PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Don t waste your money and time, he does bad business. He sells horrible cars that are not reliable. We bought 2 cars from him and they were total loss within 1 month. We had to take a legal action to get our money back.

Joanne Auto Sales has a huge parking lot Full of great cars and they have a very good customer service. The owner Saif helped me buy my first car and even helped me to set up a monthly payment through them. I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks to Joanne Auto Sales for all the help.

Saif (owner) is without a doubt the best in town. If you are looking for a very reasonable, communicative, approachable, friendly, excellent attention to detail, flexible place with very fair pricing then come see Saif and his team. He will work with you and make the best recommendations for your car based on your needs! From day one his service has been nothing but exceptional. I brought in my recently bought Mini Cooper that needed a full brake job and we agreed on a good price for the job. He changed my brakes and rotors and went above and beyond to check to make sure everything else was good with the car. He also noted my oil was low and offered to change it for me while he was at it. I also asked him to help me remove burnt/brake dust on the wheels and he removed it and cleaned them for me at no charge! When I got my car back I was surprised and happy to see how much better it looked - He even polished the dash and gave me a brand new scent tree. Car looks and drives amazing. :) He also has a good selection of cars on his lot for very reasonable pricing. Thank you Saif and the Joanne Auto Sales team for the attention to detail and amazing customer service. I couldn't ask for any better. I will recommend you to all my friends and family! A++++++

The State of Maine is investigating them for paperwork issues and selling vehicles that do not pass inspection. My vehicle was returned and the sale was voided. I would not buy vehicles from here!!

Extremely personable, fair, professional and with deep mechanic expertise; the kind of expertise that diagnoses based on engine sound and then have the computer confirm exactly as he thought. Saif is trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend him and will always default to his expertise first.
