This location is great. They got me in same day and did a great job fixing some issues with my car that needed cleared up for my inspection. The prices were fair. I'll be returning the next time something in my car decides to go wonky.

We are very pleased with our service today! Matt is so kind and was able to accommodate BOTH of our vehicles the same day with getting new tires in stock and providing amazing service. Both he and his team were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently during a busy time. We have never been to Sullivan before, super happy with our experience, and will be back for our future vehicle needs! Thank you so much!

Had snow tires put on here and when I got a nail in my tire a few weeks later they fixed it for me. Great service.Edit my initial review gave five stars already but I wanted to update with my most recent experience. Also five stars they are super super nice here. I had to bring my toddlers with me to get my tires switched over and they were really kind while we waited!

Sullivan Tire has always been very accommodating, fair and honest. I have been going to the Portland, ME store for years and both Matt and Mark the store managers have answered every question I have asked (& I have asked many) with kindness, respect and understanding.I d like to send a big Thank You to the entire team.

Sullivan Tire manages the fleet of vehicles that my company (Green Clean Maine) uses. We've been using Sullivan tire for years and really depend on them for help maintaining our vehicles in working order. I deal with Matt and Mark on a routine basis, both of whom are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. I highly suggest using Sullivan Tire and this location in particular - they really care about their customers and are great at what they do!

Unbelievable service. Brought in a RAV with wonky brakes that had been serviced by another Sullivan outlet in Maine. They took a look, and rebuilt the rear axle from the ground up under warranty. Didn't charge me a red cent. If you want an honest dealership that stands behind their company's name and does awesome work, come here.Edit: came back seven months later to have a set of new tires put on another car. My rating remains the same: Outstanding service, five stars. These guys are my go-to tire and brake people from now on.

Sullivan Tire on Brighton Ave. is a great place for tires and other service needs. The staff is thorough and kind and respectful. They do excellent work and do not overcharge you. My tires, which I bought there, have been great but they were losing air. They were able to fix the problem by repairing the rims that were worn out.

Richard was very helpful with getting my car inspected and repaired in order to pass. He was detailed in his explanation and advice for maintenance options and ensured the work was done in a timely manner. He offered excellent customer service and was honest in his assessment of the work being done. I would recommended his services to anyone.

Grateful Sullivan Tire, soon before closing would take my car in & look at my tire, day after snow storm. Where several other Co.'s turned me away. My tire was loosing air quickly. Rim damage. Repaired . Thank you so much.

Zack and the team at Sullivan Brighton Ave. have always been great to work with and extremely reasonable. They are knowledgeable, courteous and finish jobs in a timely manor. They work on both of our vehicles and I have recommended them to numerous friends and coworkers.

Would not recommend. Maybe they are okay for tires but would not take your vehicle here for mechanical work. I had my oil changed here and reported my car was shaking and running rough. They did the oil change and said they didn t find any shaking problem. The next day my check engine light came on. I called them and was quoted $150 just for diagnostics. I ended up borrowing o reilly s scanner to pull the diagnostics code for free and then used a combination of google and youtube to diagnose and fix the issue myself. It ended up being bad spark plugs and ignition coils, something they absolutely should have found when investigating the shaking. And the repair cost me as much as it would have been for them to diagnose it. Save your money and your energy and find a different mechanic.

Got a flat tire, so I got my spare tire on and the shop got me in within the hour and plugged my flat tire and replaced it. Very nice group! Good end to a bad start to the day!

I have been a patron of this location for several years now. I have had numerous services performed on multiple vehicles, and have bought numerous sets of tires here. I have been satisfied each time. I keep coming back because of the top notch service, courtesy, fair prices, and good expert advice. Great manager and great team!

Very helpful. I showed up with a flat on a Saturday. They did not have my tires in stock but some how somewhere found some tires and I had my car back by the end of the day

Set my appointment for 8 and by the time I was done eating breakfast at the Sinful Kitchen just down the road, my tires were on my car and it was ready to drive away. A couple of weeks later and the tires are still on my car, so no complaints here.
