Jacob was very personable. He explained everything thoroughly when he cam out to measure. He answered all our questions and assuaged our concerns.The installation process was difficult because of the tile the we installed. He explained the situation and followed through . All went smoothly.

Portland Glass installed our large bathroom mirror with great care! The custom mirror was ordered and received in no time at all. The installation was quick and efficient. The installers were personable and respectful!

Jake and Dennis came to my house and were nothing but professional. Unfortunately, the door I ordered to be installed in my shower was the wrong size they found, but continued to help in anyway the could. They evaluated the situation, gave me all the info I needed, got what they needed to provide me with an estimate that would work for us, wrapped up the door I that bought so it was re-packaged and even took the trash from the package with them!! These guys are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I live 5 minutes away and the company was willing to pick up my vehicle at my house and fix it and drop it off. You cannot beat this customer service. My insurance ordered the wrong windshield and they made it convenient as possible. Next morning it was installed by 9am. I recommend this company to everyone.

Absolutely outstanding! Dropped my truck off at 8 and was able to pick it up at noon. They replaced everything back, exactly as it was! Even the Velcro tabs to hold my EZ Pass we're put back in the same spot and spacing as before! Just incredible and greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much!

Jacob, Steve, and Melissa were all extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They answered all my questions with ease. They also provided great communication skills while my car was in their hands. The staff here continuously went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend their services.

I arrived for my appointment an hour early as I had written the wrong time down. Regardless, They got me right in. Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful. He informed me of the risks of filling the ding in my windshield and even double checked to see if another windshield could be purchased for my car if my windshield was to crack further. The customer service was great and I was in and out of my appointment in less than an hour.

I m a repeat customer of Portland Glass in South Paris. I don t even bother to shop around as I know that I will get the very best price, quality, and excellent customer service. Jacob (manager) is absolutely terrific and made sure I had (yet) another great experience. They re always on time, efficient and super friendly. No hesitation in recommending them!

I have an older vehicle and they were able to get the glass I needed in just a few days and when it was delayed due to things out of their control they promptly called me to let me know it would be delayed. When I picked up my vehicle the window looked great and the technician alerted me to a mechanical issue with the vehicle that I was unaware of. I really felt like they cared about me as a customer. Great job.

they are very professional. the job way done quick. they explained everything you need to do so the glass would set correctly. I had a great experience. You do not get great experiences often enough. that is why a gave them a 5 star.

Called for a window replacement. Gentleman came on a Tuesday and told me I would have an estimate in 24 hours. Nothing. Waited a week and called the store leaving my name/phone number and was assured the manager would call within an hour. Nothing. Waited until the afternoon of the next day and still no call. Called them and cancelled my request. Too bad for them because we are planning on whole house window replacement next year.
