The best VIP location by far, the manager Matt is a great dude. And very knowledgeable, they have always done my alignments in my lifted truck, and always have got it right. They turned me into a repeat customer with their customer service, and commitment to help as much as possible.

When I went to get a service done I had an owl necklace hanging from my mirror and when I picked it up it was gone. I was charged for 2 hours or labor and they only had my car for 1 hour. They talk smack about their customers while they are still in store and our so called bad decisions when they were the ones to recommend to do or not do a job/replace a part. I am done with this place. I have given them many chances to clean up their act. But stealing my property it's the final straw. Get better employees and better customer service.

The teams at VIP are fabulous. I recommend them and the amazing work they do. They are thorough and experts in their field. They are my go-to! They also explain everything so well. Heather and Kelsey are so professional and they will do whatever they can to accommodate your schedule. You will not be disappointed I recommend the Oxford VIP at the highest level.

I would not recommend having these people touch your vehicle. They'll deliberately mess with your car. No one has touched my wife's tires except these guys and we just found the rear passenger tire inflated to 58 psi, it's supposed to be 35psi. My children ride in this vehicle. They also rotated my tires on my vehicle without informing me, which is against state law, and threw my alignment off causing me to have to replace two, less than a year old, tires.This place is either employed by dense people with no clue about automotive care, or they are keeping themselves afloat through sabotage. Either way, two thumbs down and not a return customer for life.People, you have been warned.

Received a reservation surprisingly expeditiously. At other establishments, I would have had to wait a week or longer. I arrived for the appointment and from that time until completion, it took one hour while I waited. Being a single car family, my past experiences with other facilities was less then shining with having to take a taxi home and leaving the vehicle over night (for a month during one instance) and then to be lied to. That's three tasks in an hour, gents. I will definitely return for all my future repair needs. I also like the fact that VIP has locations throughout northern New England. Then, the final surprise. We can t say enough about the customer service here. We were in a nearby town for a visit and needed a new tire. Kelsey went out of her way to help us out of a jam. Matt gave the extra effort and offered us a ride as there were no cabs or Ubers available! The work was done promptly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

I brought my Sprinter van to the Norway, ME location for service. These vehicles have some peculiarities, Chris who worked on the vehicle new exactly what to do, avoided several of the potholes these vehicles often present, and he found several other issues which were repaired perfectly and at a reasonable cost. Chris is outstanding at what he does. His demeanor was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend this VIP location, excellent and quick oil change! The customer service was unmatched, they really care about providing a high-quality experience. I took my car to Norway VIP for a state inspection and was very pleased with their service! They got me right in for an appointment, and were very quick and efficient. I saw first hand how knowledgeable and professional the employees were while interacting with myself and the other customers. Overall, it is a very friendly and pleasant environment. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

The guys at VIP always go the extra mile for me whether it s keeping my 14 year old truck on the road or my 52 year old convertible working the way it should. My daughter has also been bringing her 10 year old car up here from Portland when it needs work and/or tires.

They are amazing, obviously the manager is good! I saw team work, with highly thought efficiency and accuracy! Good work gentlemen! You should be proud! Impressive. I was satisfied with my service on my truck. Not to mention it but they had so many calls and appts. And were able to juggle it beautifully! I will be back for sure! Customer for life . Had a great experience today with my oil change. When I called to make my appointment, they were able to get me in just a few days later. Upon arriving for my appointment, my car was taken in on time and serviced in a timely manner. The other patrons in the waiting area were also in good spirits and it was nice to sit with friendly people and chat (like everyone used to do) while we waited. It was obvious that the employees care about their customers as they took additional time to go over the details of an elderly patrons vehicle and how they were going to help her fix it. Would highly recommend this business to others and will definitely continue to come back in the future.Service: Oil change

I blew out the valve stem on my atv and brought the tire in to VIP without an appointment, they stopped what they were doing and replaced it in 5 minutes! Great service and great people! Very knowledgeable. Thank you!!!!!

I called to schedule an appt for an oil change and they were able to get me n within a few days. When I got there, the guys were all very friendly and they took my car right in. After finishing my oil change, the mechanic took me out to look at a couple things under my vehicle to show me a few things that needed to be fixed. He was very nice and easily explained to me why it needed to be fixed. He gave me a cost estimate and was able to schedule me another appt within a week. I am very impressed with Matthew mahar at VIP in Norway Maine. My truck needed a lot of help. New rocker panels, brake lines, wheel barring, and some body work. Matthew took on my problem head on. The work he did was amazing! The new rocker panels look great and he even painted them with rino lining so they will resist rusting in the future. He added fender flares, and my truck looks great. My doors open and close better than when I bought it 8 years ago!!! Looks like he had to do some welding too. I can't believe how my truck came out. Thank you Matthew mahar for helping me hold on to my truck for a few more years! I recommend anyone who needs work done on their vehicle to go see Matthew at VIP. He even washed it for me and I didn't ask him to do that. Wow! Great job! And great service!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair

Really great experience at Norway VIP today for my oil change and tire rotation. I was late to my appointment and they found a way to still squeeze me in and were very friendly, which sadly can be hard to find these days. I ve used them before and will do do again!

The VIP in Norway is wonderful! We scheduled an oil change for the following day. They brought to my attention that there were some automotive issues that I was completely unaware of. They took time to explain to me what the issues were and were able to quote prices for said issues. The staff was knowledgeable, kind and helpful! Special thank you to David for taking such good care of my car. I will def be returning.Service: Oil change
