Tire match guarantee didn't work so well. (Update 6-24) (Update7-27- Vip stepped up and honored their price match guarantee got my tires mounted today. Will get the price match guarantee gift card in the mail later. Store manager Kendall did an awesome job (8-10- gift card art ved today. New update .Thank you VIP Just had some tire sensors replaced. Guys did a great job and they work right. (3-14-2024)

I have always trusted coming to get my car serviced here. They are very honest and attentive when I have any issue with my vehicle, they are quick to schedule and fix it. Appointments are easy to make. Staff is always great.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Chris, Paul and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to get me back on the road even when my car was towed there right before they were due to close up shop for the night. Highly recommend this place thanks again!

Great shop .I have a 2000 Mercury Sable named Betty by our late son .This car has a very personal history to say the least .That being said I can get very emotional quick do to a very tragic event .Well I had one of those moments after Betty threw a couple curve balls .The crew at this shop handle a tough situation very well ..First Kendall who I had I bit of a meltdown towards is a true professional and was very helpful at solving the issue and putting the customer first .Robert who works along side Kendall on the desk is also a Pro and was very helpful.Now Mike the Mechanic who worked on Betty was outstanding.A real pro .He listened to me about a number things with patience .A good Man.Do to the whole experience with this crew .I will be a customer of V.I.P moving forward .I went in for just a tire rotation and have them look at PCV valve because my other shop was backed up a bit .It was a timing thing .I never thought I would go to V.I.P forMechanical stuff but I will now and would recommend this shop to anyone 100 percent . For anything.Great crew up front and great head mechanic in Mike .They are an asset to the V.I.P. name.Tough to fine today .. Peace and Thanks .Jeff D and Family and of course our old girl Betty .

I have gotten work done in the past by the PI VIP and was very satisfied every time. I have recently come back and was happy to find their level of service is better then ever. Would highly recommend

It was great service! The guy that took care of me was Steven, he was very knowledgeable about the tire selection in which I purchased tires. Always professional, prompt & courteous service. Beyond that, I feel like they're all my family making sure I'm safe and taken care of. The manager there Kendall took right care of all my car problems. Made appointment at vip in Presque Isle for daughter to get inspection and oil change. Told her inspection ok but front brakes would need service soon. After waiting a while they couldn't put new sticker on till brakes were done. I told her didn't see why but make another appointment to have them done. Next morning she called me and said there was a puddle of oil under car. A friend with her said filter was wet with oil and was really loose so they snugged it up also had to add oil. She called vip they said bring it back they told her after they checked it the filter must have vibrated loose, ya right. Been around cars all my life never had one loosen. Mechanic either didn't tighten it or old o ring was left stuck to engine causing double seal which blew under pressure. But they said she was all set. After getting home she checked oil and it didn't show on dipstick. She stopped by local gas station and they said it was over 2 guarts low so vip must not have even rechecked the oil. Guy told her he didn't see anymore leaks. So vip offered her nothing for their fail. I feel they should have done something to make it right. Needless to say she's going somewhere else for inspection and other work. Lucky she didn't damage engine.Service: Oil change

Called for oil change and general check up on vehicle...had to replace the rotors and was behind on the vehicle state inspection...Josh went over everything with me and explained what needed replacing and the price etc...ended up to be cheaper than I thought...major plus!! He gave me a great discount and made the entire process a breeze....will definitely be returning to VIP Tires! I purchased a set of four tires from their website and had them shipped to my local store. The personnel at the store were very helpful and accommodating, assisted with applying for a credit account and a rebate. Great service.

Josh and his crew provided excellent fast service and went above and beyond to replace, repair my tires. Not only did Josh fit me in immediately, he acknowledged my personal loss of my husband and fit me in immediately so i could travel safely to family for support. At a very difficult time i cant tell you how much the human kindness and professional service helped me. A factor that i dont see much in todays world. i called Presque isle VIP to get tires installed on my f150.had the tires i wanted in stock asked them to hold as i live in southern Maine and was headed bird hunting up coming week. They said no problem .I arrived the manager was great to work with very friendly and helpful .tires put on oil change check for alignment and were honest and let me know truck was all set. i went back for next oil change and rotation same service high quality friendly quick this store should be your standard 5 star reviewServices: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Made an appointment for today at 1pm... dropped off the truck. Then at 5pm they called me that unfortunately they couldn't get my truck in to change the tires ..smh... then told me till next Thursday?? What a waist of time.. I guess because I didn't buy the tires directly from them, they pushed me to last and didn't even get to it....What is the point of making an appointment when you not even going to get taken care .... will not recommend this place to anyone

Sales person was a little rude and act like he didn't have time for me. I guess they don't like phone calls. Pretty pricey and they didn't have the tires I needed. Found them cheaper by 285$ a set at highway tires in caribou. They took really good care of me.

Very rude over the phone just to get a price on changing tires, he acted like it was such an inconvenience and so hard to answer a question for a customer. Because of the poor attitude I went somewhere else and it was cheaper!!!

Josh and team were kind enough to still get a tire repair done last minute for us. We are up this way with a rental car and would have otherwise been stuck far from home. They went above and beyond. Kindness is a two way street.

Called in for tires Sunday was told i would get a call next day maybe Tuesday. I've called in twice this week and now it is Friday and ive been charged already, with no return call. Not to mention, guy doing check out was rude and pushy. Didn't want to talk about the 200%guarantee, didn't want to talk about the tires just wanted me to buy. Well, I did, where is my service? Arrived at location and was quite pleased by cleanliness outside and inside of location. All employees and customers masked up and being safe in distance. Got my truck in quickly and kept me updated through process. Needed a new tire and was walked through possible replacements efficiently. Decent pricing. Quick prompt thorough service. Would definitely recommend if you are unable to schedule with your local dealership or home mechanic.

I called ahead of my appointment time, and they were able to take me early. Service was quick and everyone was friendly and helpful. They even ran a free alignment test and gave me a print out of the diagnostics. Prices are comparable and fair. Will definitely be back for my next regular maintenance.

Brought my car in for an inspection before a 2300 mile road trip to make sure my car was up to the task. The conmen that work here told me everything looked good and that I just needed an oil change. When I specifically asked about my brakes I was told they 'looked fine', so I went on my road trip and my brakes started grinding because they needed to be replaced. Wish I could say they give you your moneys worth, but you just give them your money.
