Large, well maintained and accessable to the handicapped. It was free to the public on this weekend. Convenient for downtown and about ten minutes from Marginal Way.I just don't know what the parking rate is. I have a feeling that it is going to be pricey because Ogunquit parking usually is.There is an electronic meter where you pay. There are fines if the tlme runs out. When open for the season, current price is $4 per hour. There is someone who monitors the parking lot. Your license plate number will be needed when purchasing time.If you walk Marginal Way, where one of the entrances is nearby, you will need two hours. It will leave you time to walk around Perkins Cove and buy a drink or an ice-cream.There is a public restroom next to Obed's. It was in good shape. Police station is in the same building.

We drove into Perkins Cove with the camper van (I would not recommend this!) looking for some parking so that we could walk the Marginal Way path. This is a very slow and tedious task, people walk back and forth in the road without looking for traffic and the streets are just large enough for one car. After driving around the entire shop area and finding no parking we decided to drive on. As we were driving through town my wife saw a sign for parking that wasn t $20 for the hour we needed and we pulled in (look for the fire/police station) and did a pay by plate. As we started to wander around to find our way back to Perkins Cove a good Samaritan asked if we were looking for Marginal Way. When we said yes she told us how to find it. We had actually parked across the street from it! We started down the path which is between a hotel and a house so it is a tight walk until you get to the ocean. Once you start walking along the ocean the views become awesome. There are benches to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze and beaches that you can walk along (rocky not sandy though). Along the way is a little lighthouse which is a cute photo op. As you get close to Perkins Cove the edges of the path become cliffs to the ocean and give you a gorgeous view. Something about rocky cliffs by the ocean is very romantic I think. We walked into Perkins Cove and were able to walk around. There is a manual drawbridge that you can walk across that is on the port side of the cove for boat storage. The drawbridge is a little unnerving to walk across as you can feel it swaying from side to side and it only has one center I beam but it is safe. The walk back along Marginal way is beautiful too. You get to see a lot of sights that can only be seen from one direction.

A group of us parked there on Saturday, October 1st at about 11:30am. Very convenient, however, the parking assistant was rude. All of us are deaf and he kept on rambling and wouldn't slow down or try to communicate with us. I had to struggle to read his lips. He gave us a bad first impression of Ogunquit.

Large, easy to find, and conveniently located. It is near shops, restaurants, and access to Marginal Way. You can use the Passport parking app to make paying even easier.

Always a parking spot here! My family and I's new favorite place to park for the day. Price is decent.

Near to everything, lots of spots, pay and display. All day or hourly rates are very reasonable and somehow even on the busiest days I can always find a spot here - lots of turnover, someone is always leaving.

Great place to park after 8 PM. You can park here between 8PM and 1AM for free to experience Ogunquit's nightlife.
