Spent over $400.00 for front brakes which included pads and rotars on 12/20/2022. Made the appointment one month prior. Last time front brakes done their dust shields scraping after job done. Had to make another trip back to resolve issue. Asked on morning of 12/20/2022 to please make sure there would be no rubbing noises when I left that morning. I paid the bill and left. Put my windows down to check for noises as I left. Heard rubbing noises again. Returned and car put back on lift. Issue resolved. Was told it wasn t much of a noise I was complaining about. Had no noise arriving at garage and didn t feel should have any after spending $400. Was made to feel I was a pain to deal with. I was not rude to them but was annoyed with service. Was called several hours later and asked not to return again. Was told there was nothing they could do to make me happy. Not my fault garage understaffed and overworked. I paid for a service and should be done right. Don t blame somebody else. If you can t hear well shouldn t be checking car for noises. Insulting experience!

Though I can't speak to repairs -- our car was too old to invest more money into it -- our diagnostic experience was easy and painless.We brought it in due to our axel having rusted off. The lady at the front desk was knowledgeable and efficient during our calls. It's refreshing to talk to a front-desk person who is familiar with cars rather than scheduling alone.They did not try to push us on repairs when we decided to scrap the car as it was clearly in need of more than we thought it's worth putting into it. And they provided the name of a good scrap yard upon request, which we also had a good experience with.

Do not take your car here! Under any circumstances! They took my 2007 Jeep compass to fix what I thought was the clutch. When I asked them to look it over to make sure it was even worth fixing they called me back three times with new things that were wrong with it with a total of around $2000. I said that was fine as long as it wasn t the frame or the transmission After nine hours of work in a brand new clutch they called me to tell me that the transmission is bad! I told them I wasn t paying for it after speaking with the owner who didn t know what I wanted him to do about it and ended up having to leave my car there with brand new tires on it and 130,000 miles on it. Absolute worst experience I ve ever heard of in my life! Do not take your car here under any circumstances! They will screw you over!!

Always taken my truck there and always will, best garage in a 100 mile radius for sure and they are very reasonably priced and get the job done quick. Always tip with a 30 racks

While I was headed to Maine on vacation, my car blew an alternator light. Oh boy. I risked it and kept driving. When I arrived, local friends referred me to Herrick's. It was a very clean, organized place.They said they were backlogged, but they squeezed me in that week so I could have a safe car for the way home. (I know how it feels to be overwhelmed at work, and I appreciate them squeezing me in.) It turns out that it wasn't a major issue, and they never pressured me into any repairs. I went home safe knowing someone had looked at it.

Great place to get your car repaired or inspected. We've been going there for years and are very happy with their service. It's a secret among the locals... Don't tell anyone from away! :)

Top shelf mechanics and excellent customer service. The shop is capable of handling tiny repairs such as a simple light bulb replacement, as well as working on large commercial trucks. There really isn't any job they can't handle and they take care of all their customers really well

I came into Herricks with some problems with two vehicles. Each time I came in, they had fixed most of what I asked to be worked on however, each vehicle both times had other problems occur after they were done "fixing" the vehicles that were not a problem before. People shouldn't have to keep sending their car to a shop with a new problem that comes up under their care and then have to pay even more money for that most recent repair to be serviced.A good thing bout them is that their inspections are both quick and cheap.

I would not recommend Herrick's Garage, they do half Jobs. They were tasked with fixing my car after a car accident and they did not finish the job. They were paid by the insurance company. I was told the air conditioner was fixed and it was not. I dove back up to have it fixed. They said they wanted more money to do exploratory work and fix the air conditioner. Basically they wanted more money for something they should have fixed the first time.

Have been coming to Herrick's for a little while now. Never been disappointed in the quality of work..sometimes it's expensive, but so is owning a vehicle! They usually get me in quick, too. Will be using them again as long as I am in the area.

Fair price great work and extremely accommodating..Had it in to do repairs on 52 Jaguar multiple times and each time fix was quick and well done!

Herrick's garage took us on little notice, while we were in the area, on vacation. They checked my car quickly, and charged very little. Excellent local shop.
