Staff was nice but I did have a couple issues with my visit and purchase. First issue I really had was it wasn't just one person I had to talk to through the whole process it was two or three different people and I understand the circumstances behind that so I'm not faulting the company but with that said I believe it impacted my final price. Second issue I had was I was told the price was lowered a little bit AND it was being certified to 100,000 turns out that price was not including it being certified to 100,000 that was a last minute optional add-on which wasn't what I was originally told, whatever I opted out because that brought me over my budget The point is it was originally included. Third issue the original charger was missing the 230 volt adapter which comes standard with the vehicle I ended up paying $200 for another charger to avoid the hassle of having to come back to grab an adapter. I'll call that 50% my fault for not having patience. Fourth issue is 100% on me because I didn't shop around but I understand now why my down payment was so high and it was because I overpaid for the vehicle, the financing company would not have issued a loan otherwise. Like I said that one's on me I should have done better homework but I really liked that car. Last issue I had was a bad taste in my mouth from the last dealership I bought a car from who had no problem pushing out a car with a finance company they offered at 35% interest taking advantage of not perfect credit, whatever my credit has gotten much better since then. With that said I feel like they were just trying to get a car they've had in stock for a long time pushed out the door and I got set up with another horrible company that they said was great because GM and everyone uses them.. turns out there one star rating was definitely generous it took me 5 days of calling before I could even talk to a person for more than 2 minutes without being hung up on. Needless to say I have that bad taste in my mouth again. In the end it was still my choice to go through with the purchase because I needed a vehicle and I understand I need to do a better homework next time.

We had a great experience working with William at Ripley and Fletcher. There's a reason this dealership has been in business for so long! We were given a generous amount of time to test drive, no pressure, and lots of local banks to choose from when it came to financing. Having Line-X right there also allowed us to get a new bed liner and undercoating done as part of the deal. A great experience with a business that supports its community. We will definitely look there first the next time we need a vehicle.

What a great experience I had buying my 2021 Ford Explorer XLT. Jeff was very knowledgeable and patient with any questions I had. He was very easy to work with and personable. Jeff knew what I was looking for and went above and beyond my expectations. He made buying a vehicle very easy and fun!! Tracy was wonderful as well, she worked fast and efficiently to get me instantly approved!

Friendly and attentive dealership. I have bought 2 vehicles here, including a special order which was a perfect experience.Service department is fast and efficient, they even put the seat back to the original position which is exceedingly rare. The first oil change service is included with purchase.I do my research ahead of time, and Ripley's found discounts and incentives that were better than ford Z-plan. I would not hesitate to buy here again.

Purchased a vehicle at Ripley and Fletcher. Third service, this one with tire rotation. Been waiting for over 3 hours. But not as bad as the other guy who waited for 2.5 hours only for them to say we had to order parts we don t have that. I guess I didn t realize it took 30 minutes plus per tire for a rotation. And the bill$$$$$$$$$ way too much. Oh and by the way my first FREE service they did a complete service , rotating tires??? I bought extended warranty, can t wait to see what that DOES NOT cover. Happy new year!

We have bought our last 4 cars from Ripley Fletcher as has our daughter. We have used the service shop and body work shop. Very satisfied with the cars and service and the staff is great. Joe Galletta has a great company here and we will continue to work with him as long as we live in here.

Bought a new Ford Transit van from here. It took nearly a full year to get my van. I don't blame the dealership for shortages of vehicles but I feel like they definitely could have done a better job of trying to get or find me a van. Also the communication was not good. I rarely ever got called but instead had to keep calling to see where things were at. If I was told "I give you a call back as soon as I know" I could count on never getting called.After a year I had given up on getting a new van and decided to buy a used van out of state. I called R&F to ask about my van one more time and to let them know I was buying a used van from someone else and they proceeded to tell me that my van was ready and I could come get it. Nice people but not good at getting you the vehicle you want or getting back to you about anything.

The owner Joe Galletta, loves what he does. But, loves his customers even more. I would never consider buying anywhere else. Normally I rank buying a new car right up there with root canal. Ripley and Fletcher Ford makes the process virtually painless.

OK. So I purchased My 2017 Ford fusion brand new car s been great bulletproof. Unfortunately there was a recall on 2013 through 2018 Ford fusions the flex line on the brakes.I ve dealt with multiple other Ford dealers in Maine, and they re all scammers. Even though this was a recall, these guys were excellent punctual, who went above and beyond. They even have four chains parts. Maybe they didn t have to push for but they did take my car if even better.This was probably the only dealership I ve walked into that I didn t feel like I was being approached by a sleazeball.For lack of a better term the only way I can explain this dealership is it actually felt kind of Homie.Prior to me going there I had heard this specific Ford dealership did Excellent work, and that they were honest. Just basing my recall experience with them I tend to believe that statement. When it comes time to buy a new vehicle does definitely be one of the top contenders.

