Thank you very much Lee cars Norway MaineAs we are currently out riding in our Toyota sienna.. also known as the canine cabEach of my furbabies picked a seat and they are loving their ride.This furMama is loving her new ride without having a crowded back seat for dogs.I highly recommend and refer anybody looking for a great value and an awesome vehicle that gets a 125 point inspection, which is far more in inspection point areas than any other dealership that I know of.Thank you, thank you, once again from a very satisfied and a happy returning customer.. my third vehicle from Lee.

the sales staff goes above and beyond to find you the best deal available, they make sure you are completely satisfied with the whole process, they even made sure I had the fuel I needed in the vehicle to get home and even beyond, Highly recommend this dealership, well worth the trip.

These folks went out of their way to fit me in their schedule as I am from out of state and had an unexpected loss of power. It was , surprisingly, a simple fix , mostly,I am certain , because their mechanic was able to pinpoint the problem. If I am within an hours ( or more) drive or tow , I will come here in the future.... a professional, courteous, and accommodating team saved the day...thanks y'all !

They were very kind helpful respectful friendly made you feel right at home. Also they knew their business very well no pressure and they had everything done from beginning to end and I think a little under 3 hours I really appreciate their effort and everything they did to help me. My new car was wonderful.

As far as buying the car, that went really well! However we have had the car just over a month, haven t even driven the car enough for it s first oil change and we already ran into issues, so we took it in and they diagnosed it as needing the wheel bearing replaced. When we bought the car we took the service plan that is supposed to cover the whole power train for a few hundred dollars a month, but when we tried to make an appointment to get it fixed they told us the repairs wouldn t be covered and we would have to spend at least $500 for them to fix the problem. We elected to buy the $46 part ourselves and have a family member swap it out for us so we wouldn t have to 10 times as much for something that shouldn t have cost us anything at all.

Such a helpful team! They explained everything as thorough as possible and even went out of their way to help me learn my new vehicle. Truly!the best place in Maine maybe anywhere...to get a car truck or vehicle of any kind.theyll go sooo above and beyond to help you and get you the right vehicle for you.theres alot of places that sell cars yes..and dealerships are much different..yes.but LEE atleast LEE in Norway is the best dealership I've ever seen,heard of or been to.i wouldn't tell anyone to get a car off of a lot that wasn't theres.20-10 110% rating I couldn't say enough good things about the hard work kindness a dedication of the hole team at LEE.I will never get a car off any other lot..that's a fact!thanks LEE and happy to do business with you now and all the years to come!

I just wanna say how absolutely wonderful this dealership and service department are. I had an inspection appointment scheduled and had thought it was in Norway, but it was actually in Auburn. I didn t realize until I got to the service window in Norway. Tom, the service manager, said it was no problem and they would do the inspection there and then. Now that is excellent customer service. I felt terrible, but Tom was so understanding. I will be recommending Lee in Norway to anyone who will listen!!!! The sales department was so friendly and helped to make me not feel so bad for my mess up. Thank you all!!!!!!!!

Excellent service. I do not find any enjoyment from car shopping! John and Darren make buying a vehicle stress-free and I more then trust their recommendations. I tell them what I want in a vehicle and need for payment; hours later I am signing papers! Couldnt ask for better or more trustworthy service! Thank you again, Ill be back!

I had a tremendously positive experience purchasing my new vehicle. Cody and Darren provided excellent service and worked hard to get me into a car that worked for both my family of five and my budget. While I hope to not need a new car for myself any time soon, I ll certainly be back when the time comes and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle!

With my financial situation wasn't expecting a whole lot. The Lee staff was friendly and very easy to work with. All I had to do was give John Westleigh a current pay stub and they took care of everything else to get me approve for the vehicle I wanted. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that doesn't have great credit

My experience at Lee was easy and seamless from my first call to schedule an appointment to taking my car home. I was fortunate to work with John Westleigh, the representative who sold me my car. John took the time to answer questions, offer advice and he ensured that I got into a car that was perfect for me. Big thanks to John and the team at Lee in Norway! John was very friendly and helped us out with ins on truck and buying running boards. He went the extra mild for us. We were very impressed with this dealership. Darren was also helpful. Dwayne from Lee Auburn called him to ask about the truck, and he gave the info we needed to go see the truck and then to buy. All involved were so nice and helpful. We appreciated it very much. My husband and I have purchased six vehicles from Norway Lee Cars, and John Westleigh has assisted us with each purchase. Six vehicle purchases with one salesman! In case it isn't obvious to the people who read this review, we highly recommend John. He always finds us what we request in a vehicle. He provides excellent customer service. We also bring our vehicles to Norway Lee Cars for all of our service needs, and John White (manages the service department) always takes care of us. The customer service at Norway Lee Cars is excellent!

I was dreading having to go car shopping, something I've never done before. But when we got to Lee's they helped change that dreading feeling. He was incredibly understanding of our unfortunate situation & beyond willing to help place us in not only a vehicle, but one that we had shown up to look at specifically!
