Friendly, competent service! They tested our car battery and determined it wasn't bad after all. Their help saved us money and prevented a sale but they didn't mind. In fact, they seemed happy to help. Thanks, guys!

First of all, unsung hero s being open late for our auto parts needs !!!! Thank you!!! I just had the most fabulous experience with the manager Keith!!! Not only was I welcomed with the door held open and a smile but he immediately discussed my car issue - headlight out, came outside to make sure it was the right one and also put it in for me!!! It s dark and I appreciate him thinking of my safety!!! I will literally never shop anywhere else again !!!!!

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the young man who helped my husband change out the headlight on the night of the 17th, around 7 pm out in the rain. I want to say his name was Jack. Our driver side low light went out, my husband's hands were to big to fit in the small space and I wasn't strong enough I guess or just didn't have a clue what I was doing. Either way, it wasn't working out, so I went in and asked if O'Reilly's employees still helped ppl out. Though both men were hesitant, one of the two stepped up to help me after the hesitation. Jack, if that's your name, thank you again for stepping up and helping a family on their seven hour travel home. It was hard to see through the fog with those high beams on, and we really did need the help. God bless you and yours from Head to toe front door to back door bumper to bumper

Pretty good selection. Parts almost always in stock for what I need. I enjoy the interactions with some employees.I met a gentleman named David Baldwin and he was extremely helpful. Others ignored me while I shopped, even ducked into aisles to avoid me but David was very willing to help and make my experience better. If it was not for David Baldwin then I would not have been back or recommended this place to anyone else.

Website showed they had the part I needed drove there waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they don't have it and the Website is wrong 90% of the time.

Disappointed! I ordered a mirror for my 2015 Subaru Forrester not exactly a rare car. Was told it would be new glass with a new heated backing plate that just snaps in. Piece comes just glass will not work. Go to get a refund they charged my $9 for shipping will not refund. Is what it is and I would be fine but I feel I was lied to multiple time never was I told there would be a freight charge to simply order the part I need. Will not use them again

Rude service - multiple employs standing around. Attitude of employ that I dealt with was the worst I have ever seen. bummer as I am a loyal customer - just had to spend my 500$ across the street at other part store. Skip this location.

Overall, DECENT store but never have I ever had an employee Say he would give me a free control arm for my car if I entertained his wife with my punisher. Whatever kind of slang term that is I KNEW what he meant.

Best experience I ve had in an Auto Parts store. Jim (I think that was his name) was the epitome of helpful, friendly, and quick. I didn t feel remotely pressured into more expensive decisions (which is always a relief), and wasn t made to feel stupid for not knowing exactly what I needed. I ll definitely be coming back, recommending this location, and hope Jim gets a raise.

I am usually not one to post reviews, but the worker at the front in OReillys was rude and disrespectful. He didn't seem interested in helping me with what I needed. "You can't do this yourself?" No sir I can't, which is why I went. I don't know if he knew what he was doing exactly, but he didn't want to try. He said "We probably don't have what you need anyways and neither do they (VIP)." So, I will never be giving them my business again. Thank you.

Jim was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. I was shopping for wiper blades in the middle of a heavy rainstorm, as one of my wipers was clearly damaged. Not only did Jim help me find the correct wiper blades for my vehicle, but he also showed me several options and then installed the blades - while it was still raining. His service was above and beyond what I expected and the blades he recommended are excellent and work much better than those I had before. I was able to drive home in the rainstorm w/o worrying thanks to Jim!

You'd be better off lighting your money on fire than spending it here. At least then you will have only lost money and not gained frustration and lost time. I talked to three different workers and they were all very rude. This was my first time ever doing business with O'Reilly, and congratulations: you turned a potential life long customer (I am very loyal) into someone who wouldn't dare ever step foot into an O'Reilly again. P.S.: I tried to report them to customer service, but waited on hold for fifteen minutes, only to have someone pick up and say "please hold".

I find O'Reilly auto parts have inexpensive price for parts that are affordable for people with and without low income or not. They stand by the quaint of there products and also stand behind there warrants and customer service is excellent. I have not found the need to go to other places very much. And they are also great for other reference to go to others place if they don't have the product item. They will go to any length to get the product that you need and in a timely maner.

The team at O'Reilly Auto Parts is kind, patient and very helpful. They helped me address my car issue quickly and treated me with great respect. I cannot speak highly enough about this team and the service they provide (even when it is close to closing time!).

Note that this is a larger warehouse location; if what you want is harder to find but might be stocked regularly, they have it here.Quick, always have the right parts, and unlike other parts stores I've never had to return a bad part to O'Reilly. Only been to this branch once or twice but I got what I needed with an 8-minute wait.

Only 1 staff member had great customer service. There was 1 staff member who showed lack of interest with answering my questions, gave a non shalad reply, not answering what I asked, instead was negative, & not enthused, he basically blew me off but I continued to engage with him to force a reply to my concern. He did not even do what he said he would do, to search my inquiry on an item. As a result I had to wait longer than I needed to. I was cashing out, & had to wait to pay because of him.

Ever go into a place and just know that your going to have a bad time? I went here regularly for two years when I lived in Portland and the service was constantly terrible.Let me expand. I don t mean one small thing I mean pretty much every time I went in I felt like I had to direct them rather than the other way around. On more than one occasion they completely messed up my order and overpriced it. At one point I got fed up and called he general manger while I was in the store in which they subsequently then had the part that they ordered.Their prices are also not nearly as competitive as other places and their service is average at best.I would suggest pretty much any other VIP than this one.

Google says open till 9pm and the hours were updated 2 weeks ago by the business. I walk up at 7:30pm to two guys locking the doors. When I asked if they were closing early today they said they've been closing at 7:30pm for a year and a half. Update your hours or let your staff know you updated your hours. Thanks.

Do not buy products from O Reilly or Dorman. Stated limited lifetime warranty does not apply. Purchased chrome lug nuts from O Reilly Auto Parts and upon install with torque wrench the chrome came off. Did not see this and a little over a year after purchase notices lug nuts were totally rusted. Since it was over a year O Reilly would not replace and Dorman would not either even though Dorman has a limited lifetime warranty. Totally unethical for Dorman not to honor their warranty and not to have the fact their retailers will not abide by the limited lifetime warranty as well.

First time here and ill definatly be coming back! Honest people, fast and efficient. Matt was beyond helpful, and did a great job helping me understand the needs of my car, and teaching me the importance of certain items that could be potentially dangerous to my safety. Gave me a fair price on tires and work load. And all of the employees were very welcoming and friendly! Choosing a place to work on your car can be alittle stressful, and Im happy I found my new favorite auto shop!

These guys will answer questions and help you find what you need, without being condescending or patronizing. If you find an item on their website and it says they have it in stock at a certain price, that's what you'll get in-store, in person.High quality products and good prices.Fosho recommend.

They aren t open as late as the website says. We called ordered parts and said we d be there in 2 hours and they were closed. The website says they are open until 9pm . Apparently they actually close at 6. So when we arrived at 7:45 they were closed. Very frustrating as we had driven over an hour to get these parts.

The assistant manager was super helpful, asked a question no other parts store did, was having a problem with correct fit for front shocks for a half year change in model truck,he correctly identified the problem we had gone through 3 set's of shocks before this in 9 months, 0'riely auto parts did an outstanding job when they hired him.

Open later, and had what I was looking for, but the employee knowledge was pretty low when it came to cars in general, and car parts. If you need a part that isn't straight forward I wouldn't recommend going unless you or a friend going with you have enough car knowledge to be able to answer questions about your vehicle.
