Professional, courteous staff along with knowledgeable as they replaced my oil pan drain plug that had been rounded by someone else for free! Highly recommended thank you again team prompto

They broke my oil checker and didn't tell me when I noticed and went back they said the lady in charge said knew who did it and fired him and would replace the oil checker and when I went back they knew nothing asked if I called the regional manager and the lady said to just bring it back and they would refund me the guy gets my number and wait for the call and no one calls the. I finally call and they said they paid me already when I went in so the regional manager straight up lied and probably kept the 39 bucks

They stripped the sump plug thread on my Sienna and I had to get a new oil pan -$500 installed. Per the owners response I have reported the issue to the store.The store have made no attempt to contact me at all....

I've been going to this exact prompto for years. Everyone is super friendly, quick, and to the point. Prompto should be investing in the employees that are there, Michaela should get a raise!

Didn't have my oil on my 1st try but they topped off my washer fluid for me. Went back when they told me to and they had my oil. Very clean, efficient and didn't cost a fortune. Highly recommend!!! Their employees were great too!!

It was a convenient and quick oil change, but they do not do all the checks they say they do on their website. I had to let them know to fill the windshield fluid, they claimed to check the air filter, but I did not see them do that at all and I was watching, nor did they check tire pressure. So they are good for a quick oil change, but don't rely on them to do a check of everything else.Service: Oil change

These guys were great. Went in to do an oil and filter change and they spotted a huge rats nest in the air filter! My dad's a mechanic so he will replace it but they offered and didn't even pressure me when I declined and decided to have my Dad do it because it's his car. Lol I would totally recommend this place to everyone and you absolutely can't beat the price and they were all so nice! Easy 5 star rating!

Super quick and great service at this oil change. The prices are great and are worth coming to if you need a quick oil change as well as refilling other things in your vehicle. The service is fantastic. The entrance is kind of awkward for the vehicle and leaving is sometimes challenging but other than that, it is great.

We got in and out in a very timely manner. They don't try and upsell you things that you don't need. My only complaint which is minor, is that they don't have enough parking, if they could expand that would be great and definitely benefit everyone. Because getting in and out of their parking lot can be a challenge. But overall I do highly recommend them.

Ive used them for the last 4 oil changes now and am very happy with them. The workers are courteous and professional. True to there name time wise, I drive over from Camden on my lunch break, have my oil changed, and still get back with plenty of time remaining to actually eat lunch!

They were the best. I have a 4 runner they has a skid plate covering the oil filter. And it was stuck. No complaining from these guys. I would highly recommend. Friendly and great prices

The people were friendly and service was fast, a little too fast. They show a list on the wall showing what they do during standard oil change; one of which was checking all the tires. I had to ask them to do this when they said I was done. I can't help but wonder how many other standard things they just overlooked. Just saying.....

This place.....! We used to have our oil changed here regularly. In recent years, tho...The staff is usually Always high on drugs and Not focusing on their job. They can be seen, openly doing drugs, out behind the building, between customers. On our Final visit, they weren't paying attention and unplugged a wire, involving our transmission. We didn't realize, till we were a ways down the road. The transmission could have been severely damaged, had we not noticed this. The service charge was $100, to fix this mistake. It was brought to the attention of the manager. Apparently, they just Can't seem to hire Reliable help. As a result, we no longer go to the Rockland Prompto.

Long line, but worth the wait for the excellent staff and amazing prices, I recommend knowing what type of oil you have in your car currently cause they have different types that range from cheap to expensive
