The crew at the Presque Isle location was helpful, knowledgeable in assisting us in choosing the right glass for our custom shower. The installation crew was friendly and very quick. They were considerate of the home during the installation and cleaned thoroughly after the install. I would use them again in future needs.

A few words about the fine people at the Presque aisle location. An outstanding and professional crew who took great care to guide and assist us with our windshield replacement. Right from the opening call to April, to successful repair, we felt a genuine interest in meeting our needs. Well done, folks!

We are very pleased with the overall customer service from the Presque Isle Portland Glass office, from the courteous intake person to the service men who installed our broken home window. When we looked to have it replaced, we were discouraged to learn that the original window manufacturer had recently gone out of business, but Portland Glass was able to completely match the broken paned window and replace it in a very timely manner.

Tim and the rest are nothing short of the best. Able to go that extra mile with a vast knowledge base, high skills and willingness to help. Very special orders don't scare them and they continue to be a pleasure to deal with from admin staff to install folks!

THEY INSTALLED A NEW GLASS FOR MY DOOR AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP ALSO. IT WAS SEAMLESS.
