After leaving three messages and sending images of the repair, I never received a call or estimate. I understand if a business is too busy to take on more work, but have the common courtesy to call people back!

I recently had an old Mission style chair seat recovered and it came out wonderful! It has some challenging angles - at least I thought they were challenging. They made it look like a piece of cake and very beautiful. I have some other repair and refinishing needs and will definitely bring them to Liberty Bell!They were friendly and professional, let me tour the facility and showed me some finished projects. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

We had a great experience with Liberty Bell, we recently moved and the movers damaged three pieces of furniture!!! The movers dropped our beautiful headboard and the corner broke off, lucky for us Liberty Bell came to the house and repaired it, we didnt think it could be repaired. It looks great. We are very happy with their service and will use them again and would recommend them to everyone.

We recently moved with Liberty Bell, and were more than happy with the excellent service. I found them online, and contacted them based on a description that said they could handle moving pool tables. We have an expensive, full sized table. I can't say enough about the staff and their can-do attitude. The move went very smoothly, nothing was damaged, and when we hit a major problem moving the pool table into the new house (it didn't initially fit!) the guys were great about helping to solve the problem. The people at Liberty Bell were professional, friendly, capable, and on time. Highly recommended.

We had a 100 year + oak table which was damaged along with the leaves and a chair which I never thought could be repaired. I was heartbroken at the condition it arrived in and angry with the shipper as well. Liberty Bell came out and did a free estimate and told me exactly what I needed to know about the process. They assured me that they could bring it back and I'd never see the damage. They picked it up with very nice staff carefully handling the furniture. A few weeks later, it was returned and we couldn't believe what an outstanding job they did. Their price was fair, service and communication very good and we will use them again.

I had Liberty Bell repair a beloved French easy chair that I've had for over 20 years. The staff took great care with the chair and used much creativity in dealing with broken springs and worn out padding. It came back from the shop good as new and ready for another 20 years! Great service and great team!

I am extremely satisfied how Liberty Bell Furniture repaired and restored a very old bureau that belonged to my mother. This piece of furniture was over 70 years old and it came out perfect. The piece, that had significant wood damage, looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Overall experience with Liberty was excellent. Excellent customer service and value. I would use them again to restore or repair any piece of furniture.

Wear and tear had damaged an unusual living room chair and a woman who does seat cushions suggested that Liberty Bell might be able to repair its woven cane back. She was absolutely correct! The Liberty Bell team looked at the chair, suggested how they could fix it at a reasonable price, and then completed the job on time and as priced in a way that is nothing short of like new. Happy to write this review of their terrific work!

The seat on one of my dining room chairs was in need of repair. I found Liberty Bell on line. They were able to work with a small piece of the fabric that I had left-over and repaired the seat. It looks great and saved me from having to buy new fabric and re-cover all 6 chairs. I recommend their work if you're needing furniture repair.

We were planning a move to a nearby town and needed to have several pieces of furniture refinished and 3 pieces reupholstered. We struck out locally finding someone to refinish in our timeframe and the upholsterer we have used in the past was starting to exit the business and was not taking on new jobs. I searched the internet and found Liberty Bell Furniture Repair and Upholstery in Portland and they extended services to the NH seacoast. We were extremely happy with their work as well as the delivery team who were so professional picking up and delivering to our new home. We recommend all of their services without reservation. Excellent customer service as well from all members of their team.

We had a glider rocker that we have had for 15years repaired. The glider mechanism broke, leaving the chair leaning way back. It was the chair I had in my son's nursery and it has seen lots of love - so I really wanted to get it fixed. Liberty bell got back to us quickly with a quote. I dropped it off and they had it done within 10 days. Quick turnaround with no hassle.

I had a drop leaf table and rocking chair that both needed to have the paint stripped from them so that I could repaint them myself. I found Liberty Bell online. Their communication regarding my questions was very prompt and they even gave me a quote after I emailed them pictures of the pieces. Super easy. The furniture looked wonderful when I picked them up. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Stay away from this company. I had a farm house table refinished and not only did they not refinish the legs to the table the finish is now crackling. At the same time had my chairs re- rushed. What a frickn joke I can see straight through the seat of the chair. When all was brought to their attention they suddenly don t back up their services . As a matter of fact they threatened not to return my furniture because I gave them a poor review! The owner is unprofessional and not worthy to be in business.

I have a real "Thinking Chair" from Blues Clues in my therapy office. The kids love it. After 13 years of use, it needed major repairs. Liberty Bell picked the chair up at my office, fixed it and returned it in a few days. The chair looks brand new and the kids are happy it is back!

Needed a leather repair in the top of a piece of furniture. They committed 1 week. After the first week tried calling. Directs you to website. Then I sent repeated emails asking for status. No reply until I got this curt response we ll call you when we re finished! Yesterday, after almost 4-weeks, a friend and I went over to assess things first hand. They hadn t even started it. We brought it home. Stay away from this outfit!

I brought several pieces of furniture to be refinished to Liberty Bell Repair and Upholstery. The did a fantastic job repairing and refinishing my furniture. I'd recommend them without question.

We hired Liberty Bell to refurbish an antique dresser, which involved stripping off the paint and repairing the candle holder. The dresser is extremely old, and the wood is fragile, and the candle holder seemed tarnished and bent beyond repair. They did an amazing job of bringing this fine old piece of furniture back to its original beauty. We plan to have them refurbish several other old, damaged pieces of furniture, as well. They do top-notch work,

"Sorry no." Direct email, the entire quote, from an employee about an upholstery-related question. That's not customer service. That's rude. I'll look elsewhere for all my projects.
