Called them right before closing with a torn tire and a stuck-on lug nut they said to drop it off despite the late hour, and by 10am the next day, they called to say the tire was replaced, and at a reasonable price, too. They even had me bring it back by after a day of driving around so they could double check if anything needed tightening/aligning after running it awhile (no charge for this). Friendly customer service both on the phone and in person. Rob and Harley were fantastic. Would work with them again in the future.

While in Portland I popped a tire running wedding errands. The gentleman at Tire Warehouse had a similar Falcon tire to match my set and he stayed a few minutes late to help me out. I had hundreds of miles to travel and I did not feel safe on the donut. Thanks to Tire Warehouse I had a safe trip and wedding plans were not interrupted. I am very grateful!! Thank you!

Sign clearly states bays open no appointment necessary . I used to have good luck here but today they wouldn t even help a fella out with a dead simple nail plug. I ve had them do it before and have done them myself . It s one of the simpler things a tire shop could even do so I m not sure what services they are falsely advertising with that big bold sign Bays open - No appointment needed in blaring yellow with red text if they can t squeeze me in at noon time before the days end.

The service was incredible and the prices were unbeatable. I struggled to get an appointment at a variety of places, but Tore Warehouse got me in quickly, did excellent work, and got the work done fast. Would 100% recommend them for any tire needs!

Was driving from Waterville Maine to Boston. Tire light came on. Stopped at the Tire warehouse in Topsham and they just put air in my tire. Made it to Portland and tire light came on again and could tell something was up with the tire. Call tire warehouse in portland at 632pm friday and was told to bring it in. Got there and the tire was leaking badly. The guy running the shop all by him self told me pull the car in. He jacked up the car took the tire off fixed the hole super quick and said no charge. THE GUY WAS GREAT. Made it to Boston safe and no issues. THIS is true serivce. Im sure he wanted to go home, but saw someone needed help. Thanks for your help that service guy at Tire warehouse portland!

Got a flat tire while at work and made an appointment hours ahead of time and got a confirmation email. Got there and they weren t ready at all and couldn t get me in. Given that they were busy I should have gotten a confirmation if they couldn t take me so I could have tried some place else. Having had great service at another branch before I don t having anything bad to say about there service but they should really get a better appointment system

john at the riverside store was very rude tonight. Told our appt was tonight but booked for the 5th. Asked if they could get us in as this was their mistake. He was pretty much jumping down my husbands throat and being very punchy. I commented that this was a joke and wasted my time and walked out. Please train your staff of professionalism customer etiquette!

Dropped off 4 wheels and new tires to be mounted and balanced. left them for 4 days to have the work done. Picked them up and brought new mounted and balanced tires home, found all valve stem caps missing, went back to the store to get caps. Next morning one tire is flat, aired up tire and could hear air coming from valve stem. Removed valve stem core and found core to have no rubber o-ring and bent. After inspecting all wheel closely I found none of the valve stems had been replaced. Looked at receipt and confirmed I paid for new valve stems. Also I was charged for an alignment. They never had my vehicle to put the tires on, How was an alignment done. Have called 9 times to be put on hold and then disconnected.

IN A NUTSHELL A+.THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE TIRES THERE WHEN I WENT THERE FOR MY APPOINTMENT, IT WAS DURING THE SNOWSTORM AND AN EXCELLENT RECEPTIONIST LADY HARLEY, DROVE TO GET THEM, AND THEY PUT MY TIRES ON. A PLUS ALL AROUND. I GO BACK IN A HEARTBEAT

Tim was incredibly kind and helpful. I came in 30 minutes before closing with a leaky tire. He had the tire patched and I was safely on my 45 minute commute in no time. 10 stars.

This five star review is for the staff at tire warehouse and their care for customer service as a whole. Rob was able to figure out a way to make my tire service happen despite the lackluster online appointment process. I scheduled online (tire warehouse corporate take note: this process means nothing, and it is not the technicians fault), Idk if it s just supposed to be a diagnosis appointment but come on, these are tires we are dealing with. If your car needs tires, it needs tires; and at this point if it needs tires you are forcing your technician to tell your customer to come back days, and in some cases weeks later to address the issue. This is not an appointment! This is a waste of my and the technicians time to determine tire needs. The more time you take of the great ambassadors/techs you have, in calling/talking to customers to let them know they don t think they can actually work on their cars is making it harder for them to work on their cars. Long story short, Rob and James were incredibly helpful and took care of my needs and I will be coming back here every time I need tires!!!

Everyone was very nice. If this organization is telling people to lie, that is not the tech's fault. So no shade on them. But this is a zero-star review.I don't appreciate getting the housewife treatment as if I don't know how tires work. Refused to apply a plug, then said they would have to order the tires.You dishonest clowns wasted my time. Guess what? I went to a competitor, who DID do the patch you refused to do, without staring me in the eyes and lying to me. So they can have my business from now on.Pathetic.

I came in minutes before they were supposed to be closed and I begged the guy for help changing my tire because it wouldn t make it another mile. He had me pull around to take a look at it and gave me a cheap option and an option to match the current tires. Had it paid for and changed in 20 minutes. Will definitely be back for all tire needs.

Tim K was beyond exceptional, walked in and he greeted us immediately with a smile and was willing to help us when we blew our tire!! If you have any doubts don't!! They are absolutely wonderful!! What a blessing to still be able to go somewhere and have excellent service and speedy to boot!! Thanks tore warehouse!!

Affordable prices, nice staff, and quick appointments. I really hate dealing with vehicle maintenance, but they make it as easy as possible. Will definitely continue to buy my tires here.

I have had two negative experiences at this particular shop in Maine, and it is the most biased establishment I have ever encountered. Upon entering, the employees immediately displayed unwelcoming behavior towards me. During my first visit, I was ignored by a male employee and he responded rudely when I asked for assistance.During my second visit today, an employee intentionally turned off the air I was using and walked away, without even acknowledging me. It appeared as though the employee's behavior was motivated by a dislike towards people of color. If the management is not already aware, I urge them to take this matter seriously and conduct a thorough investigation, as this behavior may have a negative impact on the business in the future.Thank you and I hope that you'll take this matter seriously

Very bad work!! Tires weren't balanced and lugs were loose... went back for adjustments and they were in the back doing DRUGS!! Very disappointed !!!Tall skinny crack head looking guy (would not give name) should NOT be anywhere near customers or vehicles!!!SAD WHAT THIS WORLD HAS COME TO

Made an appointment for Sunday. Drove over and nobody showed up. Guess they decided not to open that day. Then made an appointment Tuesday. Show up and they claim I made a "drop-off" appointment and couldn't help me, even though the guy on the phone said 1pm. Cool!Now I've read the other reviews here, I guess appointment snafus are just a daily thing with this location.

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment online got a confirmation email an hour later saying the apt was confirmed. Drove over there to be greeted by an extremally rude front counter manager. He then informed me that the email confirmation doesn't mean anything. He was also very rude to the customer in front of me. As I was leaving he told me good luck getting help. Never again will I use this company.

I would have given my experience 3 stars, because I was never contacted about my tire being finished, but when I showed up the mechanic was so helpful and friendly that he made it a 5-star experience. Plus, I've had two other great experiences at this particular location.

Awesome service by Bryant Taylor. Pulled up and was probably out in 10 min. Definitely coming back for my other 2 tires.
