First day of a Long Road Trip, we had two tires that became a severe safety issue.We were unknown drop-ins with out of country plates.They treated us great and got us right in the shop to get us back on the road. Although I can't judge local tire prices, I DO NOT feel in any way that we were gouged due to the emergency out of town people that don't have a choice. (We have all heard those stories on the news)Ray was excellent.Not likely I'm going to need tires in Portland again but would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone looking for tire services in the area.

Got a flat tire on the highway right near here, managed to drive to Tire Warehouse, and an amazing guy who works there, Tyler whos a manager i think, literally changed the tire for us and saved our trip. Put air in it everything to make sure we were good. Didn't ask or expect any money from us either, just helped. If it wasn't for him we would be screwed.

Made an online reservation and got confirmation. Manager can't find the reservation and can't accommodate. Says "Online system doesn't know what he has going on." I guess the system doesn't know if a site is short staffed or what the schedule is like. Well, that is a problem with Tire Warehouse that should be fixed. I was told corporate won't make adjustments to reservation system to accommodate staffing, so I guess anyone making a reservation online will go through this song and dance. The local place needs to post a sign on the front door that online reservations can't be honored. Corporate needs to update their system to check work loads/staffing at shops. UNACCEPTABLE in 2023 to handle online reservations in this fashion. I feel for the manager, but he needs to harangue corporate about this problem until it is fixed. We're going elsewhere going forward. We were able to book another place online. We called and magically they had our reservation in their system. Try harder Tire Warehouse. It's a shame. I had no problems the last time I used the shop.

I would highly recommend this business. I needed all new tires on my truck and I purchased the BF Goodrich KO2 s and the crew that works there did an excellent job. My truck looks beautiful and they performed the service in less than 45 minutes. You can tell they really love their job and have a passion for helping people with their tire/wheel needs. I specifically worked with Ray and he was awesome and had a great upbeat personality.Thanks!

Online appointment scheduler does not work and apparently has not worked for over two years. I found this out after I scheduled an appointment online, came in for my appointment, and they were unaware of my appointment and the tires I had requested. Call them by phone if you plan to take your car here

We got a flat on i295 while towing our fifth wheel travel trailer. We got our spare on and went to the nearest tire shop (which happened to be this Tire Warehouse location). Phil and Tyler stopped what they were doing and got us in right away. Within 45 minutes, they had four new tires mounted, and we were back on the road to enjoy our vacation! They not only saved our vacation, but also earned themselves new customers for life! Thank you, Tire Warehouse, and Thank you, Phil and Tyler!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. This shop destroyed a stud and lug nut on my vehicle and then lied to the insurance company in order to avoid a claim on their end. They caused $400+ worth of damage to my car and refused to fix or compensate me for the repair. DON'T USE THIS SHOP.

My brother, had his tires rotated, while they were doing the job, they went thru his truck and STOLE his marijuana, SO DONT GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR VALUABLES !!! CROOKSYOUR BUSINESS IS GOING DOWN HILL IF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF !!!!

Amazing service. Popped a tire on a pothole and immediately took it to Tire Warehouse. They were honest, and got it done by the end of my work day. The guys were hilarious and personable!

Service was amazing and fast! Phil was so helpful with my flat tire and helped me laugh off an otherwise frustrating situation.The waiting room however was about 100 degrees, they desperately need air conditioning in there.

My review from 6 years ago: Peter was incredibly helpful when I came in without an appointment and a leaking tire. The team here was able to repair my tire free of charge with an internet coupon and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. I was also able to talk with Peter about snow tires since winter is coming. I ll definitely be going back to Tire Warehouse for all my tire needs.Fast forward to now, after 6 years of loyalty. I made an appointment for swapping to my snow tires. Last swap they told me I needed new winter tires so I bought a set of replacements online (which I ve done before during the 6 years I ve used Tire Warehouse). I take my tires (and two small children in tow) to the appointment and get a call to return because there s a problem. Tire Warehouse says they can t swap out my tires since I didn t buy the new snows from Tire Warehouse. They state that s their new policy under new management, make some weird analogy about how I shouldn t expect to bring in my own steak to a restaurant and have the restaurant cook it and state they don t want to be liable if something goes wrong by installing faulty tires. It s not like I can return the tires I ve already bought (I bought them over the summer and they re past their return), and winter swaps inherently involve client s stock of tires so I don t get their liability concerns. It doesn t seem like they care about keeping their customers. It s a shame, I liked working with them for years but I guess it s time to check out the competition

We have had several awesome experiences at this location. Even super busy, we ve been offered same day drop off of a tire to see if they can fit it in (they did) and then a same day appointment when they were able. The service is excellent and they explain what they are doing, why, possible outcomes, and just overall communicate very well. It s also one of maybe two car-related places I ve been in my life where I felt the people were being honest and not treating me like an idiot (car dealerships talking to my husband instead of me about a car I am looking at etc) because I m a woman or someone treating me like a number because they are so busy. Thank you so very much! We will be back and I will highly recommend to anyone.

