My husband and I stayed at their place for two nights, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. Firstly, the location of their place was excellent. Ogunquit can be quite challenging for parking, but their location allows you to walk to most attractions and restaurants, which is a huge advantage. Also special recognition to the service at their front desk. They provided great hot coffee every day, and for those who prefer tea, hot water was readily available, too. There were plenty of disposable utensils to use, and I noticed that the front desk staff were diligent in promptly replenishing coffee and various supplies. My husband and I had food leftover packed from a restaurant one night, and we could easily request disposable bowls (of high quality) to heat our food the next morning. They also had a few small tables, allowing us to enjoy our breakfast gracefully. The rooms were kept exceptionally clean and tidy. The only minor complaint I have is that the hairdryer was a bit underpowered, but this is a minor issue compared to the overall experience. The surroundings of the hotel were also beautiful, and taking a leisurely stroll was a delightful way to spend our free time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

My sisters and I stayed here from Sept. 7th to the 10th. If we could give Juniper Hill morestars, we certainly would! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, to the time we had to check out, we felt taken care of by the wonderful staff. Our room was very comfortable, and very clean. We LOVED the bathroom and how it was designed..... enough room for 3 women and all our "stuff"!! We had a really great time....thank you!

When we stay in Ogunquit we like to stay here as it is walking distance to downtown as well as the beach. Plenty to keep everyone entertained. Nice pool and hot tub, staff was excellent and wasn't expecting our room to be made up only staying 2 nights. Price was good and room was fine as we just slept there, quiet no loud neighbors!! That is why we keep coming back. Worth it !!!

We love this location, with private footpath to Hoyts Lane and quick walk to Beach Street. They have renovated since we were here last. Sadly no longer has breakfast of any kind, only free coffee. Housekeeping and front desk staff were attentive and friendly.

We stayed here on Halloween Weekend of 2021. It was raining sideways and it was a very cold evening. My husband and I ended up not going out to the local party that we were supposed to go to (the whole reason we went in the first place), and I apologize for the tangent, but what I want to say is that this is place was a great alternative to what we really wanted to do. It was a home away from home, a calm stay in a chaotic autumnal tempest. The customer service was awesome and the room was clean, and it was so close to where we needed to go, where we never went.

We stayed in a deluxe room for the New Year's weekend- two nights. The room was immaculate, really spacious, nicely decorated, good size TV, king size bed was very comfortable. Also offered a mini size fridge and a small coffee pot and coffee packets. There was always a fresh pot of coffee in the lobby and also a microwave if you needed to use it. There was an indoor pool and jacuzzi but we didn't use either. They also offered 20% off for breakfast at Raspberries which is at their other hotel George's Grant but we never made it cause they're only open till noon. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Very accommodating for anything you were looking for.

Nice basic hotel with decent sized rooms just a short walk to main shops and restaurants. Our room was slightly dark due to aspect of windows. Offers guest laundry coin operated and there is a coin machine in the laundry room. Be careful not to overload the machine - heed the sign - or the detergent may not completely dissolve! No breakfast currently offered other than coffee although they do give a discount on breakfast at their sister hotel. We figured this would be too busy so didn't try it. Recommend for a short stay.

Juniper Hill is fantastic. We stayed in a premium room and absolutely loved it. The whole place was exceptionally clean, our room was a good size and newly renovated (at least looked it), bed was comfortable and everyone working there couldn't have been nicer. Fresh brewed coffee is provided in the morning, but hope they'll offer some type of breakfast in the future (my only recommendation). Going forward, we'll definitely stay here again.

Great location! About 6min to the beach on a lovely quiet path. The grounds are immaculate. Rooms are larger than other in the area and well kept. Will return without a doubt.

Booked a deluxe room at the last minute as our usual hotel was full. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. I loved the sitting area outside the room! Another plus was that the air conditioner was super quiet. I used the indoor and outdoor pool and was happy with both! Liked the closeness to the town and ocean! Even had a private path to the beach! Breakfast was fruit, bagels, cereal and toast. Wish they had scrambled eggs but it's free and I'm not a big eater. All the staff were very nice. Really enjoyed my time here and look forward to returning!!

