The owner is someone who actually takes the time to explain how to properly maintain your vehicle in conjunction with a quality fix from his well trained staff at an unbeatable price. I ve been to mechanics all over Cumberland & York county and even when I find myself miles away with car troubles I pay the extra miles for towing my vehicle to his shop. Well worth the trustability, price, and upstanding customer service. I by no means leave reviews often but after saving me time & time again when I thought my car was toast (I don t know much about vehicle repair, so I always assume the worst) this shop has pulled through. Well worth the visit.

I don t recommend at all, prices are too high. The price that he said at first was nice, but when it came to paying, he made us paying twice the price and then he said because our prices had changed . Their behavior is not nice at all, they speak their own language among themselves.Moreover, they don t do their job properly. If I hadn t noticed, they would have interrupted the service I requested. When I asked him he said we forgot about this part I definitely don t recommend it.

So impressed! This is my first time using Masters Auto Repair but it certainly won t be the last. They got me in so quickly and they were able to find the problem with my rear brakes within 30 minutes of my appointment. They quickly fixed the issue for a super reasonable price as well! Highly recommend anyone to come here.

I work on my own veh. therefore I don't have a regular mechanic. When I do it makes it difficult for me to trust any mechanic. I finally after several repair shops found one I can trust. I dont have a problem paying for a job done as long as I'm not being taken advantage of. 45 years exp. I highly recommend the Masters crew you have my full support keep it honest they will always come back. Thank you guys I will be back!

My 07 Ford Focus had a major problem with the power steering system. 2 mechanics I used couldn't fix it but Masters Auto repair professionally and correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. I would highly recommend using their services, Sharez the owner is a fantastic guy.

I had a headlight go out and was referred to them.. it was a super quick and cheap job with amazing customer service. So, when my car started acting up, it was the first place I went. In a situation where most mechanics would try to take advantage of a woman with VERY little knowledge about cars.. they did the complete opposite. My ECM was corroded.. not only did they spend their time going over my whole car, checking everything, the owner showed me himself what the problem was.. and did so at no cost as he knew I d end up having to spend a good chunk of money getting it fixed and diagnosed at a dealer. I am MORE than grateful and pleased.. and will most definitely be back! Thank you Sheraz! Your good deeds will come back to you, i A!

Excellent, professional, quick service for a great price.I called Masters Auto Repair last Saturday after noticing my truck had an oil leak. Masters Auto was not only able to get me in same day to look at the problem, they had my oil pan replaced and oil changed within a matter of hours.. on a Saturday! To top it off, he even buffed my headlights for free. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid repair shop in Portland. Thank you!
