I've been a customer for 6 years now and their prices continue live up to the affordable name. Staff is always friendly and honest. As a young female, I know I am not being taken advantage of on an estimate when it comes from Affordable, unlike previous garage experiences. Highly recommend!

Great communication, patience, and professionalism. Top of the line equipment and diagnostics. Not the cheapest shop around, but competitively priced. David is a charmer with courtesy, honesty, and knowledge.

This is a really good auto shop they will fit you in in a pinch when you really need them too I highly recommend this place the prices are good they tell you prices out right when getting work done so there's no questions of price after the work is done they have been nothing but great for us and we will definitely be return customers

I left home to find I had a nearly flat tire. I called them at 9:08 am they said to stop in. Arrived there at 9:30. They had it patched and repaired and I was out the door before 10:15 am. They even rebalance the tire. And it cost less than $40! We lost less than an hour off our arrival time where we were headed for the day. I don t think I could have put a donut on and gotten there any faster. This will be the first place I call the next time I need work done. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!. Went in for a four tire swap over . They broke the tire pressure monitors . Replaced them with rubber normal valve stems .were not up front with the repair . When I called about having it rectified I was called a liar and hung up on. Do not go here I would give them less than a one star review if possible . Go anyplace else. Horrible service, shoddy work not worth it at all.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Their mechanic broke EVERY tire sensor on my Rav4 installing tires at my appointment yesterday. Failed to tell me about all but one, and refuses to rectify the situation, that was handled in a very unprofessional manner I may add, by being argumentative and hanging up instead of coming up with a resolution. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and opening up a complaint. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE here.

When Scott the owner was on site daily overseeing the work, it was excellent. Now that he's absent much of the time, the business is suffering for it. Had a fuel pump replaced; 2nd fuel pump was defective, replaced that, but soon found out the wiring to the fuel pump was done in a slipshod manner and literally burnt up. Hence, another tow to a DIFFERENT garage. WTH Scott!

Have been going to affordable auto for a few years now. My first experience was in a blizzard with a blown transmission. Spoke with Scott the owner he gave me a estimate and got it installed quickly and professionally. Went from a blown transmission to Jacksonville Florida in 3 days!!!! There affordable, reliable and most important very honest. I work on car myself and still bring the household vehicles directly to AFFORDABLE AUTO! As far as shops and mechanics he's the best around!!! Thanks a million,Frankie and Amy

I wouldn't even give this place one star.The lady at the front desk was so rude an disrespectful she shouldn't be behind a desk perido with her lack of knowledge and communication.Her customer service skills matched her intelligence. 0%I brought my car in for an inspection sticker, they asked me to fix that one part and return for a front end alignment the next day an I would receive my sticker.That was wonderful Scott was extremely nice and worked well with me to get me in an out.I drop my car off at 8am that next morning.THEN I get a call from this women saying in the process of THEM fixing my car the machine they were using for my front alignment snapped a part in the rear end of my vechial?!Accidents happen I understand.Then she proceeded to tell me I needed to pay the 72.95 for the aligment. Then ANOTHER 80 for one hours worth of work PLUS THE 30 DOLLAR PART.For a part THEY BROKE!THEY broke it, they should pay for it consider the inspection was done THE DAY pryior.The man said it was clean an clear that the ONE item on the list given to me which was a (right front tyrod end) needed replacement!Something in my rear end They said it was rotted an coroded. If that was the case then WHY WASNT IT ON MY LIST TO FIX IF IT WAS THAT BAD TO THE POINT IN SNAPPED?!!! Or why wasn't I notified considering i was there for an 30 min inspection!!!! WORST service from the lady at the desk, she Didn't aplogize for the inconvenience she didn't say thank you or sorry. She slammed the door in my face at the office when I asked to speak to the owner. I Will not be returning for having to pay 150 for a front end alignment an I'm certainly spreading the word like wild fire.Good luck to future customers.

Went for a replacment of a warrantied part, left with a 700 dollar bill. They performed multiple additional repairs I had specifically asked not done. Poor communication between employees. I cannot recommend. And if you're wondering, yes, I drive a Subaru.

town not only did they not call me back with a quote after the hour and a half it took to check my car over then charge me for a inspection sticker I never got but they never shut my hood all the way and it flew up while doing 60 down the road. Never again would I go there or recommend anyone go

This place is terrible the owner slowed the mechanic to ruin my father's car and charge him over 11k for nothing and made the car unsafe and put on a fake sticker.. then the mechanic chased and harrased and threatened my father.

This is the best place to take your car. They are always so nice. They come in under quote usually. They get you an appointment rather fast.

Horrible place brought my car in to get the blower working for heater they got it working but broke my faceplate in process now my nobs to switch from defrost to feet or face does not work said fix it for free order my faceplate i bring it back an have them change strut dropped it off at 10 am monday should of been 2 hour job well they call at 3 saying the kept getting sent wrong parts ill haft to wait till the next day to pick car up so now im missing a days work so go there next day telling me $301 dollars said they paid $191 for a strut on a 2001 celica most expensive i found was 121 the reason they dont let u bring your own parts so they can mark up prices witch i get to a point but the put my strut in with no rubbet an the dial on my heat still stuck on defrost so i complained an want to talk to owner hes not there they lady running counter wont call him or give me his number says ill haft to wait till he gets back the place is a joke an will be taking them to court if they decide to keep playing games
