I don't leave reviews, generally speaking. But these guys will from now and on be the first place I call if and when I ever need someone to work on my car. I'm a back yard mechanic and have been scratching my head all week on an issue I could not figure out. 5 minutes on the phone with these guys, they helped me solve the issue. They didn't tell me to tow it in, they didn't tell me they don't know with seeing it. The guy on the phone actually wanted to help me, he didn't just sound like he wanted to help. I'm an empath. I know sincerity. It's hard finding a shop with people you trust to work on your car, I didn't want to call you guys back and tie up your lines, so I'm thanking you here. Thank you for helping me solve the issue and being sincere about it. If in the future I ever have an issue I can't fix myself, you will be my first call.

This shop does everything! They are incredible, straight forward people who will be honest with you and actually help. They go over my vehicle top to bottom, let me know what I will have to have done in the future, and identify the order of what needs to be done first-last. I trust them with any vehicle and I will be continuing to go to them no matter what car I have! I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Great, prompt and total service. I have a new car and just like with my old one, I use Portland Service Center, not an overpriced and too busy wanting to sell me things dealer! Portland Service Center is the most trusted place to bring a car or truck in the entire area. They only repair what is needed and always tell you about how much longer items in the vehicle will likely need changing. Always honest. Always friendly and also affordable. As always your customer service was exceptional! It was Friday after my dental appointment when I called you because my Subaru sounded like a race car when I started it. The car was also brought in for a manufacturers recommended Timing Belt (expensive) replacement. When they went to do the job they found a tag on the part saying it had another 20,000 miles before it would be needed. We didn t know it had been done once years ago. This is why I trust their judgement for all repairs. Now, there are 5 vehicles within my family that they service.
