Absolutely criminal overnight parking at $56. Seems to be run by the local parking mafia that controls many of the lots around this area and appears to collude to keep prices high. Avoid lots run by UPP in this area and look for city run lots

Dark and shadowy garage at absolutely crazy prices for a city the size of Portland.

We had a huge snowstorm in portland about a week ago. And my job requires me to be on the road ALOT... I wasn't able to stay in a hotel cuz they all were filled up, and I tend to sleep in my cat alot anyways to save money and not spend it on hotels.During this storm there was a parking ban, so I couldn't stay in my car on the side of the street, so I looked around for a parking garage that was covered and enclosed so I didn't have to worry about cleaning the 15 inches of snow off my car the next day. After I got settled into my vehicle quarters for the evening (was actually 22 hrs) I was looking up the reviews and noticed alot of people leaving bad reviews of this place.I will say in my own personal opinion and experience, that I love this parking garage. The price was extremely affordable, I was in the garage for 22 hrs and only payed 25 dollars. So all those reviews out there claiming that this garage is over priced and stuff, I'm here to say they are more then reasonable with their prices. I love the fact that it's pretty much enclosed and has security cameras everywhere for added piece of mind.

Prices were misleading .. I had been informed that a whole evening of parking was supposed to be est. $16, but I ended up paying $35 for only a couple of hours..Parking spaces are also very tight and may not be very suitable for larger vehicles.

$50 for overnight parking! Do not stay here, their prices are not clearly identified. If you are staying at the Hampton Inn a block away, their valet parking is much, much cheaper. You are saving money with their parking than this overpriced parking lot.

$5/hr parking in downtown Portland is CHEAP! Yes you might have to walk 2-3 extra blocks as opposed to parking on Commercial St but those lots cost $50 minimum. All the reviews on here about being expensive are outdated. If you've been to Old Port any time within the last year or so, you'll know what I mean.

Last Tuesday I found myself stuck in the garage with a dead battery. It was cold and I needed to find a way to get to my doctor s appointment. I contacted Steve (Garage Attendant) by phone and although he was at another garage momentarily, he came over immediately and helped me get my car started. My hood also got stuck as we were finishing up and Steve knew exactly what to do to fix the worn cable using WD40 and pliers. Above and beyond customer service! Thanks so much Steve!

Expensive and dark, it takes a lot for a parking garage to impress. And this one does not.

Avoid this garage. Exorbitantly expensive ($5/hr, no discount for weekends or evenings). You can't read rates for garage unless you drive into garage, once in garage there is no way to exit without paying.Stairways filthy, levels poorly marked. You must pay before you get your car using machine on 1st floor, when theater lets out you'll wait in long line.Garage on Free St near Civic Center offers discount of 50% to theater patrons. . Even if you're not going to theater, Civic Center prices still are much cheaper.

I park here for work. I think it's a dangerous garage. Not really wide enough for two way driving. Especially now with their silly renovation. Adding office space on Fore St. side. The owners are greedy and rotten. The management company is lazy. They kick people out whenever they want and don't care at all about the community .

I got charged 35$ for one and a half hours!! I've tried calling them millions of times and no one has answered. They also have no other way of reaching them, and I don't live in that area so I can't go there. Not impressed at all!!

overpriced and shady. they post their rates about 50 feet past the gate, forcing you to go inside in order to see them. and once you see how overpriced this place is, they don't let you turn around without first paying for one hour of parking. super shady.

What a rip off. $25 for 3 hours? Bright daylight thieves.

Clean and safe place to park - we have a monthly spot and have found the office staff to be pleasant and easy to work with.

Avoid this garage, $42 for 4,5 hours? Look for alternatives.
