Hauled my utility trailer to Handyman today with some electrical issues to get a quick debug, which they did right away. Then they said I could leave it with them and it would be fixed by early next week. Next thing I know, they have already fixed it the same day, and I will pick it up tomorrow.

So helpful and nice! I had so much trouble with my trailer electrical and tail lights and the guy here fixed it in 5 minutes, explained to me the simple problem, and showed me how to fix it for if it happened again, i appreciated that so much cause I was about to go on a road trip. He even squeezed me in quickly the same day I called. So appreciative of the help and will always go here with trailer hitch troubles!!

We had such a positive experience with Mike. He did a hitch for one care for us several months ago. For our second car, we had been told by Audi and by UHaul that they could not put a hitch on our hybrid vehicle. Mike was able to do it with no problem. In addition, he said there was a slight crack in a tail light from his work and he gave us a considerable discount. When we looked it was barely visible. He could have easily not told us and we would not have noticed. It is so refreshing to see such competence and honesty!I would highly recommend him!
