had the worst experience here!! brought my car here 3 times for the same issue and it still hasn t gotten fixed. horrible customer service, they had my car forever and they also didn t keep me in the loop about what was going on. if you want something done right NEVER come here.

Total rip off. In for a sticker knew I needed a front brake done but rest of the truck was good. They gave me a list of things to do for the sticker there. Long story short they took a running board that was in the back that they were going to mount and junked it on me over priced brake job so many things I walked. Went to next garage and they were honest with the sticker, all needed was the brake job, however the price is twice what it should be. Paul's left a bad taste my mouth.

Got an inspection sticker there. When i got my car back the check engine light was still on. They where suppose to fix the brakes they still feel the same car is running funny they were suppose to fix that. And there is a clunk in the front wheel well also not fixed. The icing on the cake is they got grease on the inside of my car door,visor,seat,stearing wheel thanks guys

I would highly recommend going anywhere else but here... We bought an 07 sonata through a dealership with extended warranty. Engine light came on within days of purchase so it was covered. The Rowe's dealership told us Pauls is the garage they use so we brought it here. The next day they said we had an exhaust leak and they fixed it with a new seal. Two days later the engine light came back on so we call Rowe's and end up back at Pauls for round two. This time they said there are 3 possible seals it could be and they fixed the second but if the engine light comes back on after 100 miles they will fix the 3rd. Light clockwork the engine light comes back on so we have to go back to Pauls for round 3. THIS TIME they said they smoked the car and replaced a fuel sensor inside the gas tank and we should be all set. Engine light stays off... and then we notice a few days later that the engine light doesn't even come on briefly when we start the car... odd... so we bring our car to a trusted dealership to see if any codes are still on the car... well lo and behold we STILL have the same engine light problem which means not only did Pauls not fix our car but they took the engine light bulb out so we apparently wouldn't notice. This garage is a breading ground for dirtbags and rip off artists.

I was desperately looking for a good honest mechanic and was waiting for one of the nice people at Prompto oil change to give me a suggestion and suddenly a customer of theirs spoke up and said " here put this Pauls in your phone I highly recomend him , I am in the car business. " and gave me the number . I found that Pauls is exactly what the man said. Pauls is an honest no bull straightforward auto repair shop who is fair priced and pleasant to work with.

They're a great bunch of guys. They didn't try to tell me I needed all kinds of work done to my car. They fixed what was broken, quick and for a really good price. You need work done..... Go there!!!!

I am a new customer and have had two repairs done so far. Was referred there by a friend who has used this repair shop for a number of years. Good experience.The prices seem reasonable, the service is prompt, and I don't get that feeling like I'm being sold things that I don't need. Will return.

I had my car in there a few times when I was buying my car through Rowe(another STUPID choice). They charged me $400 for work they NEVER DID and also messed up the wiring in my car so nothingnworked properly. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Affordable, friendly and timely! I have gotten my car serviced here multiple times and won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Paul's.

Brought our vehicle in with no notice. The guys were able to get it in and fixed within a hour and have my family and I back on the road.
