Very unimpressed and seemed scammy. Drove my truck in to get a leaf spring mount welded on, they had it for 12 days and did nothing . Except make everything worse. They took the gas tank out and tried charging us to have it reinstalled with new straps, When I drove it in the gas tank was held in just fine. They removed it without my permission and the tried tell me they need $1000 up front to repair the parts they broke and fix my leaf spring mount. And another $1000 when it s all fixed. They wouldn t give me a time estimate on how long my truck would be there either when originally it was supposed to be only 3 days. And for some reason the took the rear shocks out and didn t put them back in properly as shown in photos. So when I went to get it back I had to put the gas tank in the bed of the truck myself and have it towed back to my apartment on my own dime. Scumbags is the only word to describe them and their business. And when I told the man at the front desk they I thought they were being scammy he said yeah .

Been with y mike Cowett since I moved to the area! He worked on my old car making it safe for me to drive so when I started looking for a new car it was a no brainer and bought from someone I trust instead of a large dealership. I love my new car so much.

Mike and his crew will always take care of you and treat you fair. You never have to worry about them making up stuff that is wrong with your vehicle and if they don't know how to fix a problem (rare thing) he will tell you up front. I know that when there is something wrong with my vehicle it is in excellent hands at Mike's!

Although I appreciate Mike and his crew for fixing my car, it ultimately was not where my car was originally supposed to get fixed and there ended up being multiple delays in getting parts. The car was returned to me with 4 very unevenly pressured tires and I still feel that there is a problem with braking above certain speeds, but considering I've been without it for almost 2 months, I'd rather take the chance and take it downstate to get that re-checked.

I was told at another auto place that I needed a new transmission! I called Mike Cowette, he has my car towed to his garage and told me he would throughly check it. Well he saves me from spending 6-10k on something I didn t need! He flushed the transmission (as he said he could tell it had never been done and my transmission fluid had never been changed) dug a little deeper and found some corroded wires! He was able to fix it all up and get it back to me within 24 hours! A $600 repair was much better then 6-10k!Service: Transmission

Mike cowetts it's one of the best places to go that you need body work repairs Etc even as long as he can put out while yours is getting fixed for $20 a day on your insurance