Our stay at the Juniper Hill on June 7th was extremely pleasant and so much better than the 3 star indicated. As expressed by others, my room 220 (2nd floor walkup) was extremely clean, large, and included very comfortable bed, refrigerator, good towels and fine, updated general amenities. The outside garden behind the indoor pool where we sat for coffee was relaxing and naturally screened from others. The lobby staff was very nice from check-in to check out. There is the ever going coffee pot in the lobby also. We used their lobby tables to eat our "takeout" delicious breakfast from the Village Food Market which cooks to order a selection of items. Parking right in front of the room was ideal also. The Juniper Inn meets what I am looking for when I visit Maine - friendly staff, cleanliness and a local feeling I never experience in a chain hotel.

I booked Juniper Hill Inn after reading reviews and was still pleasantly surprised. JH exceeded my expectations. It was a lovely little resort and the rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable for 3 of us (our son is 15). The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and definitely made a great first impression for us which I always find important. There is a keurig in the room and also fresh coffee at the front desk area. It's an easy walk into town and there is a nice path leading towards the beach. If you plan on spending much time at the beach I would bring some type of wagon or tote. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub and we enjoyed the outdoor one during an afternoon. The grounds are beautiful and they take pride in the appearance, inside and out. Parking is such an issue in these seaside towns so it's nice to be able to park your vehicle and walk everywhere. We chose the breakfast package so walked 5 minutes away to their sister hotel and ate at Raspberries which provided good options. Otherwise there are numberous breakfast options just minutes walk away. There are many places to stay in Ogunquit, but I would higly recommend JH based on our experience.

We're staying just one night after picking up a cabinet over in kittery. Accommodations are very nice very comfortable. There's a nice pool and jacuzzi which we are about to use in just a couple of minutes. Price for off-season which is what we're doing now is about $115. I think it's priced accordingly it's not too high not too low. Rooms are exceptionally clean the bathrooms are the same. The bed is nice and firm just the way I like it. Prices are considerably higher in the high-season probably I would say probably near $200 a night.there is a breakfast served in the morning I think it's more of a continental style we shall find that out.

We were quoted one price on the phone and charged another. $304 for a MOTEL, not an INN. Told there was an elevator, there is not. Told there would be breakfast, there was not. Told we would have a balcony, we did not. Decent room, nothing special. Walking distance to the beach unless you have to carry anything. Nice pool for kids which explains the mildew smell in the room (wet kids, wet feet, wet bathing suits). Easy walk into town or there would be zero stars for this place.

Have stayed at Juniper Hill Inn during the month of July for 5+ years. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean and the pools well kept. The location to downtown is convenient as is the access to the beach from the walking path behind the property. The fitness center is small and the weight equipment is old and not in good working order. On my re bet stay, the co sole on the elliptical machine was not working and had a sign indicating it was not working. If you are serious about working out and expect a fitness center that has modern equipment, you might consider another lodging establishment. Also, for the first time we experienced squeaky floors above our first floor room. Typically this is a sign of the subfloor coming apart fromThe floor joists. It made for an unpleasant experience.

So friendly, it was a fabulous experience just checking in! Good solid inside pool area and really big room with comfortable bed and really good TV. For us it was a perfect place for a one night stay. Off season so it was quiet but a terrific experience. Some breakfast which was good.

Parking in Ogunquit in the summer is an expensive nightmare. Even when it isn t peak season it is nice to be able to walk around rather than drive. Juniper Hill is perfect for that. It is a pleasant, easy walk to the beach and to the downtown shops. The hotel is clean and modern, the staff are exceptionally nice, and the whirlpool hot tub is warm and relaxing. No pets allowed at aJuniper Hill, so pet owners might want to try Footbridge Beach Hotel which is also an easy walk to the beach.
