Very friendly environment and thank you for repairing my Chrysler 5th Avenue exhaust. It feels much more efficient now.*Update 11/8/22- My car is now officially true duel with headers! Stellar work on the exhaust! A+

We have taken our vehicles for over 15 years. The people there are excellent mechanics. The owner is straight forward and honest. Works is done on time at prices that are fair. This is a simple repair garage, waiting room, nothing fancy but adequate.

I called Len on Monday to hopefully get my car in for a ball joint Tuesday. He got me right in and called Tuesday to let me know it was in fact a ball joint and gave me the exact price and to confirm I wanted it fixed. He then called back a couple hours later to let me know the car was done. I picked it up that night. He stayed until six so I could get my car after work. I'm really impressed with the work his shop did and the price was VERY FAIR! I will be coming back!!!!

Was looking at car I was interested in purchasing. Brought it to lens auto to see what it would need to get a sticker, before I spent money on it. They looked over the car and told me it only needed rear routers and pads and a few lights. Like the blinker, front left headlight, and plate light. They said everything else on the car was solid. So i purchased the car. Fixed everything on the list... i then took it to vip to get front end alingnment. VIP said, they couldn't do an alingnment because the control arm/ball joint was completely gone. So I fixed the ball joint, got the front end alingnment. I then brought the car back to Len's Auto thinking everything is good, no way I can't get a sticker now. Len comes out and says there's a huge hole in the pasanger floorboard the size of a grapefruit. I ask him why they didnt notice that a couple of weeks ago? He instantly go's off the handle and starts swearing and raising his voice. He tells me i must have done something to make this hole. I wasnt about to argue with him at the time. He was extremely unprofessional and intimidating. I didn't even bother to bring up the ball joint they overlooked as well. The overall outcome is that I bought a car that needed way more work than I thought, i have spent a lot more money than I was expecting, and I still don't have a inspected car. Had I know what was wrong with the car from the beginning i would have not purchased it.

My husband and i once took our van to him to get a quote on what it would take to fix it. Len told us it would cost over $3000.00 to just get it on the rd and stickered. He then told us it wouldnt be worth it and tried to sell us one of his vehicles. We went to Brian at economy auto for a second opinion and saved a bunch of time and money! We recommend you do the same thing. Ecomony Auto is the place to go!

Purchased a SUV from another dealer. Lens auto did there repair work. I was unsatisfied with their work. Took the vehicle back 2 weeks after purchase to have front end parts replaces that were found when we took it for an alignment at another garage. When I picked up the suv no parts were replaced they just lined it up said nothing was loose. I was not happy, Within 3 months my front tires started wearing. Took the vehicle back they replaced 1 lower tie rod that should have been changed the first time taken in. They then lined it up again. Thats 2 front end alignments That should not have been done. Oh I was also charged for them. I just picked up my car from another garage that replaced a lower ball joint that was ready to fall out that Lens auto said was not bad when they lined it up for the second time. I would not use this garage again to fix a bicycle not to mention a car.

My 2007 Mercury Milan's ABS light has been going on and off for a month or so now. I took it to the "Local" Ford Dealer who is a good shop but when I told them about the problem they quoted me $85 just to put the machine on it and see what was wrong. Now I am a pretty good mechanic and have toyed with the idea of getting OBC Reader..cost about $300. My girlfriend told me to take it to Lenny's Auto in Oxford who has done all her work for 10 years. I went it and talked to Andy who came out and plugged in his OBC Reader...did a couple of tests and told me the Left Rear Wheel Sensor was bad. I left the car and picked it up later....total bill for everything including Maine Inspection Sticker was $160....oh...no charge to plug in the OBC Reader for five minutes. Lenny's Auto will be getting more of my work and my friends...Thank You Andy for a job well done and done for a very fair and reasonable price.
