My husband and I had a superior experience buying our Hyundai Tucson this week! Tony and his automotive technician were very friendly and took their time explaining all the work that had been done recently to the vehicle. The financing process was simple and online which made it easy to do from anywhere. Because of my work schedule we couldn't get there until mid afternoon and they stayed late to make sure every detail was finished and we didn't have to make another trip down the next day from out of town. The vehicle was spotless thank to the hard work of the lady that does the detailing. We will definitely come back again! Very down to Earth people- felt like we had known them forever. Thanks again!

We went in to look at a car for my wife. The first thing I noticed was there were no pushy salesmen like most dealerships have. They make sure that you are able to look at and try out whatever vehicle you're interested in then they let you make your decision whether you go further or not. When you walk into the building it is clean, comfortable and relaxing. They are very helpful and willing to answer any and all questions you may have. Above all, they are honest! After discussing the quality of the vehicle, he informed me that, before selling it, it would need an alignment. He could have hidden that but, as I said, honesty. Shortly after that, my wife drove away in her new car with a full tank of gas and a smile on her face. Thanks guys. I bought a second vehicle from Tony the next day and it's only fair that I do a second review. After we finalized the deal for my wife's car I noticed he had a truck that I liked the looks of. I took it for a ride and when I got back Tony offered me a deal on it that was quite generous. I went home and slept on it and called him in the morning and told him I wanted it. By the time I got to the dealership the paperwork was done. I signed the dotted line and he handed me the key. What yall need to know is that it is VERY unusual for me to buy two vehicles in two days but that's the kind of dealership that you're dealing with here. Good vehicles. Good service. Luna does it RIGHT, Long over due. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Shall I decide when my truck dies not to buy a new vehicle I will 110% be back. So with the market I paid a lot for my used F-150 she s needed a lot of work but I love this truck. It did have an issue out the gate. Luna sells a great warranty packaged with the car that saved me timing chain and (other problem I m forgetting) which is normal for these trucks around 120,000. It had needed a lot of work and was paying Tony for it. I had asked a lot to defer payment so I could pay the repairs he was ok with that every time as I always paid him back. However I will edit this review if he gives me permission. But he went ABOVE and I means ABOVE and beyond to make it right! Mom and I are happy! The office experience was great! Fair pricing! Luna is over all a nice guy more than a smile which is rare in this industry he TRULY cares about his customers. I do want to state I got angry at him as my truck had problems. That was wrong of me and I apologize as I have in person! He made everything right. For that Mom and I thank you as this truck has been some work but a more of a blessing then ever I LOVE IT! God bless you and maybe see you when the truck gives out in 10 years ;) thanks for everything Tony!

I found Lunar Family Auto sales looking at used cars on Facebook. Found a 2017 one owner car that was clean inside and out and decided to call them. When I called, Tony answered and answered all my questions and said he would have the car ready for me to test drive. When I got there to my surprise the car was exactly as described as it was on Facebook. Which is rare. Took it for a drive and because of the condition of the car and such a great deal on a one owner car, I decided to buy it. Talking to Tony with his friendly approach through the process of buying the car made it easy for me. So if you are looking for a nice used car this is the place to go.

Very prompt with returning calls and was not pushy with any part of the process. He held the vehicle until I could come in when it was convenient for me. Tony answered all my questions and made it feel more like a time with friends then a transaction. I would recommend Luna Auto to everyone.

We had been looking for a particular style car for months. We came across Luna's website and saw that they had a car that matched what we were looking for. We went to try the car out and loved it. We purchased the car. It was not your typical car buying experience. Over the years, I have had to deal with pushy salesmen and spent hours at a dealership trying to negotiate a deal. At Luna's, we experienced none of that. Tony was excellent to work with. We quickly agreed on the price. He lined up my financing. The entire experience was effortless for us because of their excellent customer service. I would definitely purchase from Luna's again and I would recommend them to anyone.

We were searching for a car that was both inexpensive and safe for our daughter's first vehicle and found it here. The service we got was friendly. The experience was laid back and friendly. Once we had the car home for a couple weeks we realized there was an issue with car. When we called and informed of the issue, they had us come up and drop the car off. They fixed the issue under the warranty, we paid a deductible and the car has been running great. They were really awesome through the whole experience.

Purchased this amazing suv from lunas and it was a great experience all around, no troubles from this dealership. Iv dealt with alot of really bad dealerships and this is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. I moved here from Missouri recently and everyone denied me besides lunas! 5 star about everything!

I ve had a really enjoyable car buying experience at Luna s! Tony has been extremely helpful and willing to work with me to make sure I m getting the best deal, and that my car is in tip top shape! You can tell there s a lot of care put into customer interaction, which is a nice feeling at a dealership. Great service and staff.

Drove in with a car basically on its last leg with only so much money I could use as a down payment and not much hope. Lunas auto made everything work out for me. I was able to leave with a newer car in great condition which was a huge weight lifted off my shoulder going into the winter months. I will be bringing my business here for as long as I can. I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone in need of a used car.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Tony. It was an exceptionally smooth sale. There were a couple of things that needed attention as part of the sale. Due to scheduling conflicts on our part we weren't able to get them fixed right away. Tony made sure that we were taken care of and we are very happy with the vehicle.

The people are really Friendly here. Gave us a great deal on a car and when we were having issues with it, they did what they could to make things right. Hard to find a place that won't try to take advantage of you these days, but Luna Family auto is very helpful

Best experience I ve ever had with trying to buy a vehicle. I ve been turned down by a lot of dealerships in the past and have never had a good experience but with The help of Tony and his family I was able to buy my truck with everything I wanted and more and at an amazing price at that! Very classy 5 stars any day of the week!!

I enquired a in the beginning of December about a Mercedes this dealership has. Jose told me it was available and then proceeded to leave me on read for a month when I asked 2 simple questions what's quirks does it have and how's the suspension. When I sent him another message asking again I was greated by an extremely rude reply telling me if I had a Brain I'd know they are closed cus the FB page says so. I don't follow you on FB sir I came accrossed the car on marketplace and enquired. And was basically told to pound sand then blocked. Jose is a horrible buisness man with an additude.who can't be honest about his vehicles! 0 out of 5 starts will never be doing buisness with this dealership!

Update: the engine blew after 5000 miles.tried contacting them to no avail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! COMPLETE CROOKS! HE ASKED ME TO LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW WHEN I BOUGHT IT. And I did,I'm now fixing it to be more truthful now that I know more. Don't spend your money here they don't deserve it.

I have worked at a few car dealerships in my lifetime. I won t say all of them R bad. Tho let me tell you I ve never been happier than we were with the service we received at Luna family auto. It s a great feeling knowing you can trust what they tell you. All of the vehicles are quality. They went above and beyond, to make certain I got a vehicle that was absolutely reliable and I just so happen to LOVE! If your in the market. Make LUNA your first stop.
