The oil change that I asked for was good. But me having to pay for work that I didn't ask for was upsetting. If I didn't have another appointment then I would have argued more about it. Instead I paid for it and I'm not sure if I'll be back or not. Is it common practice for you guys to do stuff that's not asked for and then charge people for it? Should have at least been told and asked about it before the work was done. Communication needs to be worked on

I drove almost 3 hours and passed numerous GMC dealerships on the way to Rockland because I wanted to buy a car from Avery Grindle. He is the most patient and kind soul. I was very picky and specific with what I wanted and he made it happen with ease. I literally showed up and signed papers and drove away. Avery set up all of my technology in the car and all of my insurance before I even got there. Best car buying experience I ve had thus far. Thank you Avery! And thank you Kevin for being so down to earth and treating me like I was your own daughter. Spending thousands usually isn t fun, but Kevin and Avery had us laughing and enjoying the journey.

Leased a 2024 Sierra from Quirk Rockland a few weeks ago.Met with Brian several times, and texted as well.Communication was excellent. Timely and helpful each time. I was turning in a 2021 Silverado, so there were two sides to the deal.Wrapped things up with Kevin, and again, all of it went very nicely.Professional, Knowledgeable, and all around really good guys to do business with.I had shopped around, and ended up with the deal and vehicle I was looking for.HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

My truck was running rough and making odd noises, stopped by and the very friendly and knowledgeable service manager personally looked it over. Truck was fixed promptly and professionally. I'm very pleased with the results.

This my 5th purchase at Fuller/Quirk of Rockland. I don t mind making the hour and a half trip to Rockland because I know the process will be smooth. Brian has been great to work with and always finds the perfect vehicle for me. Rich is excellent and it s always a pleasure dealing with both of them. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I have been dealing with the Fuller dealership for years. Just recently the Knox County Airport purchased a new GMC 3500 dump truck. I just wanted to thank Kevin and Rich for their patience. Robert was great made the experience fun. The finance guy forgot his name sorry was great also. They had all the paperwork ready for us when we got there it went so smooth even after I threw a curveball at them and had to redo some of the paperwork. I d say one of the best parts was how Robert interacted with my 6 year old daughter she had so much fun buying a truck normally it s a pretty boring experience for a kid. We will be coming here for are next vehicle!

Customer service in the repair area sucks. Matt was the best. The young guy very helpful. Older bald guy needs better greeting skills and Not greet Customer with I hope you have a apt. Younger one said can I help . So a week ago i came to get my tire checked they only added air to tire instead of finding out why tire was low . They said there was a truck in front of the bay door so they could not bring my truck in because the truck was delivering Thanksgiving baskets to staff. So over Thanksgiving weekend my tire was down to 13 psi. And there was a nail in my tire. So could not leave my house to go for family dinner. If they had checked my tire before and not just added air they would have seen the nail. Oh they were kind and second trip for same problem a week later they only charged Me 1/2 price to plug my tire. Hope they enjoyed they Thanksgiving dinner I was not able to have one

As usual, everyone was helpful and gave me excellent service. And because I had to cancel my appt 2x because of the weather they were very understanding! I did get a survey from Chevrolet but the instructions were not very clear and I only gave one star when trying to figure the process out. Quirk is my #1 dealership!! Barbara Smith

Took car in for ABS and TPMS issue. Staff could not determine brake issue [no codes showing], and despite rotating tires, apparently did not bother to inspect brake pads since I had to replace ALL brake pads and rotors 3 weeks later since they were metal to metal contact. Additionally, calls to speak with service manager went unanswered.

Kevin was very helpful and finding a good finance package for me. He was knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions, and made the entire process enjoyable. Brian helped me find the perfect vehicle to suit my families needs. He called me to let me know that a vehicle I was interested in would be arriving soon which ultimately was the Acadia LTE that I purchased. DISGUSTED. If you want to pay $160 for two air filters by all means go here! I waited three hours for them to do an oil change, replace air filters, and a multi-point inspection. REDICULOUS. They did not give me the free $20 off oil change and never even go a sorry! Dont go here - youd do better with a backyard mechanic!

We worked with Robert Lacasse at the ROCKLAND quirk location.We stopped by and took the truck for a test drive.There was no pressure from anyone involved.I returned a couple days later to purchase the truck.Robert was great during the entire transaction, he took the time to walk me through the features of the vehicle which I can honestly say no other sales person has ever done.Thank you to all involved at quirk.

I was working with Brian on a 2022 Chevrolet 2500, was offered a trade number. Didn t ask for a penny off the truck I was buying, we were about 2500$ apart on trade numbers. He said he couldn t do anything I would need to speak to a manager and he is at the chiropractor and will call me once he comes back, I said perfect gave him a credit card said please take a deposit I want the truck would just like to finish numbers even if we can meet in the middle or something. Either way I want the truck and need an upgrade. This is roughly two weeks ago. I text Brian this morning, the respond I get, trucks sold lovely not sure the point of giving credit card information and such to just be jerked around. Definitely do not recommend this dealership at all.

I have been shopping for hard to come by 2500 trucks for months. I've been to many different dealerships in New England, including the one that I have done business with for over a decade, no one followed up or did what they said they were going to do. I happened to be in Rockland and drove by the lot and saw a 2500. I stopped in and was greeted by Robert. The truck on the lot was a diesel which I was not interested in. Robert was the only sales person who took the time to help me order a truck, he followed up and kept me updated on the status of the order throughout the transaction. When I took delivery, Robert had all the paperwork done and ready to go. He even followed up with me the following day to make sure everything was okay (something that no other dealership/sales person has done). This dealership is 1.5 hrs +/- from where I live and, there are other dealerships approximately 10 minutes from where I live, but based on the experience with Robert, I will certainly be driving the 1.5 hours next time I'm ready to purchase.

The entire experience here was the best! Drove down from Skowhegan and was not disappointed with any aspect of the buying process. Brian was great! He was super easy to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a low stress purchase.

Never bought a vehicle from them but use the service dept a couple times personally and alot at work. The service desk is absolutely wonderful. Very accommodating, helpful, and polite. The techs really only have one issue. must not know what a torque wrench is. Almost everything is either on to the point a 1500ftlb air impact almost wont remove, or finger tight. Again, the folks are wonderful and very nice. Just give you bolts a double check.
