If you get stuck, call Mucks! Mike has been our saving grace here at J. Tracy Trucking, LLC. From going through my steering system, to a road side service call or an inspection sticker we have received nothing but great customer service! 12/10 would recommend for all your jumpstarts, lockouts, and towing needs!

The heat in my car stopped working suddenly during a recent cold snap. Muck's Trucks got me in the same day. They have exceptional customer service and communication skills. I was back on the road in an hour with the heat fixed. The mechanic explained what the issue was and even let me see under the hood. I would definitely recommend Muck's Trucks.

Mike is the best. We got stuck Saturday night on the worse storm of the year. He was there in less then an hour with a smile on his face. And it was miserable out.He got two trucks out in about a half hour and couldn t have been nicer.Thanks mucks trucks!!!!!

I had my car towed by them after I had a company no show and not get my car. They person I spoke to handled absolutely everything for me. He got ahold of AAA and figured that mess out. I didn t have to pay a dime. This company is absolutely amazing and I appreciate the effort they went to get me my car. On top of that they are lovely people. The tow truck driver was so sweet I would highly recommend this company.Service: Car towing

Charged us $400 OVER what was quoted, without permission. We paid $1100 to fix air conditioning, but they didn t fix it because they misdiagnosed it!We had seen great reviews for Mucks, so we brought our car to them to have the air-conditioner diagnosed.After diagnosis, James quoted us $300-$700 max to fix air-conditioner (condenser &/or compressor).We agreed to move forward. 2 days later, hubby called & James says to come get the car, but the cost is $1100 (not $300-$700).BUT ..that the air-conditioner is still NOT fixed!! He now says it will be $2200 (now need computer chip).Now I understand that sometimes, the diagnosis is wrong. I get that.However, no one called us to ask our permission to move forward for us to pay an EXTRA $400. When confronted, James insisted he did call my husband and asked permission to move forward. So my husband showed him his phone ..not one call from Mucks!!! No one called.Then James apologized several times, but still charged us $400 OVER the initial quote to a whopping $1100!!Here s the clincher .. Evidently it wasn t the compressor or the condenser afterall.It was actually a computer chip. So the air conditioner is STILL BROKEN!! Doesn t work at all.So frustrating having to spend $1100 for a job not done. I was in tears.An HONEST businessman would have called to get approval moving forward if it s gonna cost more than what was quoted. They over charged us $400 without permission!They also were wrong in their diagnosis, and STILL WERE UNABLE TO FIX the air conditioner (even though we had to pay them $1100).These guys are a towing company. I have leaned my lesson. We will never use Mucks again.

Really expensive for a 24 hr police tow for 5 min tow and storage almost 400$ cash only not affordable curious if that was there going rate or if they adjusted mine for inconvenience? Driver who released vehicle was very polite and understood hard times but to bad there cost an price dosnt reflect on same qualities

Been coming here for over a year now and I can honestly say this is the best shop anywhere around. I have been to just about every other shop within 40 miles and Mucks is so far above the rest. They are straight forward don't tell you that you need things you don't. Some of the nicest people I have ever met, and extremely fair with cost. Broke down, harmonic balancer blew my belt off so I was in need of a tow. Called AAA and they said Phoenix Tow would be there to get me soon, about 45 mins later they called back saying Mucks would be towing me. I looked them up and noticed the travel distance. When mucks showed up, he pointed to the driveway of Phoenix towing, no lie I was broke down in their driveway and they wouldn't tow me. Moral of this review, mucks for the win!!!

Got a tow thru AAA recently with this company. After driver dropped my car off he said it would be $95 and took a pic of my credit card for some reason. When i checked my credit card bill it was for $150. Called the office to get refunded the difference because of what was promised by the driver and he said i was charged more because AAA called me in at different location 10 miles away. So instead of going after AAA for wrong info they gave them they decided to charge me for it. Cost me $55 for AAA then $75 for same day service thru AAA and then $150 fraudently through this company. Altogether $280 day and my car is dead. Thanks Mucks for your dishonesty and slimy service.Service: Car towing

Mucks towed our vehicle that left us stranded out of state and made it much less stressful for us and in about 24hrs we had our vehicle dropped off at a locaction we selected and at a much more reasonable rate than many others! Thank u Mucks!!

If your looking for a responsive, youthful, energenic, hard working, great customer service at reasonable pricing, then Mike & James at Mucks Trucks are your guys.I recently needed my rusty/leaking brake line repaired asap (I was almost out of brake fluid) & I had spent an early morning hour driving around requesting service from several shops in Bridgton & although they knew I was a safety risk needing an emergency repair non were willing to step up and adjust their busy schedules which was very disappointing.After reaching out to my landscaper for help ie; Pete s Lawn Care suggested I contact Mucks Trucks, Mike responded to my call within 15 min s & I was able to drop off the truck within the hour. This was a non-scheduled emergency appointment and the line was replaced by Jamie the same day allowing me to travel home to MA the next day.Mucks Trucks is the real deal what they say is what they do & on-time & at very reasonable prices.Mike & James are hard working & I would recommend Mucks Trucks to all my friends & most importantly I will be requesting them again for any & all of my Toyota Tacoma truck needs in the future.Although I was able to make it safely to Mucks Trucks, they do offer a mobile service which is a great service if you can t make it safely there.Thank-You Again Mucks Truck for your outstanding & fantastic customer service & for accepting my emergency service needs it is greatly appreciated.Service: Auto maintenance
