Great friendly and knowledgeable staff who are most helpful. Needed a replacement battery for my refrigerated trailer, and they double-checked it was the correct one for my application. They even let me borrow their ladder to change the battery out in their parking lot.Please like and follow for all things OTR. From Shippers to the Receivers and awesome food between where you can fit a Semi Truck and trailer parking. Give a smile, it goes a mile.

My favorite employee there is Josh! Even though I'm a girl they treat me equally and I really appreciate it. Good place for parts and car accessories and free engine light checks, wiper installation, etc.

I just wanted to give a shout out to O'Reilly auto parts in Presqe isl. For going above and beyond for helping me out and delivering a snowmobile battery to me at the inn I was staying at. It is not normal for them to deliver to a private address but they knew I was in a jam so the helped me out. Much appreciated.

Figured we would try this store seeing as they are competitive in pricing and also deliver. We own a very busy shop and when ordering parts yesterday was told it would be brought out first thing in the morning. no calls by 9:30 so we called them and was told as soon as the orders were unpacked they would call us right back. here is is 11:30am and no phone call and no parts. We spend close too $70,000 each year at local parts stores trying to find the best deal so we can pass it along to our customers. O'Reillys you had a good opportunity to make your company a significant amount in sales, but due to very poor customer service you lost this account for sure. Now we have to drive 25 miles out to get our parts for this truck that has been on our lift tying up shop time since early this morning. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The credit application just went into the garbage

great service fixed my vent actuator in front of store the worker there even checked with me before they closed to make sure i wasn't going to be stuck missing a tool or part.

Compared to the o'rileys in houlton ... This place isn't at all a place I'd even consider so to ever again .inventoru is scarce . . there's not much there the staff is ok

I went looking for a exhaust for my sons 4 wheeler and the guys wrking told me to bring in what i was trying to replace and they would help me so i did but no one helped me they totally watched as i purchased all the wrong stuff and i had to return it all the next day not impressed
