I have used Portland Glass in Raymond for several projects. I interacted on several occasions with Austin, Cindy and Jonathan. They installed shower doors in two bathrooms and completed a custom project for our screen porch, which included 14 removable screens and glass inserts. They are extremely nice and professional people. After installation, we noticed a few minor changes that needed to be made and they were here within 2 days fixing things on the spot. I highly recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

Recent glass replacement of skylight that is over 30 years old. The technicians were professional and thorough from beginning of project to inspect and provide quote. To my acceptance for installation. Very happy and no more worry of leaks.

Over the years I've had two windshields at Portland Glass in Raymond. One repaired, one replaced. They're great to work with and do great work. Next week I get to have the windshield on my travel trailer replaced and I have no worries that it will come out like new.

I dropped off my keys the evening before, they called the next day after the windshield was installed, I picked the car up, paid, and was on my way.I don t know if I ve ever had a smoother interaction with anyone before! They did a great job and I didn t miss a beat squeezing a windshield repair into my already hectic life. Thanks!

Portland Glass did an excellent job of replacing my cracked windshield on my Honda CR-V. I was recovering from shoulder surgery at the time the work was done and unable to drive, so they came right to my driveway and did the whole job right here. This is consistent with my previous experience with them. They are the best and I highly recommend them!

A dead tree crashed through my office window, sending glass shards everywhere. But that was only the opening pain. My insurance company was great, and I got my money only a couple of weeks later. But finding a window company that was responsive was impossible--until I found Portland Glass. It still took too long (I'm impatient), but it was faster than any other provider promised. And the PG people were friendly and responsive. The install was fast and the office was cleaned when he left. If another tree falls through a window, I'll call PG. And even if it doesn't, I'll recommend PG heartily to anybody who asks.

I've had two windshields replaced with Portland Glass (over the course of several years), and each time, the company has been incredibly easy to work with. They get you right in and do the job quickly. There's never any issues, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

My back window shattered just before a rain/sleet storm was to arrive. They set up an appointment for the very next day! They had a pretty nice waiting area so no need for a drop off. Excellent communication, customer service, highly recommend.

Replaced my 2014 F150 windshield within three days of calling. They took care of my insurance claim (which covers windshield replacement) and this whole process was amazing. Super friendly and accommodating.They beat all local independent prices and also gave me me a 1 year warranty on the install and free fixes for rock chips should they occur.Couldn't be happier. Glad I went local and I would recommend.K

Huge hassle, they locked my keys in the car after I requested not to lock it, there is a leak in my new windshield and they left glass all over and in my dashboard, console and glass shot out when I out on my defrost.Thank you Mark for responding and for calling me. I appreciate you wanting to make my experience a better one. I have not heard from your secretary yet, but I do appreciate your customer service and look forward to resolving my complaint.

Had driven to the Raymond store last month for ceramic glass for my woodstove. Walked in cold and got what I needed in minutes.The chimney sweep offered to install but the glass snapped the next day. They sent me a check for $100 to replace. On Tuesday 9/20, I once again drove to the Raymond store (50 miles rt). This time I incountered Anne who told me she would call me once the piece was ready. I mentioned that the trip was too long and that I would wait. She informed me that no cutter was on duty but that they would try to do it promptly. So I left and drove home. Soon after I got a call from Anne who informed me that my 9x9 piece of glass was ready! When I inquired why I had to drive all the way home to hear this,she said that she ultimately cut the glass her self having outside experience operating a craft shop. I repeted that I would have waited to avoid another round trio but her response was curt at best.

VERY fast service! High quality work. They've replaced 2 windshields for me in two different vehicles. Great experiences both times. They are considered a premium glass replacement company with my auto insurance.

We have been using Portland Glass for decades. They have replaced fogged Windows in our house, commercial entry door at the office, automobile windshields and a huge class A motor home windshield. Their work is the best and the price is fair. They always meet my schedule which is real important. I am so happy with their services that I do not call around for the best price, I just call them because I don't want anyone else doing my glass work.

Portland Glass was professional from the very beginning. They were not to pushing and told me they would keep my estimate on file for when I was ready to book the service. When it came time to schedule they were quick to respond and had availability in a reasonable amount of time. The service itself took under two hours and I am completely satisfied with the results.

Expert care! I had my basement windows replaced just after a nasty snow storm. The guys who installed the windows didn't complain once! It was cold and in unfavorable conditions. They were extra careful as one of the windows is over my home office equipment. They were speedy and involved us along the way to make sure every detail met our expectations. Bonus - the product itself is worlds better than what was originally on the house. I'm super pleased and plan to work with them again when we tackle the main living area windows in the coming years.

I was very pleased with the price, products and installation of 8 replacement windows and a door on our sun room and of glass shower door in our master bath. Price was less than half of other window vendors' offers, and included a veterans' discount. Good communications all the way from requesting site visit for a quote to scheduling the installation. Clarke and Larry did a professional and efficient installation.

I contacted Portland Glass to replace a windshield for my motorhome. They work with my insurance company to get the details worked out. my windshield was difficult to replace, but the technicians were persistent and professional. They did a wonderful job. I am very happy with my new windshield.

The folks at Portland Glass of Raymond were extremely helpful. My front windshield was cracked and they were going to come out to the house to fix it, but it started raining. I was able to bring the car to them and they got it replaced while I waited. Thank you .

I just recently had my windshield replaced on the 7th of November 2016. My wife had to bring it to the appointment due to me working 2nd shift. I looked at the car today the 9th of November 2016 to find my driver side front fender with two dents in it where it looks like someone leaned on with their body and the passenger front fender with scratches all in the clear coat. I called Portland Glass in Raymond Maine and told them about the damage and they denied it and said my car was damaged before it came in. I am very picky when it comes to taking care of my vehicles and wash them every week. There was no damage to the front fenders prior to the appointment. I also talked to the manager and he pretty much told me that there is no way I could prove that the damage was done by them, so I will be contacting the better business bureau and also getting in contact with the owner of Portland Glass. My best advice to others is go to another business to have your glass replaced and also take pictures 360 degrees around your car and inside to make sure this doesn't happen to you.

Professional all the way around. Arrived on time wore masks and cleaned up after themselves after installing a beautiful glass door. Everything looks great very happy with the shower door.
