to ask why there was no cheese on the sandwich. At $10 for a large sandwich i'd like it done right. Not to much to ask for.I'd rate it 0 stars if I could. Used to love going MVV. It's gone downhill very fast.

Asked for xtra cheese and well done. I did not get extra cheese so I went back in and asked for a new one to be made. They put extra cheese but gave me a raw pizza. The staff was so rude and condescending. The place was also very dirty. I am disappointed.

My only complaint that I have to point out here, is the ridiculous over-priced of their toppings. Food is 90% of the time fresh, and delicious, but who and where and when does someone pay $25 for a cheeseburger sub?New owners, as of about 2 to 4 weeks ago from today's date, and the pricing for food seems to have doubled or tripled? I'm just mind blown to have paid the amount of money I did to enjoy their good food.Topping prices will have to be adjusted more fairly or I'll go elsewhere for my food.I'd give 4 stars with everything of this business has going for itself and customer service, quality, prices, etc.. but I'm dropping a star for the outrageous prices for a few pieces of bacon, or lettuce, or banana peppers, etc.....

I don't order most of the items from here.....but, the basic pizzas are still normally good, and the veggie/ham subs are almost always made correctly when I get them. I like the staff that they have currently, they seem to try their best at all times. I don't like how the owner is with them, and honestly haven't for a few years now, since I was in there early one morning, just getting an iced tea and some milk, and the owner, (older guy,) started belittling the cashier because she hadn't front-faced all the lighters before I got up to the register, and that it was her fault I want buying a lighter or more than I had. I looked at him and told him that as a non-smoker, the positioning of the lighters at 5am was not something that would make me start smoking now....if looks could kill, I'd have at least been put in my place, or whatever it is that grumpy old men like to think they'll do to people who have opinions, thoughts and intentions of their own.Look at the attitude and demeanor of most of the workers there, it's a tough crowd to cater to, you get a lot of entitled mill guys, and you get a lot of drug dealers or sketchy folk. There's definitely good and reasonable clientele that shop their regularly, but a lot of the time, these workers get the scumford clientele more often than not. How long has the "now hiring" sign been up? Over a year, at least...maybe even 2 years now. That's not all the fault of the owner, but he probably hasn't improved his disposition much since a few years back.3 stars, because the food is almost always good, again, for what I order. But also 3 stars, because of the owner/employee dynamic. food/customer service workers are people too, and deserve to be treated as such.

Just got a ham Italian and a ham hogie. When I made the order I specifically asked to have no oil on the Italian, when I got home the bread was so soggy and it was apparent there was oil on it. Then the ham hogie the cheese wasn't even melted and was cold, the Italian was warmer than the hogie. I honestly believe they need to re-train/train the ones in the kitchen in order for them to do their jobs proper. We are paying for a service and expect it to be done correctly and as the customer specifically ordered. .MVV use to be the best in town and over the years it has sadly gone down hill. So so sad.

The last few times I have ordered food from here items have either been wrong or missing completely. This use to be a great place to get food but seems to be heading downhill with their service.

We ve eaten here regularly for some time, and the food has been good. Today, we decided to eat out and got some food. The haddock is a fillet that s half black/grey fat, and entirely inedible. We called about it, and got nothing but attitude and then a hang up. If this is how you treat regular customers who spend $50 regularly on dinner, that s fine, but don t expect our business ever again. Being rude to regular customers isn t a good look, I d recommend eating elsewhere.

I've had good and bad here.. The lobster subs are good but EXPENSIVE. I bought a ton of the pre made soups one night for my sick family and they tasted absolutely disgusting.. The pizza is very good but the dough near the crust tends to be uncooked and doughy.. The cashiers have good and bad days like us all but there's been a few times I didn't have my ID for a new employee as my wallet was in the car and none of the regular employees speak up so I don't end up getting what I need and just go to another store. If you know I'm not a state investigator then tell your fellow employee but they don't seem to mind losing money here.. I give 2 stars, could be MUCH better. They don't put a time on there pre cooked grab and go pizzas so never know how old they are

Called to order a quart of ham salad today with no onions. After being told they could have it ready for me by 1 p.m. like I asked. We hung up. Five minutes later a different employee called me back to tell me they couldn't make that. Because they already made their ham salad for the day and it has onions. I was told they can't fulfill my order because I didn't call them yesterday. And that if they made it the owner would be mad because they would have to waste some... I asked how much it would take to make a full batch. And I receive the answer "alot". And that's all she was willing to tell me. So you don't make any ham salad with no onions for your customers that don't like onions? And the owner gets mad when people wanna place special orders for something so simple as to not want onions in ham salad? I don't understand. I really thought this was a customer friendly store in a small town. I was wrong. People wonder why small town businesses shut down everyday for bigger corporations to move in and take their place. You give us no option otherwise. Don't worry Hannaford will have it ready in a half hour. And I won't be calling 24 hours in advance. I just won't be back.

Used to be greatest place in town for food.....Not so much these past few yrs. Ordered Cold Roast Beef Sub. with extra Roast Beef on Crusty Roll.....When I got home & opened it up, there was barely ANY Roast Beef on it & Roll hadn't even been baked in oven, looked absolutely disgusting! Then to top it all off after returning all the way back from Dixfield was told I couldn't even get refunded because owner of store needed to handle the process!.....After viewing couple of kitchen workers dressed in filthy clothing & some of the apparent "hygiene neglect", will never order food there again.

Don't waste your time ordering food from here, if you're lucky enough to actually get the correct order, which I did not, it tastes just awful... It went straight in the garbage after 3 bites, it's a complete waste of the too much money they charge you for their less than sub-par food...The owners should be embarrassed.

Ordered 2 pizza special, when it was done the cashier wanted an additional 18.00 because one of the pizzas ordered was a white pizza without chicken or broccoli. Told them to keep the white pizza and they decided to honor their advertised special. Both pizzas were horrible, uncooked dough under most of the cheese. Will never buy anything there again!

I ordered a spaghetti and meatball dinner. What sauce there is on it and that isn't much was delicious. I was expecting a dinner roll and got a cold biscuit instead.

Great lobstah rolls and chowder. Out of the 6 places we've tried so far, they seem to have the best lobster rolls...tons of lobster and good eats. I'm from out of town here for a couple months and they've always been nice and responsive. They can get busy at lunch rush so calling in order might be a good idea. Those saying the people aren't nice and were afraid are ether druggies or solicitors.

The owner needs to let someone else do his commercials!!! His voice is sooo annoying! You cannot even understand what he is saying half the time! Please for the love of God, stay off the radio!!

It's small and most of the employees are disrespectful. The pizza is bad, the options of what you can buy is bad, it's way to small and it takes to long to get food.

Well the food is expensive but tastes great i recommend trying the creative menu's go into facebook in mountain valley variety for menu pictures i am so glad the store is still here

I paid 10 dollars for a taco salad got it back to my hotel and it was nothing but chip with a very small amount of cheese. No salad at all. Total RIP off

Between my wife and i,we go into this store about 4 times a day...not anymore though ...the short,blind lady with short hair has no business being in customer service, let alone training a new employee....pitiful pitiful pitiful

If you like being harassed for not having a Maine state ID like my girlfriend did because we are from FL and get told you need to get a Maine ID before you come back to the store by the black haired old troll inside and looked at like your trash and treated like trash this is the place for you we will never spend our money there again the disrespect in front of my one year old from this lady was unacceptable and she should be fired no one's family deserves to be treated this way when she wouldn't be getting paid if it wasn't for people coming in to spend money but she don't own the place so she must not care
