Unmatched customer service. Had to get a bumper replaced after someone hit my car and was worried about the logistics of coordinating a rental but Harbour s communication from start to finish made all the stress melt away. They helped me coordinate with Enterprise for a seamless pick up/drop off experience. Plus, when I picked up my car the mechanics had cleaned it inside and out. Not often this day in age to feel like a business truly cares about who they re serving, but this team clearly does. Thanks

My vehicle ended up here after someone else hit me, but the service and customer care I was shown made this unpleasant surprise much less painful. The staff was friendly, they communicated the requirements of the job, and when I picked up my car, not only did it look great, but I was appreciative that they cleaned the inside as well. Will come back here with any future car needs.

Hard to believe places like this still exist. The owner cares about all customers and his crew and goes above and beyond to get things done right.They are usually booking many weeks out because they do such a good job and take care of you. Awesome place!

I was immediately impressed by the person who answered the phone! Shawn, he was immediately kind and helpful, and I was happy that I had chosen this business to repair my car after my FIRST accident, at age 72. He was calming, extremely professional and informative! I look forward to doing business with them!!

The team at Harbour Auto Body is top notch. Shaun especially is incredibly easy to work with, knowledgeable, pleasant, and works hard to make the customer happy. I have had multiple cars worked on at Harbour, from painting various body panels, to minor body work repairs, they have completed the work well, quickly, and at a good price. I have had previous body work done at Bill Dodge and Moody's and Harbour blows them out of the water in terms of results and customer service. My cars side panel was hanging off after I hit a terrible pothole. It was supposed to cost more than $500. Instead, seeing that I have an 07 & wasn t in a position to want to spend that much money on asthetics, they came out and literally fixed it in the parking lot in 10 minutes at no cost. I m sure this is it typical but shows how kind and able these folks are and I am SUPER appreciative. Great people.Service: Body & Trim

Very pleased to work with Shaun at Harbour Auto Body. Someone had backed into my car and caused damage to my bumper. Shaun was recommended to me by my mechanic. The entire process of getting my car fixed was smooth and I felt well informed each step of the way. Shaun worked directly with the insurance company, took all the proper photos necessary and set up the rental car too. Shaun's many years of experience is clearly evident, it's obvious he loves his job. I appreciated his positive attitude, great customer service and communication skills. From the moment I walked into his office, I realized I would be well taken care of for my auto body repair. GREAT JOB HARBOUR AUTO BODY! I would highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone. Harbours was a random google find but I will never go anywhere else! Shawn and his whole crew were wonderful and easy to work with! This place is awesome! Shaun is absolutely the most honest person I have met in a business! He took so much time looking at my car from every angle and perspective and his quote was detailed and thorough.They did exactly what they ad they would do and on time. Amazing. I d give them a 10 if I could! HIGHLY recommended. You ll not find a better place. And my car is gorgeous!!!

Shaun and Melina not only met my satisfactory levels, but they exceeded them. Shaun and Melina were professional and provided clear communication as to how long the process would take, the steps of repair, and payment. Sean was knowledgeable of the repair process and was able to provide clear insight. I am very happy with the repair and will recommend Harbour Auto Body to any friends or family in need of repair. They made the whole repair process stress free, took care of contacting the insurance along with rental vehicle. I had to change dates to drop off my vehicle and they were flexible as well. Keep up the hard work!

Our year old Highlander was badly damaged in the front end. Right from the first moment meeting Shawn I know this was the right place which I found from recommendations in my Town community board. Insurance appraisal was way off but they assured me not to worry and took care of every detail. Body panels are perfect as well as our pearl white paint. I am more than pleased to recommend Shaun at Harbour Auto body for all your vehicle auto body needs. Shaun and his team have provided excellent body repair service for our fleet vehicles for our service company. In addition, Shaun himself has gone above the call of duty with helping with insurance claims and also assisted with removing the aftermarket custom racks from one of our company vans that was totaled. Shaun helped us get local service for re-installation of the racks in the new company van that we just purchased. Shaun even made the phone calls around the area to help us find just the right installer. Superior service. Very easy to work with and attentive. Helps me with any insurance questions. My fav spot for collision work in Portland. Sean excels at his job. They have exceeded my expectations the 3 times I've needed to use them. My 2 kids each had small accidents and I was hit from behind while parked at a light. I wanted to clarify I'm not that bad a driver.

I had an accident and almost totaled my car. 7k worth of damage, I was worried as the car was 4 yrs old and bright red.... they fixed the car, it looks great, color is spot on and everything is aligned perfectly. some places things are not aligned and one side might have a larger gap than the other but this one was spot on. Shawn was great, keeping me informed about my car, he was helpful, and patient with all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this place, it made a bad situation much more relaxing and worry free.Thank youTerri Brown

After an accident, they made the repair process incredibly easy/low-stress. Shaun went above and beyond and even rebooked my rental at a neighboring rental place when the original rental company closed due to COVID (and did not communicate the closure w/ any of their clients). My Jaguar XJS Convertible was just given a make over paint job by Harbour Auto Body. I could not be happier with the work and the service. They did the job right and to perfection. Harbour Auto completed the job within the budget range quoted but honestly lower than I anticipated. They have my business from now on. Two thumbs up from a very very happy customer!!!!

Shaun is Awesome to deal with. He makes you feel reassured when going through the claims process and the work that the body & paint team do is second to none. Highly recommend
