A friend recommended Paulin's to me and I cannot say enough about it! I am really happy with their customer service and quality of care they put into their work. My car had a tire with a slow air leak...I called ahead to see if they had any time to look at it. They weren't booking appointments for another 3 days but told me to stop by and they'd see what they could do. 4 hours later they had a new tire put on my car and it was ready for me to pick up! I was blown away by their efficiency and the clear communication all the way through this process. I was able to pay over the phone as I was still at work when the car was ready, and I picked up my car later in the night. They left the keys for me and even had a protective floor mat and plastic covering draped over my seat! This attention to detail speaks volumes to me about how much they truly care for their customers. I feel so thankful for this place, and their prices are extremely affordable, too. Greg made my experience super easy. Thanks for all of your help, Greg!

Greg and the team at Paulin s are top notch! My car died yesterday and they were able to get it fixed and back to me by the morning. Every experience I ve had with them has been positive, and I will continue to use them for my auto repairs!

I've used Paulin's a number of times throughout the past several years and have always been impressed by their great customer service, commitment to be trustworthy and not recommend repairs not truly needed and their extremely affordable, lower than expected repair costs. The only challenge is they are so good they are always booked up for weeks and don't have time to fit in quick and easy repairs which often forces me to get my old car repairs done somewhere else. Unfortunately I am single, low income and don't have the resources or help to wait weeks for my only car to be in safe working order again. I know they are in high demand and doing the best they can though!

This is one the most reasonable, informative, and honest shops I ve ever taken a car into. Not only were they incredibly efficient, they were knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what they were doing, and what exactly was wrong. My car drives better, my bank account isn t completely empty after a repair, I walked away more knowledgeable about my car, and I know I have a shop to call with any future questions or services. Definitely recommend this shop. Best bang for your buck hands down.

I am updating this after being a loyal customer for four years now, having all my tire needs taken care of here. Greg continues to provide the most excellent customer service I've experienced at an auto shop, and the guys do great work. Thanks guys!!These guys are the best. This place was amazing. Me and my fianc�e were visiting Portland from NY when we had a tire blow out. Putting on the spare a stud broke and then required a mechanics help. Being a Saturday, we called all over and this shop was the only one open. Greg and his team were great. They got us in and went right to work before they closed at 2pm. They explained what they were doing and why. They replaced the stud and the tire and we were on our way. This place was great and Greg, super helpful.

*Service Received: 4 new all-season tiresFantastic service, explains everything thoroughly, and very upfront about the cost. You'll leave feeling like you got more than you paid for. Most importantly, Greg (the manager) is one of those awesome humans you don't meet every day. I recently moved to the area and I'm sure there are other great shops around Portland, but I think I got lucky and found one of the best.

I cannot state what an impressive experience this was. I got a flat tire, they not only advised me to come in the same day, I waited no less than 30 minutes. They patched, put my spare back in the trunk, and put on the fixed tire. Unbelievable. Best experience I ve ever had at an auto shop.

So grateful for the staff running this place! My chevy impala had a tire rapidly losing air. I called every shop in the area and every single one within a 15 mile radius was booked for the next few weeks - but this place said to bring it by right then and they d see what they could do. They took 45 minutes diagnosing the actual issue as it turned out to be an issue with my car s sensor. It s obvious they go above and beyond for customers, and that s how you keep business! I ll definitely be back with an appointment in the future, and I ll recommend them to anyone I know for any auto / tire issues. Thank you, Paulin s, for caring for those you serve!

Took 2 weeks to get the correct part for my car after multiple "wrong sizes" delivered. Sorry but you're an auto shop and should know what size part to order. Got the car back and it's clearly been hit by another car on the passenger side door. They said they have cameras and would check them and get back to me. They never got back to me. Car was also returned to me with no engine coolant in the reservoir and a heavily leaking radiator. This was all working normally before they handled my vehicle. Additionally, my hood was jammed shut and I had to pry open the latch with wrench after my engine overheated because there was no coolant.

Absolutely best customer service experience I've ever had in auto care. Greg and the team there not only worked hard to help me resolve my issue. They also clearly explained to me every step they took, why they were making certain choices and made me aware of all my options. They never tried to upsell me on anything and were really transparent with me about what I needed and what I didn't. Can't say enough! They definitely have all my business moving forward.

These guys are the best! We got stranded in Portland and needed car help. They took us in right away and had assessed and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes, so we could finish the trek home. Honest guys. Tested everything and assured us we only needed the new battery and were good to go. Highly recommend!

My husband found this spot unexpectedly when he was in need of new tires and an alignment about two weeks ago. He raved about the service immediately. Fast forward to today; unexpected car issues myself. Paulin's not only took care of our issue FAST, but were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Cost is fair too! We are so grateful to have found Paulin's. Highly recommended!

the customer service 10/10 stars, the employees are super friendly and very helpful! definitely will be going here with my car in the future! i got a flat tire and they squeezed me in with no appointment within 15 minutes and helped me out.

I had a flat tire and brought my car here for a new one. They found my weird specialty tire the NEXT day and changed it super fast. They were SO nice. I even told them, I hope I get a flat tire again so I can come back. haha. They said oh you definitely don't need a flat tire to stop by again! Come by anytime! Good people.

As someone who lives out of state, I am always amazed at Greg's ability to remember me twice a year when he installs or Removes and stores my vehicles tires. I love Nokian tires for safety and he found the right ones for me. Always pleasant to work with, so glad I found this place. Oh, and they do great maintence as well.

Small and a bit shabby but great service with a smile. They fixed our tire when Sullivan Tire would not, so they have my vote. They even advised us to take a brief walk over to the local brewery while we waited for them to call us when the car was ready! Perfect.

We came here after Fourth of July weekend with a leaking tire for two days. While all other shops were busy, Paulin s was able to take us in on a full schedule to evaluate and fix our tire in under an hour. Highly recommend whether you have time or have an emergency, Greg and his team have you covered!

I would never go anywhere else. This shop has helped me and my car, and my parents with both of theirs for many many years. The crew is very real and honest with you. We've never been played or mislead by them (we've gotten second opinions before, and they either suggested more work be done or asked for more money than paulins). Between the three of us, we've had I believe 5 cars be serviced here, and I recommend paulins on congress street to everyone!!