This location specifically has been such a lifesaver so many times today I had another shop not put a tire. I had them do for me back on my car and just threw it in my backseat refuse to help me get it on and I called tire warehouse in a pinch and they told me to come right over and within 10 minutes. My tire was on and ready to go and told me to come tomorrow to get it tightened for free mind you! Definitely will be tipping them tomorrow. I felt so bad I didn t have cash on me lol 10 out of 10 recommend

The guys were great and service was excellent, but the waiting area was extremely hot and uncomfortable even for the short time that I was completing the drop off and pick up transactions. If there was AC it would have been possible to wait there while my car was being worked on, which would have been super convenient. I feel bad for the workers who have to deal with that heat all day.

Awful waste of time! I brought my car in for an alignment but was told it could not be done because I needed hundreds in repairs. My mechanic looked at it, said everything was fine, and I took it to a different shop who did the alignment no problem with no repairs needed. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and wasted hours of my time. Do not come here for an alignment!

Every time I ve gone to this Tire Warehouse, the people who work there have been nothing but extremely friendly and helpful in explaining what exactly was wrong with my tires. They re quick, efficient, and have great prices too. All around wonderful service!

Brought 4 summer tires to be mounted and balanced on 18" wheels as I needed to pull the winter 17" wheels & tires on the car. I was informed that they were not allowed to put the 18" wheels on car as they didn't match the tire sticker on the door jam. I requested that they check the optional factory offered wheel & tire sizes for this car, they refused. Despite the fact that these were 18" OEM wheels and tires they would not install them on the vehicle due to corporate policy. I think corporate should review this policy.

My dad got a flat tire today and we called several places who said they wouldn t be able to help us until 5-7 days from now. I called tire warehouse and they had the tire in stock and had the new tire on the car within 15 minutes of us getting there! They were very efficient and pleasant to interact with. We thought the flat was going to derail our day but we were back on the road in no time. Amazing experience!

Cautionary tale: appointment confirmation does not equal appointment! Showed up on time for my 9:00am appointment and was abruptly told "our 9:00am is already here." I went to check my phone to make sure I hadn't mistaken the date/time but before I could even unlock it, the employee said "I don't need to see anything on your phone - it's not going to help you." I wanted to share my feedback/reaction in person but was met with dismissiveness and brashness. I think many folks would rightfully assume that an appointment confirmation ("confirmed", by the way, was bolded and underlined in the email sent through the system) with full details of an upcoming visit would be honored. He couldn't have cared less and it was clear this wasn't his first time receiving this feedback.If the online scheduling feature doesn't work, it should be disabled at this location or there should be a clear disclaimer stating they are confirming the request, not the appointment.I'm sure the employee is a nice guy and he seemed to have issues with being understaffed; to be frank, this is the only reason I'm leaving a 2 star review instead of 1.Thankfully, I work remotely and don't live too far away so this was more or less a minor inconvenience. Sharing this experience so others can proceed with caution.

I cannot say enough nice and amazing things about this Tire Warehouse location. We were on the side of a very busy highway with a flatter than flat tire (rental car with no spare) while traveling. We had a AAA towtruck pick us and the car up, but we needed to tell him where to take us & the car. I called so many tire places that told me they were too busy and/or too booked to take a look at our tire. Several told me it would be 1-2 days before they would even be able to take a look at it. I was at my wits end. When I called this tire warehouse location, they didn t hesitate for a second and simply said have the tow truck bring you here, we will take a look . I am not going to lie, I teared up a bit. When we arrived at the store, they immediately took a look at our tire and when he came in from the shop, I assumed he was going to tell me how long it would take, when he could fit us in, etc. Nope. He had just finished fixing our tire. Seriously. We were in shock. These days, it feels rare to meet folks who are just good people. We met 2 gentlemen today who are just that. Their kindness will not soon be forgotten. I wish I lived in this area so I could make them my go to tire place. I wouldn t hesitate to send my parents, friends or family here for new tires and service.

I had the pleasure of having Phil as my advisor and installer. He took the time to talk with me over the phone about the type of car I drive and what would be the most appropriate and best option for tires for my car. My on-site install experience was even better - he is super passionate about his job and his people skills are top-notch. I'd go back to this store in the future any time I can work with him for my car's tires. Five star service!

Josh at Tire Warehouse was extremely helpful in helping me choose the best solution for new tires for my car--at about a third the price I had thought I would need to pay. Service was friendly and fast, and Josh communicated in advance by email what he had available and the cost.Came back (twice in three days) on emergency basis for new tires, courtesy of the local curbs. Both times the guys at Tire Warehouse were fabulous and quick. Couldn't ask for better service.

Best in and out service hands down. Was taking a trip to Connecticut and popped a tire, went there for a walk in and they helped me out within a half hour I was on the road again. Super friendly was there to help me start to finish. Phill has to be one of the most down to earth professional managers Iv ever had to deal with hive five to them and the team.

Phil is such a great soul. I got a flat tire in Portland and had a nightmare situation getting a replacement in time for my serving shift in NH. He went above and beyond to make sure I got home safe. Thank you guys!!!

Previously (and we have documentation) our mechanic never had difficulty removing the lug nuts. After 4 new tires were put on at Tire Warehouse the lugs will not come off. Of course, the manager claims they were torqued correctly, but the fact remains we left their shop with a problem we never had before--on all 4 wheels. I've been referred to the parent company and will update this review pending their action.
