I was leaving Sugarloaf on a 10 degree day when my wheel went flying into the woods on Carrabassett Rd, sheering the bolts off my wheel and destroying my rotor. I had my son and we were in a very dangerous spot. Because I had a Jeep, I called the Jeep dealer in Auburn. He said he could fix my car in 2 days, but call Poulin's for the tow and possible repair. I called and got Chris who showed a great sense of urgency and came quickly to tow me to the garage. In the mean time, he ordered the parts to get to him on the daily run...just in time. He and his team immediately got to work on getting my Jeep ready and when the parts arrived, finished it off. It was a minor miracle that I was able to get back on the road with 4 hours of me thinking I would be stuck for days (not that it's a bad thing to get more skiing in!). I braced myself for the job cost, but it came in very reasonably and I was very pleased. I wish I could get this kind of service in the Boston area! For towing or repairs, you need to use these guys! Chris and the team were absolutely fantastic!

Late on a Sunday morning in March my Toyota Highlander decided to just quit as my son, dog, and I were driving home from Sugarloaf on 27. I had my car towed to Poulin s unannounced. I called Rick first thing Monday morning, he had my car diagnosed (new alternator needed) by Tuesday, and it was finished Wednesday. Rick explained everything thoroughly, apologized for the price (which was extremely reasonable!!), and was overall just a nice guy. And of course he fixed my car properly! It was very much appreciated that I dropped my car with no warning, and he fit me in so I could pick it up the next weekend on my way back to SL. I highly recommend Poulin s!

Another amazing small business! We have taken our vehicles here for years. If you're new to the area, this is where to go. No fancy parking lot or building. Just amazing mechanics. Owner run & a mechanic too. If you're from the area likely you already know this.

Fast,curtious,professional,and they do top notch work. I've taken my car to these guys for years and they always do their best to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Definitely recommend 100%

These guys are the best. Reasonable rates and completely honest. Sometimes they are very busy so plan ahead

Great place to go to get an inspection sticker they are completely honest and don't try to make up things that you need for a sticker
