I worked with Ethan to lease a 24 Trailblazer, and he was fantastic! Knowing I ve spent the past several years in an older car, I felt like he really took his time showing me all the functions of the car and how to utilize them. I would absolutely work with him again when the time comes! Jayne in finance was also lovely to work with. She ensured everything went smoothly and quickly.

Everything was amazing! Everyone there is just so nice and made buying my first car super easy! I didn t make it easy for Ed with all the things I wanted in a vehicle but he found a car that had all the bells and whistles that I wanted! Jayne in finance was great she explained everything in detail which made it easy to understand for a first timer.Definitely would recommend going to Pape Chevy!

Oil change tire rotation and inspection sticker in and out in an hour ,I did however notice that they did not top off the air in my tires. One tire was 2 lbs low the others 1 lb low. One would expect that with the rotation they would ensure the inflasition of the tires would of been checked and air added.

im a guy that hates calls and emails. i messaged 4 dealerships to which only one ecknowlaged my wish to stay with mesaging and that dealer was pape they are very customer pleasing and did everything they could to get me my desired numbers on my trade id like to add that carmen is one of the best in the business

It was just ok. Nothing special and Jayne in finance wasn t the friendliest. I bought the car from Pape instead of Quirk because you had it in stock and they didn t but their finance person was much more accommodating.

Although I did most of it myself online, Ryan was excellent. He called and followed up and asked if we had any questions . When we arrived at the dealership he took care of us right away. Everything was all done. It was less than a half an hour process I enjoyed everything about the experience with Pape

This was the best automotive purchase experience I have ever had, and I have purchased many cars over the years! Ed Myers met with us for 3 hours on Saturday afternoon, helped us look at several vehicles, and was very knowledgeable, personable, and a real asset to Pape Chevrolet.Diane and Jane made the financing process a pleasant and non-threatening experience.I was also impressed by the fact that Steve did not ask for a deposit to hold a vehicle. I appreciate the way that everyone worked hard to get the payments where we wanted them, and to clearly explain the extended warranty options.

What a breath of fresh air dealing with Pape. Mike was awesome!!! He called 4 times to explain the process and let me know what I needed. They got the vehicle in a day early and it was ready when I got there. Bring your vehicle here. They obviously care about every customer experience.

My check engine light had come on just after purchasing our vehicle and upon checking it out, there was an issue with a sensor. They sent someone out to get a new sensor and got it replaced as fast as they could. They were incredibly nice, helpful and communicative which is all appreciated. Had a great experience with Pape. I've already told multiple friends, family and neighbors about how wonderful Pape is and even gave a business card to a neighbor so she can upgrade her vehicle with the help of Pape Chevrolet. When we are ready to get our second vehicle, we will definitely be coming back to Pape. I was told that Pape is family owned and operated and if that's accurate, it shows because they treat their customers like family.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I worked with Justin, Steve, and Diane and they were friendly, personable, professional, and reassuring! This was the easiest and best car purchase I've ever had. This dealership cares so much about customer needs and satisfaction and I have never experienced that elsewhere. Highly recommend!!

warranty work already on a brand-new truck i paid almost 100k for. not happy at all with it. electric issues with the dash and everything runs through the stereo. transmission leaks front blinkers work when they want to. yup this one is a real jem

I worked with Carmen and he was incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish. He worked with my schedule which meant tight timelines and spent a significant amount of time searching for a car that would match my criteria. In the end I walked away with a car I'm excited to drive and the process was incredibly simple thanks to Carmen and the team at Pape.

We had a great experience with Justin Villacci in sales. He answered all of our questions, explained all the features in the car and took his time showing us everything. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. We went there to test drive a vehicle not to buy one that day. But Justin answered everything about financing, warranty and vehicle comparisons to others we were looking at. We drove our new 2023 Chevy Equinox home that day. My biggest pet peeve is pushy sales people. I know they have a job to do to make money, but sometimes they just push to much. Just did not push us at all. He allowed us time to discuss things and never once pushed us or hounded us to purchase. I would definitely recommend Justin at Pape Chevrolet
