I was there on a Saturday morning & the employees that day were absolutely amazing.Laura in the front is definitely on her game. As I sat in the waiting area I was able to see how she interacts with the customers & her co-workers.She is all about the customer. She went above and beyond to get a positive outcome for a few customers. One of them being me. It was refreshing to deal with down to earth people who actually care about the people they are helping.

Laura and the guys at Tire Warehouse are amazing!! I came in for a flat repair and they got me right in and took care of me very quickly. It was very busy with phones ringing and customers walking in. Laura not only took care of the customers needs, but also did it with a smile on her face. Definitely recommend this crew and location for any tire service. Thank you guys for an awesome experience!!

What a great shop - Brandi the manager knows her stuff and runs a tight ship! I listen to her working with customers on the phone, training new staff, and she even helps me herself whenever my tire light comes on unexpectedly. All staff are great! I always leave here meaning to write a great review and then forget, so this is long overdue! Very happy customer!

Went here for some regular work and was in the lobby for a few hours. During my time, Laura at the front desk was not only super friendly to talk to, but was also really good with all the customers that came after me. The thing I feel as though makes this review worth a 2-star, is that the appointed manager of the establishment, Brandi I guess her name is, appeared to be out of office in her car the entire time I was getting my work done. As I left, the car seemed smoky and seemed to be smoking a joint. Someone who s a manager should be managing . Not whatever was important enough to spend nearly three hours doing in her car. Lovely staff otherwise

Absolute angels to work with. Came in for a flat repair, which turned out to be much more than that. I needed a new tire entirely, which they unfortunately did not have as it is fairly uncommon of a tire. Laura, the kind lady running the front desk, was more than willing to supply me with numbers of people who may have that size tire. Even helped make one of the calls herself, which happened to score me the tire I needed. The help I received was far beyond what I expected. I ve been looking for a new mechanic to get my regular work done at, and it seems I ve found just the place. Thank you to all those workers, amazing staff

Went to have a owned tire taken off a rim and mounted on another owned rim, balance and aired up.. had to do this to take my spare tire out of service and back on truck for spare use.. Cost $31NOTE: THEY ARE NOW UNDER NEW MANAGER.. BE PATIENT AS ALL TIRE SHOPS ARE BUSY.. BEST TO MAKE APPOINTMENT IF POSSIBLE.. I DID NOT DO AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY WAS ABLE TO HELP OUT.. 1/18/24

The folks at the Norway location gave me an immediate appointment for a tire puncture I noticed a couple hours earlier - something no one else could or would do. They were fast, thorough, friendly and I can't say enough good things about them. I will not be going anywhere else other than Tire Warehouse in Norway from this point forward, they are definitely the best in the area.

I made an appointment by phone a week prior to get my snow tires put on for a Friday. I stopped in the night before to make sure I could drop my car and keys before they opened for the day - all was fine and they confirmed my appointment for 10 the next morning. I showed up after work on Friday and nothing had been done. The girl behind the counter was so rude and started arguing w me when they were totally in the wrong. Stay away from this establishment. Such poor service.

Amazing service!!! Had a really bad experience at another store a few towns over but the Norway TireWarehouse is the best and took care of me. Definitely recommend and will come back again.

Everything I've needed work they have been ableto get us right in. Today, I had to bring my 2 little guys with me and not only was Laura at the front desk super friendly but the techs were so accommodating &swift knowing how hard it is too wait. THANKS AGAIN.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The customer service was beyond incredible. We are from out of town, we limped our 2020 rogue to tire warehouse with the AWD Hot STOP Vehicle warning flashing. They plugged our tire, took our spare off, put the fixed tires back on, aired up the spare because that was low too. And gave me recommendations for new tires to purchase. All while they were super busy with their regular customers. Just beyond, beyond, beyond incredible. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

We came here to see if they could seal the pop in our tire or if we could get a new tire. Not only was Laura super friendly and kind to talk to while we waited, she told us what tires we should buy next time that would be better for our car. They got it sealed in probably less than 20 minutes. We're also not from Norway, but we would definitely come here again if we have to.11/25/23

Such kind people! My tire went flat this morning and I stopped by Tire Warehouse for the first time and rolled in with a spare on. They gave me many options for what to do about a replacement tire and got me in and out within 10 minutes! I will definitely return in the future:)

Take your car here! My uncles own a Mechanics shop, but I always seem to get the family hook up for everyone else but these amazing people have always saved my butt from being without a vehicle! Even when I stopped in without an appointment and told them I was on a donut for a week, they offered to de-rim my bad tire and put a new one on while I was at work! Then the following day they got my car in and got them both on! These are amazing people who want to help you and work with your schedule! I see this establishment caring for my current vehicle and many vehicles to come! They re interested in the history of your car and want to figure out the problems that you ve given up on !

I dropped my truck off in the morning and was greeted with the best customer service which was followed by the best service. I highly recommend this business. I will surely be back for all my tire, alignment, tire rotation and all other services they offer.

On vacation in ME .Had a slow leak from nail. They got us in and out I. Under a hour!!Super friendly and profession manager and staff. I would highly recommend!!!

Always great and prompt service. Today Savannah & Kyle helped us out as soon as we walked through the door even though they had been incredibly busy all day. I have been coming here for well over a year and have received nothing but stellar service. They're also very fair with their pricing and will usually do what they can to meet or beat other local shops, including their alignment services. Highly recommended!

We blew out a trailer tire on our first day of vacation in Maine a couple weeks ago. Tire Warehouse was our savior. The only guy working on a Saturday an hour before closing and he was super nice and helpful and fixed our flat as well as blew up our spare. I would definitely go back to that location.

As many of customers have stated in their reviews already, this tire warehouse is great. The staff is upbeat, helpful, and obviously know their stuff. They went above and beyond anything that I expected and were so kind. I had an awesome conversation with the guy that checked me in and he offered me some great information on a car that I had just bought. My husband and I have used them a few times now and cannot recommend them more. It is very clear to me that they respect their customers and are just all around great people. There is no amount of words that I could put here to explain how great they are and how much I have appreciated the help that they gave me today. If you want friendly people, knowledgeable mechanics, and exceptional service this is the place to go.

they were able to pencil me in same day popped a tire driving on construction road work everyone was super kind best place I ve went to for car repairs ever replaced all four of my tires relatively quickly couldn t ask for better service the manager brandi definitely know how to run a tight ship

I honestly am very disappointed and frankly, insulted. I take good care of my vehicle and feel that because I am a woman, this issue went unresolved.A friend brought my tire in for a leak repair last week. When I finally got my wheel back it was later that day, and I immediately noticed what is clearly a large gouge on my 20 aluminum rim from their tire machine. When I approached them about this issue, they took down my information. I got a call from an employee (not a manager) stating that she had spoken with the tech whom completed my repair and he told her the mark was on the rim when it was brought in . So, she offered to refund me the $35 leak repair charge instead. Which I kindly rejected. Followed by letting her know that it was extremely insulting to be told that the damage existed, when I know this to be untruthful.I will not be a future costumer at this unprofessional establishment. I run a business and wouldn t even consider treating one of my customers this way. I would give zero stars if it were possible.