I cannot say enough about this dealership. I ll be totally honest I m not a fan of dealerships they are usually not my cup of tea I like to buy my cars from private sellers. This dealership went above and beyond with my car and I could not be happier. I definitely will be headed back there to buy another car when I need one.

From the moment I explained how my truck got damaged, they were checking to make sure I was okay and was able to get my truck in quick and fixed fast. I never had to worry about my truck while they had it. Looks like new!

Bought an Expedition. Delivered as promised with minimal hassle and no hard sell nonsense. Service and detailing has been done there and they will scoot you home if needed. Polite, professional, knowledgeable and vehicle is returned as requested in time promised. Owner of dealership is amazing and you can actually talk to him and he is hands on. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Ripley and Fletcher. We didn t go in with any expectations but have had pretty frustrating experiences at previous dealerships in surrounding areas. Randy was very friendly, he was willing to work with us for OUR needs. They offer great trade in values and they don t twist your arm. Though Randy was our salesperson who we primarily spoke to, the rest of the salesmen or employees offered us great conversation and friendly smiles the whole time. We loved our time here and wish we had gone here sooner.

Sales team / I purchased my 2016 F350 from here my sales person, Cam Richardson was very helpful and goes above and beyond for his customers. I not only was able to get the truck from him but he also helped get me sent in the right direction for a plow and a flatbed for the truck. I have also talked with other sales reps while mine was away, and they all were more than willing to help with any questions I had.Service department / half the battle with any vehicle is maintenance and repairs and no one wants to wait weeks and weeks on end to get there vehicle back but Ripleys makes it easy to get in and out as soon as possible. I have only delt with the commercial truck side of the servicing department, but iv always gotten quick and speedy service and didn t have to wait long. Sometimes parts are on back order but you can t do anything about it, but the servicing department does what they can to help you with whatever you need and get you back on the road.Overall / If you re in the market but don t want to feel pressured or pushed into something you don t want they will find what you do want and make sure you leave in a nice new or pre-owned vehicle.

Very friendly and giving. Sam at the Service Desk was very friendly and tried my key fob that needed to be reprogrammed. She put in a new battery that I supplied and it worked. She called me from the waiting room and said you're all set. Very very giving service because she could have easily had charged me for the hour that was booked. I will continue to do business with Ripley and Fletchers in the future. Thank you again.

Everyone at the dealership made buying my new explorer so easy and hassleFree. Billy worked hard to get us a great rate and a great value on our trade. Everyone worked together to get all the paper work done and made us feel so comfortable, as we showed up later in the day to pick up our vehicle. Fantastic Service Dept - Justin Brawn (service Dir) has a real focus on customer support. Had an issue with washer fluid on F150 prior to being on road w snow storm. He was able to get me in that day (understanding my situation) Two other dealerships that week stated that the could not even look at it for 2 weeks!!You don't see customer support like this ofter - Hats off to the dealership in hiring professional talent - I will definitely do my future business with this dealership - can't endorse this dealership enough - Much appreciation to Justin for a great job!!

I was really disappointed in how they refused to stand behind their work. I have a convertible top less then 2 years old and it was fine when I took it in to be detailed. When I pick it up the rear window was loose and coming out. I picked up the vehicle after hours so I couldn't say anything then plus the interior was still filthy so I called them on the next business day and they said to bring it back. When I told them about the window then they said it was falling out when it came in. I know it was fine and if they did notice it falling out it seems that somebody would have called to mention it on one of the several phone calls.

Great service from the start. Found the car we were looking for on Kelly Blue Book, it was at Ripley and Fletcher Ford. Emailed them to find out if it was still available and they got back to me first thing the following business day. The sales person kept me informed about when we could take the car for a test drive as it was still in the process of being looked over and cleaned. Clean showroom and everyone had a great attitude.

Went here to trade in a previous car and get a newer one. I left the dealership with an amazing deal all thanks to the amazing staff, namely Connor!! I recommend this dealership if you re looking for reasonable down to earth people and the best service the car selling business has to offer!

If I could give RFF 10 stars I would! We had our f150 diagnosed and serviced well. I like that setting up an appointment was very easy. On top of that, I think that their shop has the friendliest staff (Sam - kept us updated) and their mechanics are very knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!
